He showed me everything was water and took the time to repair it properly. I would definitely recommend working with Tracy.
Tracy is awesome!
We hd a crack at a drainpipe in our kitchen and our home warranty company sent out. Tracy did the job and was brought in to clean up their mess. He came on time and completed the job on the working visit. He was clean, friendly, and good with kids.

Small company therefore they won't take some risks on larger than normal repairs. I had bought home guarantee and I was referred by them to Artley. Artley did not want to do some of the job. They reported findings into home warranty company since they did not want to take some risk. As they won't touch anything they has risk, Take note as they're likely excellent for small fast fixes or work. Not impressed by their demeanor and approach. My claim was denied because of their reports too. I told Artley the jets in the tub worked before I bought the home but he dismissed that and in his report he said it's a"pre existing issue" therefore they won't mend it and hence claim denied. Not the Best Way to go Artley Plumbing.

Fails to return calls! Works for the warranty company not the customer!!! I won't ever use this company

Called my guarantee company due and I understood that it was covered. This clown works for them and not for the customer. He arrived to my house 3 hours later the assured appt. time. Didn't even receive an apology. He said it should be covered and inspected the water heater. Be sure and he had to call it into his guarantee company. After he got off the phone, he said it was not covered. We contended for awhile but in the long run, Tracy said to me,"I do whatever they tell me , even if it's wrong." What? Tracy admiitted it should be covered but he could not help me. Wow. After he left my home, I found a massive oil place out of his ghetto plumbing truck in my driveway. The final slap in the facearea. Call someone else, not.

Plain rude!
Telephone Artley Plumbing in case you don't mind cleaning bathrooms!!!
The technician asked to use my restroom, and I agreed. He proceeded to use my bath and DID NOT FLUSH THE TOILET!! I come into some bathroom. They call me a liar!!!, when I called their office to report this episode

I have done a little remodeling in my house and its difficult these days to find good contractors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracy since I want to hire somebody who is knows what they're doing if I went to do another bathroom remodel.
Our experience with the plumber himself was A+. I like to ask questions about everything and he also took the opportunity to answer them all. That had nothing even if it was about an issue. He was nice to speak to.
Gosh it seems like a hit or miss with a few of the reviews. I do concur that the woman who puts the appointments up seems a bit nervous, which has the potential for a less than pleasant experience when items become stressful. They were quick to dispatch somebody the following day and the individual arrived within the time. So we had a smooth trade.

Artley Plumbing came out and did some repairs for us. I could not be more happy with their job. I recommend using Artley Plumbing you will not be let down.

Artley is the best. On time. Fair. Honest. Quality work.
What else has to be mentioned? If plumbing needs arise will call them.

Artley Tracy is honest and professional to fix the faucet that was falsely diagnosed by ML plumbing. His Services was highly recommended by me

Diverter, the plumber who came in replaced a faucet handle, and stopper in my bathtub and a toilet flush handle in less than one hour. He seemed like a professional.
Artley Plumbing was discharged through my Home warranty company. They took good care of the plumbing problems to my own satisfaction and supplied me a 4 hour window the following day.

- He was acknowledged the difficulty we'd immediately (first plumber splashed water to the faucet and stated it was a bad caulk that was causing the flow ).
- while being professional, Bonus celebrities for being approachable, using a sense of humor!
- He also took the time to explain our options and what was occurring.
- He asked if I was comfortable to have him come from my home or if I wished to wait for my husband.
Tracy was our plumber that our home warranty insurance delivered out.
- He substituted the faucet at our kitchen sink without even creating or leaving a mess for me to clean up!

Had a fantastic encounter with Artley Plumbing! Marla got me an appointment every day later and was careful and accommodating. Terry, the owner, gave me a fantastic Plumbing 101 Inservice and addressed our pipes needs. I strongly recommend them!

Seriously?! How are you people still in business? I had been angered with this I required that the job be moved to another company and called the home warranty company. I would NEVER give my business to company that treats its customers the way. To be fair, Terry Artley (the technician who evaluated the difficulty ) was very respectful and professional, and I feel awful he has this horrible woman answering his mobiles.
The place deserves one star. . .total amateur hour in regards to customer service. I had and my house warranty company set me up with Artley Plumbing. After the technician has been dispatched to my house I had been told that components would have to be arranged, and that I should be hearing from Artley Plumbing in a couple days concerning the availability of those parts. Come Tuesday, I hadn't heard anything about a settlement to the plumbing problem, and so I called back again, I had the displeasure of talking to"Marla." She was EXTREMELY rude and when I had been attempting to explain the evolution of the problem, she rudely interrupted me and said"just give me your name!" I asked about whether my parts had been arranged and gave her my name. She gave me a level,"I don't have that information." When I asked to talk to the plumber that did the job said"He's out." I asked when he'd reunite, and she said"I don't know." She denied that I had predicted on Saturday and left a message, essentially accusing me of lying!
Terry Artley: if you are reading this, you have to receive a receptionist. "Marla" will conduct your business to the floor if she keeps up this mindset. There is at least another review that cites"Marla" and just how terrible she is!!!

Just an update - Tracy is the one and only plumber I'd trust - he understands his trade inside and out. The distinction between him and others is that the distinction between having an experienced plastic surgeon with all the latest instruments and knowledge mend a complex wound and a medical student with limited accessibility, time and interest - both can do the job - the outcomes nevertheless cosmetically and differently can make a major difference. He mended two Kohler fixtures (each worth over $800 if bought new). The previous pipes (All Express) hired by our warranty company not only torn out and replaced the leaking fixture using a cheapo $20 faucet stating they could not fix it and had to replace it (my first faucet I later discovered was worth $800) but company carelessly nicked a warm water supply line which led to two weeks of ceiling repair work and recarpeting and a lot of frustration. Whenever the exact same problem happened to a different faucet - same $800+ version - I made certain my warranty company named Artley rather than All Express. He fixed the leak in under 10 minutes and forced the work - amazing. Apparently it wasn't installed properly the first time. Also he identified the part that had to be replaced on a different fixture that was leaking for decades and two other pipes had said there was not anything they could do except replace it that I refused to think (it had hardly been used, was worth a lot and was only 12 years old). Tracy of all Artley plumbing ordered deftly, the part and now it works just like brand new. Feel so blessed to have found Artley Plumbing and thankful there are still true professionals here in San Diego that are enthusiastic about their work's quality.

Mr. Tracy Artley comprehends the importance of customer services. He has mended a few issues in my home he walks in with a smile on his head, a polite greeting, along with a confident handshake. He is good with dogs:-RRB-
I undergo my home warranty and they always put me up with Artley Plumbing. Tracy calls the same day that I put in my claim to schedule a repair day. On the day of repair, he arrives every moment. Tracy does review the issue and provide a solution - he advises you step by step the cause of the issue, why it happens and to prevent it from occurring again. He's with how the warranty provider works very knowledgeable, which is SO helpful in making my decision about the best way best to proceed.
Tracy is educational, honest, and humorous:-RRB-. I do trust his work and recommend Artley Plumbing if you're searching for a plumber.
The first time that I met with Tracy, his company was on newspaper. At our appointment it was fine to see Artley plumbing is keeping up with technology. Tracy wrote my invoice lickety-split up and whipped his ipad out. My invoice was in my inbox, before he stepped out of the doorway. Pretty sweet.

This plumber is used by the home warranty company. He is friendly and appears to be well trained, except he said I needed to buy a toilet seat. Why does an experienced plumber never know that the bathrooms include a seat? I paid the service fee. He was to get warranty co.. I've yet to hear back. After 2 months of no news, I feel my $65 is thrown out. Was a toilet repaired.

The technician from Artley Plumbing that came into my home was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a leak below the foundation of the home and he discovered it ASAP. He did not waste my own time and was directly to the point without any nonsense. My insurance provider hired him to diagnose the issue and I had the issue is fixed by him. Great service I would definitely call them again.

Arrives on time, professional and delivers amazing service.
This man never ceases to amaze me! He returned for extra work (our toilets are older - what do I say?)
I cannot envision giving less than 5 stars!
This is the reason that small businesses thrive!

Today artley came out to help with our garbage disposal. He was very considerate and super efficient. He took the time to educate me on the right means to use the garbage disposal in order to avoid problems and he showed me how to repair a dip in the future. Fantastic service!

Thank you Mr. Artley for your professionalism and fixing all the issues we had.
I highly recommend Mr. Artley!!
We talked about everything and sat down and he inquired if I had any questions.
I was supplied a two-hour window when he'd come and he was on time, professional looking, and quite welcoming. He was also.
After we did the walk , he went to work and went to receive his backpack full of needed parts and gear. He replaced the spout diverter in the shower/tub with ease and then took the time to spell out the best way to get the maximum life from the spout... yes, I recall:--RRB-.
I have done a walk-through together with him to clarify the issues I had mentioned to my guarantee company and he took note of the issues. I asked him an question and he supplied a detailed answer without hesitation.
He went through the issues with ease and explained what he was doing and also the best way to keep the items he was replacing. He spoke to me as a homeowner to homeowner and gave me several pointers and ideas.
