As promised, John showed up first thing the next morning, walked throughout the escapes and explained how he was going to fix them. I live in an old building, and also the traces attached to my own water heater/furnace had an flow. The gas company knocked on my door at 8:30 pm Tuesday night; letting me know I had a major gas leak until it could be fixed, and that my gas was shutting off. I messaged 10-15 firms on Yelp and John was the first to return to me, and using a sensible quote. (Other firms quoted an extra charge because of the"pressing" nature of the issue, John didn't.)

They said they'd call back when they'd checked their program. I got a call straight from a different number, seemed like may not have been the same person, but because I had called a plumber, I figured it was the same man. We consented to a 5PM service call to work on my water heater and spoke. I delivered a text, to and took photos of the device. They said someone would be here at 5PM.
5:15 PM no one is here, no ones has predicted, so that I call them back, they said they'd call the technician and call me back. At 5:35PM, still no call back. I call again"the technician is wrapping up a different job, he'll be right there" 5:45PM the technician calls me and says..."so what are we doing now, installing a water filter?" I said no, you are repairing a water purifier...I sent images and a detailed explanation to your own boss. . I text him requesting an upgrade and know what happened. He responds"I will call you in 1 minute" well, that was nearly 30 minutes ago. I'd steer clear of these men like the plague.

He's now our plumber in the Las Vegas area, and we would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.
The level of attention and also the competency that Jeff showed on the job he played for us is equally unmatched. Even though this ended up not being a plumbing problem, because I obtained I will absolutely be reaching out to Jeff whenever there's a issue.
Within two seconds he had figured out there was a tube that had come loose when he looked at the toilet and it just had to be reattached to stop. I felt like such an idiot for not figuring that out myself felt so awful for wasting his time. Jeff was so nice about it though. I had some questions for him while he had been there and he managed to help me out. I wouldn't be charged by him although I offered to pay him.
I discovered a puddle after I flushed it couldn't tell where the leak came from, so I called and left a message. Jeff returned my call and scheduled a time to come out. He was punctual and arrived through the time we agreed upon.

I was too far and the plumber I contacted although I wish I did go with AllAces for my pipes need. I must say this plumber's pricing was quite reasonable in comparison to other plumbers.
To be honest I have not used AllAces Plumbing but I will later on. Jeff missed returning my phone just. I must confess he was helpful when he gave me information and did return my phone.

Is this place still in business? The yelp website says open 24/7. When I checked B4 I predicted, it showed"open". I attempted to call twice to ask service as a result of testimonials on yelp. The telephone rang many occasions, then it switched to a voice recording saying"we are closed. ." . It didn't ask me to leave a message or give any info as to when I could call back or how to program an appointment.

Jeff is a one man group. We called around 7am and that he said he'd arrive between 9-11am. He had been at the house at approximately 10:30am. Who does not love a plumber who's on time!?

Our water heater difficulty was recognized by jeff; replacing the control box and rod. In addition, he fixed all the other things before 4:15pm. He gave us an fantastic cost for exceptional work. Wow! I was impressed with his knowledge, abilities, dedication, and considerate manner. We highly recommend him and his business and, will definitely be using his services.

By far the most honest and professional plumber I have dealt with here in my 15 decades of living in vegas. Jeff showed up on time, told me what needed to be achieved and fixed all of my issues. In terms of pricing, Jeff was fair and upfront and was very affordable. Never again will I waste my time and act like salespeople attempting to bill me that I really don't need than a really honest plumber!

Jeff is super knowledgable and I trust him to do bigger tasks for me.
At one stage he needed parts and conducted to see them. He spent working at my place, until the job was done. He showed me how everything functions and told me what problems to keep a look out for.
I called Jeff and told him exactly what I needed done (replace kitchen sink and faucet, install RO system, fix 5 leaking bathroom sinks). He emailed me a quotation which was extremely reasonable. We scheduled an appointment, and he even showed up roughly 25 minutes early (what plumber shows up ancient?!) . He was professional and friendly, and got to work in the kitchen.
Jeff warrants every 5 star review here. I am so glad I picked All Aces and I will definitely use them.

Jeff is in my house right now as I'm writing this review. He has spent the last 4 hours trying to remove any ABS that was set down our downstairs toilet drain by our builders. We've only been in this house a year and the downstairs toilet needed to be dropped since the first week we moved in (it is a new-build). Thanks to Jeff's persistence, he discovered the matter and cared for it so we could use our downstairs toilet ! He did, the price was very fair. I asked if I could trick him and he denied. Good, honest work!

Jeff is the man! Knows his occupation. Goes right to function and solves the issue. First time hired him, but he is my man in future.

We called Jeff according to the reviews here. Now we have to add our own - Jeff is exceptional! We're new to Vegas and this is our first time calling a plumber to get our place. When he said he'd, jeff called back immediately hit every mark, scheduled us arrived and completed our work.

Jeff is a skilled and all around good guy. I redid my kitchen and had to do some major work (to me anyhow ) with all the pipes. He did a solid job, showed up on time, and stuck to cost quoted. I will be using him again once I get into my own bathrooms. Highly recommend.

I texted Jeff requesting a quote for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. (BTW I called other firm on Yelp to compare the purchase price and they played the same game rather than giving me easy quote). He gave me a price for the type of thing I was looking for. He said garbage disposal has to be substituted and faucet has to be tightened. He told me that the price which was be less than what he quoted me. He finished the job in a timely manner. He tightened faucet, and replaced the disposer and drain. Ran the dishwasher a couple of times to clean it out. Swapped the hot and cold materials on the kitchen faucet, they had been reversed (by a different bad plumber).
What I'm saying is that he was worried about getting compensated. He cared about his job being done properly and efficiently. I feel he's a professional who enjoys good and his job at what he does. This was the very first time that I experienced it. I followed Yelp to locate Jeff. I'm happy with his service, price, and professionalism. I am hoping this can help those who need plumbing solutions.
I do not normally write reviews. But this chance to share with people that are currently on the lookout for great plumber such as Jeff and I can not pass up. I have had tech's to do some job for me. All of them didn't need to give a quote I asked for. After inspection they always sounded and were prepared to charge me unreasonable price and tag on thing price. Very suspicious.
After he was done he asked me to text him my info so I can be billed by him. It seemed he was in a rush to get to his next appointment and told me that he will email me morning.

Jeff was great, as was his quote. He arrived on time and did a great job. Compare costs with other pipes, if you are a doubter like I'm.

So we had a burst pipe and have been looking for a plumber and I had been looking at all the 5 here with a lot of people posting that they never leave a review however, the support was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some buddies to article for them:-RRB- Well, they ARE that awesome! We noticed the water inside the wall about 11p Sunday and after shutting the water off got at 1a or so. Monday morning around 9a we phoned him (husband had been doing the calling and that he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he will call back right away, and he called back pretty fast ) and by noon he had been working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone appear towards the beginning of the stove that frequently ) and didn't quit until it was complete about 3:30p. He's knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and has been friendly and personable (and he enjoyed our puppy, always a plus, though it is not difficult to love our puppy:-RRB-). It's not going to be the least expensive but my husband says economical select which two you desire. We shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered that the leak and had working bathrooms. Can use Jeff.
