I had a sewer back up that idea would only need a very simple fix and ends up, my sewer line had a secret- it had been eroding away. They taught me on the issues they noticed and letting my know what is going on in detail, and I was so thankful! I will be reaching out to them to save my home, although I now have a huge project before me as a new home owner.
My technicians Boston and Drew were are the best men I've ever met and supplied only highest level of excellence. It's a dirty job, but they are my hero's rescuing me from the bad guys- such as Batman and Joker. :)

Dealing with this business was a joy! Jeanette in the workplace made sure to speak with me so that I knew just when they would arrive at my house. Every time that I talked to her she had been nice and very professional! Jeff was our technician and he was respectful polite and educated. He explained everything to me so I knew just what the problem was and made sure I knew all the choices and what the next steps were.

Francisco was very, thorough, careful and knowledgeable professional. This plumbing company is highly recommended by me. Further, I managed to get a senior discount applied to the cost....which made it much more"affordable".
We were so impressed with the quotation, Francisco, and all the plumber, we had him proceed with installing our faucet. I'd proposed, as usual, to get at least two quotations that were additional.
We had already purchased a Delta-Leland single-handle kitchen faucet, once I called to obtain an installation estimate from Always Affordable Plumbing. They could not quote over the phone, so a plumber came to our house to provide the quotation to us.

Angelo tried to tear me off! He tried to charge me $1,200, that's including a faucet and trash disposal. I said that it would be alot cheaper when I purchased them myself on him getting them which he insisted. I purchased them myself that cost me just $330. I found a plumber to do it for $200. You do the math.

That he was a significant help, if you won't honest service I would Proceed with them and ASK to get Andrew. .

Our tech, Nick, came out on Sunday and Monday (the holiday) to cover the problem. He had been comprehensive and willing to explain our options; and the price was fair. So we may have a new go-to shop. We will definitely utilize them again.
We were not looking for a plumber that was new, but we had a underground pipe leak in a holiday weekend, and was unreachable. So we called that group and are happy with the outcomes.

Absolutely fantastic! Despite horrible help and the timing from our home management company, Jeff was able to stay timely and professional during the week process. I'll be contacting Always Affordable When I EVER have plumbing problems later on. Thanks again, Jeff!

Home Advisor refered to AAP me. I asked how much would the charge be to replace the faucet at the kitchen sink. His response was 240. That is another charge! I'd think that the job would require less than a hour, and since he was here he might charge an additional $50 or so. So I did it myself.
We had a couple of tasks. I will say the service was prompt, the tech was here one day following our petition. He finished the job in only over one hour, and all was well. Then he cleaned up, and we were satisfied with the task and took the old toilet away. The entire charge was $240.
Also I asked about replacing some washers but he said he couldn't fix it. The only real option was to tear the wall open and replace them to the tune of over $ 1,000.

Had major plumbing issues. Contacted Always Affordable Plumbing. Drew came out, did his inspection and provided a quotation over the hour. Drew and his team ended up installing four cleanouts, along with 110 ft of sewer line. With documentation , additional job was detected, Throughout the project. The quote was fair and the job was finished on time, although I got concerned. The team and drew were incredible. The caliber of the approach that is honest work and pride and integrity were superior. I highly recommend Always Affordable Plumbing and I use them for any and all plumbing requirements.

We had our drains washed out by a few of your pipes ; however, the problem returned. Greg Hill came out to check on the problem. Although that did not solve the problem, he tried the likelihood solution and spent time diagnosing the issue. He then spent a good deal of time working with the high pressure wash to clear the drains. My purpose of writing this is he did it, although not about exactly what Greg did, to tell you.
There are two components. First, there is the aspect of doing the job. But just as significant is your relationship with customer or the customer. Greg was wonderful in both. Not only did he fix the problem, but some time explaining to us what he was doing what the difficulty was, explaining clearly in laymen terms with just the right quantity of humor. Greg Hill is a superb plumber of hard work, but he was polite, respectful and worried . Always Affordable Plumbing and Greg Hill are wonderful finds. Thank you.

Andrew Martin was great. He went through the house's plumbing system thoroughly to ensure that the flow was plumbing system that was sub-surface that was present from the homes. He revealed exemplary client service and was great with the homeowner. He made sure his boot covers were on his feet every time he went in and outside of the house. Thank you very much Andrew. Good and prompt service. Steven and kyle came to replace a busted water heater via the home warranty company. All done in 24 hours. Professional and took all the crap away.

Robert came outside to help us with an emergency plumbing issue last minute and we were very thankful. He managed to complete the job in a manner that is timely and get things back to working just fine

This company put in everything and our new water heater works great. Our family was really happy with Jeff as he finished the work even though all of the parts were not together with water heater. Close 5 pm, he left and drove to Home Depot across city traffic and got the parts to finish the work that night, so our family could have warm water. Wow!!!!!! Most people would of gave up and said that they back but Jeff went from his way and we really appreciate his OUTSTANDING effort. We urge Always Affordable Plumbing and we will make certain everyone understands...

Andrew and Mike are phenomenal! Not only are they knowledgeable about home and plumbing fix, but they're hardworking and honest. When we had another dreadful company out 4 times and the issue was not fixed...5 days with no gas, we predicted Always Affordable Plumbing desperate for answers. They had it fixed were here below a hour. Thank you Andrew for valuable advice and the hard work.

We will call on them again and had a great encounter with Always Affordable. I believe it was Jeremy came to our home on a Sunday (yes, they still work ) and looked after a flow we had under our bathroom sink. He was effective, very professional and on time.

A shout-out for Andrew. He did a fabulous job installing a brand new tankless water heater. He is our plumber from today on. He enjoys what he is very knowledgeable and does. I would give 10 stars if I could to him.

These guys were great. I've had them out now, the very first time since I thought I had the second and a issue since I realized I needed the experts. Both men that came outside, Mike the time and Jeremy the very first time, were fast and professional. I got a quote for some work which is and I intend to use them.

Jeremy did a fantastic job and was our plumber. Did 3 jobs in 1 day. Everything and communication works good! Especially LOVE my kitchen faucet! Thanks Jeremy!
