Here is the way all providers should be performed: easy to schedule, came on time, completed work quickly and efficiently. Charge rate of $175/hour a bit steep, but worth it given the support.

We have used a few times to them to replace our piping. In most cases they stuck to their estimate, came after they said they would be here and were very responsive. This time we replaced up the piping together with fixtures, to the toilet shower. I am aware of building procedures and Sean was easy to work with communicates very good and does great work. I will continue to recommend their job and have.

I called about a disposal that not worked and they walked through trouble shooting. This solved the issue. They talked themselves out of a job. Decent folks!

Recently had flood nightmare- water out of the pipe behind the washing machine. Shut water valve off and known as Amesos. Aaaron saved and came out. He is an plumber and started the procedure in the most logical manner, using the least invasive and most cost effective manner until the problem was solved.

Plumbing needed to be flushed and fresh piping installed- the result- washing machine is cleaning clothing before and dishwasher is currently cleaning dishes cleaner than previously - thank goodness.

Jarrod/Nick and crew were great. Had a sewer lateral replacement (trenchless) and proceeded a clean out. They ran to a couple grading issues that they mended. Their communication as to what was going to take place and when was fantastic. Pricing was surprises. All work was very professional, on budget and on time.

Amesos has finished 3 jobs for me so much, going on 4, and now I just could not have made excellent progress on my house remodel without them. They've been so accommodating to a schedule that was tough. They eventually become straight to work and have shown up right on time. With every visit, they have gone above and beyond their work and provided me with information regarding details and codes that I would have otherwise missed. I was able to dislodge the drain faucet out of a hot water tank. Number of water poured on garage floor. Called Amesos who said they and advised me exactly what to turn off would come out or find another firm. Marino gave guidance and fixed the problem effectively, came within 90 minutes. Really nice staff, really superb service. Do not hesitate to recommend them.

As I have had its own cost charging practices and bad experiences, I won't use them again. Beware of this plumbing business and benefit from my experience which I endured.

Aaron was a really personable guy and a pleasure to talk to.
We had Aaron from Amesos come out for a kitchen sink drain that is plugged. Wow! What a fantastic job. Cleaned the drain/pipes all the way out to the main connector. He adjusted my kitchen faucet which now does not 18, while waiting for the testing and I have good water pressure! 3 for the purchase price of 1!!!!

I get incredible support from Amesos and have recommended them to many individuals in Marin. I have had a number of Nick's employees out here and they're all just excellent.
All I had called for was an estimate on conducting a water line so that I could move my refrigerator and two hours after the water was conducted, refrigerator moved AND leveled, and the men were serving me empty my cabinets last minute and move items around so we could do the work that day. The cost was so reasonable my jaw almost dropped.
Cannot recommend enough and have not let me down. Two pops up.

Don't stand by their work! Our builder recommended we use once we bought our property them to connect a new kitchen faucet and sink. They did a project when we realized it was leaking and rotted our cabinet floor, which we only discovered. '' he said the installation was LOUSY, when we pointed this out to the builder ; pipes weren't straight.
We predicted Amesos and all we got was them telling us we should have experienced another plumber muck up this and that they don't do crappy work.

My on-demand hot water heater took forever to get hot water to bath sinks and my kitchen. Another plumber had anticipated it would cost $1500 or so for a recirculation pump, and if he came out, he hardly looked in system and the pipes. Aaron and Channa moved to see what might be carried out. Aaron said that the size pipes had been installed. He suggested altering the pipes. Channa and he came out with the new pipes, installed them , and voilá the following day , they shaved over a minute off the time it requires hot water to be got by me! I have a wonky faucet manage, along with other technicians could not be bothered with figuring exactly what the problem was. Aaron figured out how to fix it, did a couple of searches for parts and also took the opportunity to research the faucet. I recommend Amesos and Aaron and Channa!

This is actually the second time - both times the job was done efficiently and at a cost that is fair. Erin did a excellent job in solving and assessing several vexing problems I was experiencing. He also achieved some maintenance on two bathrooms and a kitchen faucet. These were situations in which the handyman that I normally use was not able to assist. I must say Amesos is now my"go to" plumber in comparison with a number of the other well-known companies in Marin. A 5 star experience!

BIG Disappointment! A professional, there is not much chance the complex will purchase a brand new water heater (supposing that would address the issue ), solely on my request. Nick, Thank you!
I would not recommend this company if you're of the female persuasion.
I called to say that the shower head restricted the water flow, yet shedding a degree every two minutes instead of one. I have lived in this flat for 2 years, with the same shower head and the same bathtub plumbing and never had that problem.
The employee listened I explained the staff had done. (Turns out employees had already cleared debris from your tank and pipes.) There went his one theory. He then suggested a bigger water gave me a low flow shower head that was so feeble and heater, it was useless to me.
Since the resident maintenance team had already done everything they could to resolve the issue and were still stumped, I had been seeking a professional who might tell me why I had been losing 1 degree of heat per minute while the shower or tub faucet was conducting (measured with tools.)
This company never came up with a reason why the water loses heat annoyingly quickly while showering or bathing; so the hot water does not run out (therefore why a brand new, larger water heater?) , no recommendation, and to top it off, some disparaging voice email from the proprietor. Undertones of"you dumb broad, you," was widespread and hard to miss.

The voicemail I received from the owner to him after my final message summed up frustration and his complete disdain with my question as to a real remedy. He inferred that I should not call back and all I needed was a hot water tank! (I requested from Nick a written recommendation to submit to my Apartment Supervisor; I never received it.)
The man was very polite and seemed educated, when I called describing my sexy water leak inconsistency problem. However, he didn't quote me a price for a visit either time that I talked with him. Surprise! $155 just to appear at my door. No work was done, aside from the employee taking a look at the water leak cartridge (brand new ) and analyzing the exterior of the water heater.

You can't beat this business to your sewer problems! They honored a quote from 2 years back. Just didn't have the cash then. They were prepared to operate on Holiday to receive my sewer lateral. They dug the pit, patched it smooth. . No mess in the yard or to my grass. On time. On quote. Don't wait till you have plumbing problems before you call! Speak to Michelle.

This morning, left a message, call was returned within the hour and also support tech came an hour! Fixed the problem in about 25min.
They were awesome!

Turns out our water pressure regulator was busted. The water pressure was at 145 and it ought to be around 65. High water pressure can result in leaks and is bad for the plumbing. Amesos Plumbing of San Rafael came out and fixed it in under 2 hours. Here is the second time I've used Amesos (I found them here on Nextdoor) and they're now officially my"visit" for plumbing services. Very favorable (Aaron and Chonna) and very efficient.

The man who came was knowledgable and explained to me what went on with our pipes. He had a calm and kindly demeanor and tone of voice.
The lady on the phone was very insightful, helpful, and considerate.
