I have needed to call Jon at American Eagle for a crisis leaking and continue week for a rusted On/Off sprinkler valve along with two leaking sinks. Twenty-one year old house has an expiry date. All 3 issues required segments of pipe and valves. Jon explained the charges to me and wrote up everything, spotted a couple of different problems, then I picked the most immediate problems for him to fix.
It's good to know I want to see it although I wasn't ready to obtain a new hot water heater. Jon is responsive fast, careful, professional, and cleans up everything. I strongly recommend American Eagle.
We had a third ground shower, a very complicated issue so about 5 inches of water sat in the bathtub after every 30, and bathtub that has been backing up. Jon did some investigation and fixed the problem, which was be older pipes filled with crud that wasn't easy to reach. Very appreciative of persistence and his patience in solving this dilemma.
