Marc is a super hero!!! I had a Water Heater that blew out same 14, and Marc showed up. He is semi-retired meaning anytime can be helped by him and he's a blessing. I have spent decades with Plumbers who take and do not show advantage of people and am in Real Estate. Marc is a god-send to homeowners in Lafayette and Orinda. He is a neighbor and now a friend. Honesty is everything in the service industry when one is trying to find a technician that is trusted. That, of course, includes getting the work done right. Marc Brenner is one of those men. After interviewing four different plumbers, Brenner not just made the most sense in how he'd approach my job but he provided the lowest cost. And he did an excellent job, coming up with a solution to a pipe leak. . And, it turns out he's my neighbor, that didn't hurt. Good guy. Highly recommended.
Marc saved my a$$. Old pipes = petrol leak = PGE closed down gas = very angry wife. Couldn't get a grasp of Marc, and time was of the essence, so called a second plumbing company (big mistake) named after the man about the $100 bill. They quoted me $13,000 into repipe. Then, after pulling"the boss" to get a last appearance, told me it would really be 16,000 plus they'd do it ASAP. I told them"no" as it looked like they were using the circumstance and the fact I was desperate. As soon as I got a hold of Marc and told him the story, he came out immediately to walk the site and figure out a solution. Less than a week after, I have a gas pipe which PGE is pleased with and most importantly, the wife is happy. Price = $10,000. Thank you for saving me $6000 Marc!

We called Marc since none of the other plumbers on YELP were available for 4 times and Marc said he'd come over. Happiness is finding a plumber who is true to his word, arrives on time and doesn't overcharge. Our leak necessitated getting a leak detection support who came fast and the next day Marc came and mended our pipes. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Marc Brenner is hands down! He's knowledgeable, efficient, on time and very reasonable! In fact anybody I've used in the last ten decades is exceeded by his degree of service! The 2 plumbers who consulted before him ( for a pump replacement to the water heater) one couldn't even tell me what was wrong, and another didn't return with a quote! Marc came right over, assessed that the situation at no cost, and when the pump came was there the same day to set up ( after having investigated on line to be certain place etc was right!!) Amazing! Thank you Marc. You are my plumber for life.
We have utilized Marc Brenner to our pipes needs for years in our property and in our home. It is not simple to find a plumber who knows who's also fair and honest and what they are doing. Marc is both of them and more. He backs up his job, is quite accountable, and does high quality work. I can't recommend him highly. We have recommended him to friends and they are always happy with their interactions and the work. He is an excellent man and you will be fortunate to have Marc job for you, if you want a plumber.
Marc was amazing. He's diligent, trustworthy, accountable and a joy to manage, even in difficult circumstances. We had a tricky leak in a property, therefore I was not even onsite. However he went over and above what I would expect from any correct individual. I would highly recommend him and would certainly use him again.
