His crew and vernon have helped me twice. Unfortunately both homes I've sold have needed significant sewer repairs following review. They're prompt, polite, and worked together with my agent while I was out of town to find the task done, to get in the basement. The office staff (Rhonda and Leona) are super friendly and helpful.
The guys at Aries Plumbing did a great job correcting a sewer line issue. There was a large bush in the front of the house so that we had to get that repaired, and the origins were creeping into the sewer line. Happily Aries Plumbing managed remove the bush, to emerge and install a brand new plumbing line and cap. They had been able to do that for us, although they had to do some digging and work out the best approach to haul away the bush!
Once the guys arrived they spoke me and made certain I understood exactly what was going to happen. I loved them taking the opportunity to inform the details to me.
The customer service rep was in constant communication with me called to validate the day before and the morning of and before this job start date. She advised me who'd be working at the site and gave me exactly the time frame.
I really do recommend Aries Plumbing and will use them again when needed (but I hope I don't need to)!
They did it and they worked hard, although it took the guys to get the job done. When they worked it started to sprinkle, but they didn't stop trying!
Don't use this plumber.
Desired to $250(labor only) to replace a kitchen faucet. I went to Lowe's and bought a faucet and had it installed for $200 (faucet+labour ).
Also charged us $100 for coming out to find out what is wrong.
These guys showed up in Tower Grove South in an emergency situation to my house. That is far better than every other plumber around town.
They solved the problem. Then Vernon came out and gave a reasonable quote for the service to me.

The inspector discovered as we sold our property. The final date moved up so we had been in an EXTREMELY close time frame. Aries was fantastic from start to finish. They quoted us considerably less than a competitor, got the work and even got us a lien waiver to appease the buyers. The girls who answer the phone proved helpful in getting us quickly and supplying all the paperwork that is needed. I can't say enough great things about Aries. They had been lifesavers.
