I phoned American Plumbing late on a Friday 10-5-18 and they came into my own business Quick. They explained the process and were very thorough. They did their job and cleaned up very nice after they had finished. Whenever you experience an Issue, I would suggest this Company! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

Horrible customer support. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call that an employee talked to me. While on the phone with me used vulgar language and accusations. The firm had no issue taking me phone and my cash. The pricing, the narrative, and rhe service I received was different. When I tried to work with the enterprise the customer support rep for the firm led me to believe as I had been, she had been concerned. Til this day I have no courtesy telephone that is received. Don't recommend them.

Unhappy with the service and high quality of work. I called in my drain with a plumbing problem. A late night call to them they said the next morning, they might come out. They did just that. I clarified the matter coming up in the floor drain. The snake was brought in by them. (After calling the other plumbing company discovered this is not the proper method to get the primary drain). They didn't camera the major drain to find out whether it had been clear of congestion. Nevertheless, they did inform me that my principal tube is gonto have them come out and na collapse to choose out the floor in the basement to fix the failed pipe. Called them to see whether they promise there function. It would be another charge snake it again and to have them come out and pushed the ground being removed and new line installed. Had another company come out to fix the matter once and also to verify the pipe that was collapsed and for all. Brought the camera to check out the drain. Another plumber company told me that my pipe is fine and the pipe could be good for another 30years. They gave me a one year guarantee on pipes from clog and 30day guarantee on pipes. All and all use these men. One will attempt to get to add work not needed to also my and a issue not fix the matter. If you will need plumbing service Decide on another company.
