We are so grateful to have been known to Aqua Star Plumbing. They are responsive via email to support requests, and also have been able to match us quickly. David is professional, highly competent, respectful and finished the repairs economically and efficiently.
It's such a relief to have a plumber that is fantastic as home possession never stops to treat us to some new difficulties!

I had a positive experience with Aqua Star who came highly recommended to me. Dave arrived and set up a new bathroom, kitchen faucet and trash disposal in about 4 hours and for a reasonable price. Dave was professional quite friendly and considerate. He went out of the way to describe to us exactly what he do and to keep our new fittings going forward. I would hire Aqua Star.

Another replacement - this time at the bathroom - and yet another 5-STAR project by Dave! Perfectly done, professional, and reasonably priced. A large plus. . .Dave is very pro-recycling, telling me that parts of my faucet could be recycled and even offering to take them down to our bin himself. I, too, am 100% to recycling, so I told him I would take them . Nice to know people are environmentally conscious!!

Aqua Star has been our go because we moved to our home about three decades back, to plumber. We've had some issues within our place. Alec and dave have been professional, have always solved the problem and clean. The company is not hard to get and communicate with through email.

Aqua star came highly recommended. We called them slow running bathrooms and to fix a kitchen sink. During scheduling, they strove to come as soon as possible and match us in about a day when we were working from home and flexible. Dave came and was friendly, very considerate and professional. Most of all, he found the problematic plug and fixed it. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. Dave kept all surfaces clean and dry, caulked a few borders, and made alterations to our bathroom to optimize the flow. They are not merely competent, they're also super fine. Top notch!

We've used aqua celebrities for 3 jobs. They are always professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. Highly recommended. I think I'm done getting multiple quotations. I'll just call aqua celebrities and call it a day.

Aqua Star did a range of plumbing tasks for me like a fixing a pipe hidden behind a shower and repairing.
They are friendly, are knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. While not the lowest priced, they are easy to address and do high quality work.

Set with aqua star for a number of minor plumbing jobs around the house. A stuck drain, working bathroom, etc.. Dave was on time, courteous, professional, and great. He was obviously quite reliable. Showed me everything he substituted, had prepared the components he needed in advance (actually asked me to send images ) and helped me think through whether one larger job was worth it.

Dave came on time on a morning of mine and was ready to solve the difficulty we experienced in our bathroom. Despite me hurrying around the house and getting other business cared for, he located himself and went to get the job done. Following a half an hour or so he emerged with a solution and had solved the issue. I greatly appreciate his character as well as his experience. I will be phoning Aqua Star! Thank you, Dave.

It took a while to come out because they were booked solid! When Dave did come into our location our water problem was mended by him . Super fair price and he was really friendly. Thanks so far!
Our construction uses Aqua Star and they came highly recommended by our neighbors.

Tl;dr: Fast, courteous prompt and effective.
He explained what he mended and what was wrong, repaired our upstairs shower, was polite and well mannered and was in and out in a jiffy. Highly recommend!
David arrived to fix our problem in 48 hours of our call that was . We had been emailed 30 minutes before his arrival (thank you!) So no one will be stuck playing"When is my repair person going to appear?"

'd Carl back to investigate a bathroom flow and he made the proper diagnosis right away and fix was complete within one hour.
Really can not recommend these men!

Really bad experience. Save yourself the headache.
- Really poor communication
- Insufficient knowledge and experience on gas piping
- Issues with charging

Dave came by on his lunch break the next day and spent an hour cleanup (fresh ) debris out of my own water line and functioning with the flow regulator embedded deep at the faucet. After he was done, I'd water flow worthy of a firehose instead of a cocktail straw.
I won't use any plumbers now. Dave has destroyed me for anybody else. I will be starting a toilet renovation in the not too distant future and Dave is going to probably be the first and only plumber that I predict.
Dave is an outstanding man, as well as being a plumber. I asked him to install a couple of taps which I purchased off Amazon, and replace the existing bath fixtures that leaked and called him based on a recommendation by a business owner. He spent a couple of hours doing this, and did a great job. He explained everything like why he did not advise replacing my current bathroom fixtures right now to me. Instead, the old fixture was mended by him immediately. His costs were totally reasonable for the amount of work he did, and quite frankly appeared low given the work's standard. He was conscientious of my home covers over his shoes, and was pleasant.
The true part of this review is when I emailed him disappointed. The water flow was too low. Maybe not Dave's fault, naturally. I wished to know if there was anything that I could do, short of purchasing another faucet.

I have been searching for a friendly, neighborhood plumber for quite a very long time. The first man that came out was very friendly and pleasant, and helpful with choosing new faucets and responsive to queries and texts. We had small things that needed doing, largely when we had to get new fittings and whatnot, drips and leaks, which naturally grew into things. I asked the next batch of young guys who showed up the time to please be careful as they had been scratched by technicians previously to not scratch the granite and marble countertops. I had been assured that they functioned in homes that were nicer than they and ours wouldn't scratch anything. The one guy who appeared new on the job and showed up sick scratched the marble in the toilet quite extensively. I had a medial issue at the time and could not deal with whoever I had been emailing with's (the owner? Don't understand , he did not sign his mails ) type of grumpy and unsympathetic attempts to come over and attempt to remedy the problem on their own schedule. Now that my problems have been dealt with by me, I had to pay a few hundred bucks and had time to receive a expert marble restorer in and he was unable to correct the scratches. I recommend before having anyone in to deal with plumbing problems covering most of finishings! These men were NOT the friendly neighborhood technicians I looked for.
