Lonzo is extremely experienced in plumbing occupations. I had a plugged pipe at the master bathroom. First he tried running the snake and it did not work. He made an educated guess at which the difficulty was. Turns out that he had been right on the money. At the conclusion, he solved a situation efficiently and quickly. He is a man who doesn't take the short cut for problem solving. His strategy is to take care of the problem the ideal way. He is pleasant and trustworthy. He is a real professional. I wanted to point out that he is very receptive. Unlike your telephone call. I will certainly call him.

Lonzo and his staff came to my rescue when my builder is put by the plumbing. The Alpha team discovered that my 70 year-old galvanized pipes (that I requested the contractor to substitute and that was never done) was undersized and completely clogged with decades of debris. The crew of lonzo trenched out the old drain and replaced the whole drain under my home in under two weeks. They took photos . They came back to substitute two faucet sets in 1 morning which the contractor's staff from Today's Kitchen and Bath required an whole day to attempt to install (and neglected ) and replaced the drain in a third sink using a Zero Drain pop-up drain as well, all in 1 morning. I know who to call next time. Highly recommend Lonzo and his team!

Fantastic! Lonzo is a plumber that is great and a fantastic person! He gets the job done with a grin and quickly and is courteous and efficient. He has some excellent people working with him. I can always rely on Lonzo for any plumbing issue. We've had him out coping with backed up plumbing in a home that was brand new as well as rooting out the lines . Highly suggested!

Lonzo did a good job. I had two plumbers come to observe the job prior to Lonzo did. The first plumber then moved from town offered me a price $200 higher and could not do the job. The next plumber dropped it and said the project was too difficult. I called a few other plumbers and was advised they were scheduled a month or more outside. Lonzo was able to perform the job the same week I called him. I'd recommend him.

Had toilet and shower up at 11 pm. Early next morning was referred to Alpha Plumbing. Called in and Lonzo managed to meet me in at 4:00 pm. In my relief, Lonzo showed up at 2:00 PM and was super meticulous. Instantly took care of the problem and assessed the problem. Lonzo and I first met 25 decades ago when he cared for the plumbing for the business that I work for. Recommended him and Lonzo took great care of them all those years. Yesterday, my sewer line backed up and I called a second company which was a mistake. They couldn't clear the lineup, and wished to charge thousands of dollars to get a new sewer line and clear outs. My Mother told me to phone Lonzo, and he came out first thing this morning and cleared it. Lonzo is such a person, trustworthy, honest, and a hardworking. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Hands we Have worked with in the Bay Area. By the instant we met Lonzo, we knew we needed him within our house which needed to be dealt with on the various plumbing jobs. Confidence was inspired by him immediately, and that belief proved true after the work has been done. Lanzo is liked by me and I believe it. Lanzo is a resposibal tech and did a excellent job for my dishwasher, washer dryer and washer setup (GE did a terrible job, never use GE delivery and install service) and also fixed my toilet leaking. He also spent alomost solved all issues. He is humorous, kindly and difinally professional. His support is unexpensive and reasonable.

Fantastic service from the owner Lonzo along with Alpha Plumbing. He has come out to the weekend within one hour of being known, I'm comfortable leaving him alone in my house and have recommended him to three other homeowners all who had their houses repiped and all of who had been joyful, still use him and urge him for their friends as well.
Ever since then Alpha continues to be my go to plumbervisits for things that are small. Each time prompt and honest, on at least two occasions Lonzo has had to crawl under my house only to report it wasn't my plumbing causing the problem. NO CHARGE! I'd charge $100 just for the misery of crawling around in an 18" crawl area.
I received about five quotes when I needed my dwelling repiped. Alpha was the most comprehensive as well as the lowest bid. For instance one firm quoted me . Alpha showed me exactly what needed to be done and the way they were planning to take action. Among other things that they were neat, quick, honest and patched .

I had my water primary replaced. Lonzo's price was reasonable. The job was completed as promised. I appreciated the courtesy and concern for customer satisfaction.

Lonzo did a great job at a very aggressive price. I'll utilize Alpha for future work.

My Homeoweners asscoiation hired them out my toilet remove and drain a pressure reducer. Some pretty basic plumbing repairs. For 50 minutes of work, the guy sends a statement for almost $300!!! Stay off!!!
