Scam artists! Do not let them. Broke my garbage disposal and after he broke it said,"I had to split it" (just wanted decorative button substituted, nothing wrong with all purpose before) Didn't have a replacement part with him and told me to go to Home Depot and purchase a kit, take the piece he broke and return the kit into Home Depot. Really?!?! So not ethical!!! Moreover, he quoted me on a job and after I agreed to his inflated cost (3times greater that another bid, but they had been reserved for two weeks)and that he took everything apart he explained he was going to need to charge me that his price didn't include some things which were needed to make my taps operable. He said if I don't pay it will not work( it was working fine before he got here, just decoration ) and he stated," You can afford it, examine the vehicle you drive". I have a flow that wasn't there before he set up my faucet and when I pay him more, that he will come back to fix it. What a nightmare encounter! Too bad you can not give -ratings.
