Learn to David! Fantastic service and an honest man! We had a scenario with a water heater and then he came back with the unbeatable offer. He puts in his own suggestions and recommendation to help you out.
Thank you David!

To start with I would like to state I am really appreciative to Jeff who came out to fix a slab leak. He's very honest and a professional plumber in his pricing. Jeff was knowledgeable about the specifics of what went on. From beginning to finish, I was supplied upgrades to when he was really punctual and would arrive by Jeff.
I have to say I am leery of taking good care of family responsibilities like this, however, Jeff gave me a peace of mind and is a people person . Jeff is definitely an asset to this company!!!

I'd David replace my main water and come out. David was on time and completed immediately. Great customer support!

RAM plumbing was utilized by us for a problem we had with our condos tub. They were approved by our HOA to shut the water off. David was really fast to fix the problem and did an amazing job. The repair has been reasonably priced. I am happy we utilized them.

Well so much I asked for an estimate and assistance with an emergency plumbing situation and I haven't heard back from the company. I called on a standing since my toilet and my tub filled up with toilet water and a wreck in my bathroom expecting for a service to help out us but I am still awaiting a response. Messaged them and following one reaction they stopped replying. So much for"24/7 service" thanks guys... it has been 2 and half an hour and I am just gonna have to wait till the morning to phone somebody else.

We highly recommend Ram Plumbing. They know what they are doing. We moved to 3 technicians and none of them understood that the difficulty Ram understood the problem within 20 minutes. They are. They were already hired by me again.

What I don't get, is coming into my house, having me operate the unit, asking me where my nozzle is so it could be cleaned and what not, then calling it a day minutes later when he says he believes there's a refrigerant flow. If there's a flow and considering it's an old unit, he clarified the freon is quite low, it would cost approximately $250's value to get us but may not be worth it. Where? Do not know. Is it a flow that is big or small? Do not know he couldn't say. But he did tell me that sound is possibly the posture going out. He says its old you likely should look at placing that $250 toward a new unit farther down the line when this one gives out. Okay. . .so what exactly are you going to do to tune up it? Nothing. Can it at least be cleaned? Nope. No explanations there's nothing he can actually do to me, sorry. Again super fine in his deal of nothingness, and that I really don't believe he had been trying to stick to us.
My husband hired RAM to complete an AC inspection and TUNE UP (emphasizing that phrase for a reason) after it failed to correctly cool our home or cycle off to more than 24 hours during a recent heat wave. Its also becoming increasingly noisy. Although the tech was very friendly and respectful, I am sorry to say that absolutely no service of any sort was performed following the approximately 10-15 minute visit despite the fact my husband scheduled a tune up for 89.95.
First off, the company was chosen by my husband because they were rated well on Yelp and because they were the soonest available. Tuesday evening, Wednesday, they had been booked to come, but canceled on me. Disappointed but still not a reason sufficient to slam the business enterprise. They booked me. I appreciated window to the 2 hr! But it changed from 12-1. Annoying since I'd ordered my morning to accommodate them fine. I get a call which technician is coming from Fontana and en route. Sigh. Annoying but I was not mad at all, is its time and exactly what it's and commute time that I get it. The thing is that they were fine and communicated and they get some stars.
My issue with Ram as a business office is that they STILL billed the for a tune up that we purchased but didn't receive! That is NOT good organization. If we've paid something? Yes absolutely. Sucks to do so but there's still spend 10 minutes and time involved to come out. Because their workplace is quite nearby, I won't consider travel. However once you just get a review that was no more than a cursory glance, and pay $90 for inspection AND TUNE UP, a price reduction should have been provided. At minimum, they might have offered to discount the freon or something or heck give me a military reduction to humor me and hopefully attract our business later on, but no they did not do a damn thing for us collect our money with a smile and a fist bulge from the technician. All that said I believe I can't recommend this business, nor will I call them at the future with plumbing and the 2 stars is generous needs. Too bad for them because we actually would have offered them plumbing business and known our neighbors that are having issues but I cannot recommend people who take full pay for work that they did not do, just because they're fine.

Ram pipes checked out my unit and did good job. And great customer service at reasonable cost I hilly recommend Ram pipes

Wow-- I am so glad I called these men!!
Luckily, 6 years of living in Texas prepared me and it melts here at night, so that I didn't consider it an emergency. My husband was keen on letting it go any further and drained his knowledge and had checked out every one the parts and systems in his repertoire, so I had to bite the bullet and find someone. I knew I didn't want to do business so I did what all Yelpers went and do online to determine RAM had all the skills and positive reviews I was looking for.
We moved here and bought our home from 1500 miles away, so among the many little surprises we've discovered after being here just a few weeks is that even though the vendors of our home had an HVAC expert come out and"fix" the problems found during our house inspection together with our realtor, our AC unit still wasn't working correctly when we closed the sale, *was not * being the keyword here...
Our tech asked me several questions and went through each one the different components that replicate the issue, in addition to may result in the issue. He decided that the device had been neglected and could be on its way out soon, but planned on helping us prolong its life . He shown how to correctly wash the unit, and gave me hints for care and upkeep, in addition to schedules for DIY upkeep.
It worked out fine and the technician wasn't able to arrive until an afternoon slot, although there was a snag in their appointment system.
He answered all my questions and went far above and beyond suggestions for improving airflow during our registers and very good products to consider as we keep and replace different things, so I will definitely be calling RAM back should I have some plumbing or HVAC issues in the future and would recommend the exact same for anybody else searching for those services.

Update- The sewage problem turned out to be a collapsed section of pipe. This is a costly fix, because they had to dig the line up. That said was reasonable given the nature and scope of the issue. Still five celebrities.
I had a troublesome principal sewer line clog that's taken two attempts (so far) to clean. Other businesses before, although not RAM've gouged me. Every moment, the tech Dennis explained the choices and fees. I'll continue to call on them. (Hopefully not in the near future.)

Great Service, Great knowledge. We had a sound in our A/C - exactly the same day, that they came out. Like we believed found out it was an easy fix rather than the engine. Learned some hints to maintain our filter. If you are looking for someone great work, would recommend.

RAM Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is a fantastic company to use. They are understanding and as a business owner. I'll refer them Thank you Ron!

Great company and professional. Dennis came in corona to my mom house to repair her AC system and did a good job. He identified the problem and gave me great deal on repairs. I recommend this company if you're searching for installation and AC repairs.

We had a water leak. Scheduled an appointment with RAM who sent out Mike to inspect the unit. Mike recognized the problem to be in the coil. He was professional, very honest and friendly and also fixed the matter. No price gouging and very straight forward. I would certainly use their services . Hats off to Mike!

The ONLY Plumbing company that you need to call! We've known them out over the years and service and results four different times to our home for different reasons.

We had a AC unit installed; some issues that are tiny were struck by us initially which RAM quickly rectified. They were prompt to deal with our concerns and professional. I would recommend them.

I wish I could give this company 10 celebrities. Sheree and office staff Melissa are professional and helpful. The repairman Mike was efficient and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

We had a leak somewhere underground. Other plumbers couldn't find the leak, over ten minutes Kevin from RAM plumbing not only discovered the leak but told us precisely where it was and gave us multiple options to fix the leak. He was friendly, professional, personable, and explained in layman terms what needed to be done to fix the leak. He worked his tail off for two days and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the repairs before he left. You wouldn't have the ability to inform since he put everything back perfectly when he left any work was done. RAM and kevin plumbing are the standard at which businesses should be held . Thank you Kevin for everything you did.

I am quite happy with the service Michael provided in replacing my AC condenser. He was extremely informed, friendly, and professional.
I just purchased a home and I didn't expect to require a new unit after I did though I knew I might require a new AC unit moving into the purchase. During the replacement process, Michael found issues with my system which were not pointed out during AC inspection and the home inspection.
And he was very nice to my super-barky dogs!!
He did his best to mend what he would and allow me to know what would have to be fixed later on so I am going to have the ability to make informed decisions about potential repairs (rework which will require opening my ceiling for duct work).
While I expect I will not require any unforeseen AC or plumbing solutions I am very happy with the job that Michael did and will definitely use RAM again if I do.

Michael and Daniel were all amazing! I am never using anybody else for a/c or pipes ever again. These two technicians beyond and above for my own small business, needed to call them out for a bathtub stopper and servicing on the a/c, only behold the electricity went out as my renter disconnected the electricity on the 1st rather than the 4th (they still have some stuff from the unit, my brother inhabited it). These two men continued to work while I looked for a flashlight and phoned SCE. The electricity came back shortly but the fact that the continued to work amazed me, I would not have expected it.
Ben was fast and effective as well as Michael. They were both very knowledgeable and informed me about the worse case scenario and best case situation, I really appreciated that that way I had no surprises.
I'm selling the unit, and so I showed Michael what the inspector said had to be"mended" he showed me everything and serviced the heater and A/C, he had been so informative and told me he'd write his report out for the new owner describing everything. I can't thank them enough, I thought the procedure would be a hassle as the inspectors report seemed so bad, both Daniel and Michael assured me they'd be able to fix what they had to fix and also made me feel much better about everything.
Michael and daniel were informative friendly and approachable with all the queries I had. I even asked Michael about a items I'll need done to my other apparatus. I even called their office know what awesome techs they've got.
