I can't say enough nice things about Tonya and Doug. The week before Christmas, my little sister's water heater went out. She and her family went with no hot water. I asked several bids on yelp to complete the job. Not only was Tonya but she made arrangements to emerge within one hour. Doug was educated, friendly, and prompt. The job has been completed in a reasonable period of time and at the price we agreed upon. Of all of the quotes I received, Doug and Tonya's was the greatest - in some cases a few hundred dollars less than their competitors. I will recommend them.

Wow!!! What other plumbers told me could not be done without re-modeling my bathroom, his team and Doug did it! Because the shower was too narrow I am in a wheelchair and also use a shower seat. All I desired was to have a fresh tub faucet therefore that my shower sprayer might be used replaced. They didn't call me back or they tried to push on us.
In 4 hours, they found the adapters and, doug came over yesterday and set up a better handle and MADE certain that it was user friendly for me.

Wow! What a contrast to the big, impersonal outfits (Time, Precision, etc.) that routinely bait with a very low cost but never really provide the services for the advertised cost.

Doug is THE plumber. I can rely on him that water moves in or about. He has helped me out several times in the past, and now he hooked up my new faucet and sink, and helped me wrap up the installation of my dishwasher. He does good work, and always appears to be having a good time. I can not wait to get him back once I redesign the cellar to help me!
