I was able to schedule a quick yearly service for my furnace. Tony showed up on time and walk through what was be time for a new furnace. The owner of the company called me credited the price of the first visit. My appointment for a new furnace has been scheduled fast & Steve & Daniel showed up on time. They were considerate, proactive & super tidy. I will *definitely* recommend Associated Services to anyone with a furnace want.

I needed a $2000 brand new furnace then when it was a rental it is just a $30 thermostat when it was my house. Wow.
I had to possess Associated Services come to my condominium to check at my furnace. The gentleman was very instant at the time. He was quick with the diagnosis and took a peek. "The gasoline thermo coupling is not any good. Your unit is so old you will need an entirely new one." I informed he need to get in touch with my landlord make arrangements. "Not an issue. I will write a quote and they'll return to you." He then kept tinkering with the furnace. Few more minutes go by and then..."Mam I was incorrect. It's just your thermostat. I've got a replacement in the truck. I'll be back." What?!? Really?!?

It started raining directly below where our furnace is located in our attic. I called AS occasions to see if somebody could come out and see what was going on. To webpages, Richard not responded after 5 calls to their hours. So I needed to call on crisis to have a plumber come out and check the leaking. They were able to ascertain what occurred and we needed to quit running the AC. Cost me. Long story short. . .we wanted AS fix a few problems and to come out. Current pipes repairs were performed on the home and the technicians ended up items. It was our fault for hiring plumbers who did not know how to deal with things correctly. Tony evaluated the situation and came out. We needed some repairs done due to duct work setup.
I call AS for an update and a reschedule the following day. The lady states that Tony (our technician ) is out for another 4-5 days so I need to speak to the proprietor. I ask her to have him call me. She says that she'll contact him and let him call me. He called me . A week has gone by and still no call from Richard (the owner) and no call from Tony.
Tried installed on our home. They did such an amazing job on the HVAC install and our water heater setup. We wanted to keep on giving company to them. After the 4th telephone to the most important amount...I gave up. Richard (owner) was suppose to call me and that he never did. Later, they phone me personally for maintenance work on the HVAC and they ask about the solar panel, but it had been too late and we were already with a different corporation. I was really upset about this. Wanted keep giving company to them and to keep on utilizing this company. Obviously the were too busy, although this made me sad and angry. Ok.
Accountability is vital. Do it if you say you're going to do it. This company was amazing when I contacted themsomething has occurred as of recent and their service has gone down to nothing. They left our home in a bad situation forcing me to look elsewhere for a different HVAC service. That is the last thing I needed to perform. I believe that people will need to be made conscious although this is upsetting for me personally.
I filed a complaint and have called Diamond Accredited. I'll also be contacting a formal complaint to be filed by Costco . I will be contacting the BBB also because I believe that leaving an emergency to your clients isn't the ideal way to take care of things. If you have an after hour emergency service, you should reply the webpages.

The day of the scheduled repairs tells us that it can't be made by him and requires 30 minutes prior to our appointment. . .they are short staffed. Do yourself a favor, don't use this company. They don't care about you. They don't look after your very best interest and we have been failed by them as clients who have spent tens of thousands of dollars. Thousands of dollars! Here is.

I wired my brand new NEST thermostat at a wrong way. The lady requested questions that are appropriate and was speedy. Chris figured out that the solution in 10 mins and came to my own dental office and set up our new thermostat. Excellent service, highly suggested.

Customer service! I called for heater and Richard made an appointment a bit. Sounds fantastic but he never revealed, and never called. So at 4:00 Pm that afternoon I called to see whether he'd make it. Said he'd contact him right away and he'd call back. No call again no display that afternoon or through the weekend. The following business day I phoned at 8:30 AM and the woman who answered said she would contact him and he'd get back. No call, no display. Each contact I gave my cell and phone numbers.

Woke up this moring without the heating in the home. Called Connected at 7:15am, Chris showed up at 9:30, was able to get everything up and running by 10:30. Chris was a pleasure to have in a real professional and our home. This is a strong community company who is doing it correctly. I would recommend this firm.

I would like to give a big yes. I had someone come out from another firm. I had been quoted a cost of between $1100 to $5400 based on what I wanted done. I obtained Associated Services amount from a friend at our church. Was Thomas. What a true professional he is. After looking at our furnace and furnace work the very first company recommended.

Those guys are my latest exclusion, although I am a old man who isn't pleased with what I pay for all these times. Richard knew my Bryant heat pump well was adaptable in arrival time, and found and fixed the issues with professionalism. There was a problem with the testing hookup of the system, for fixing it without me having to whine about it and he took full responsibility. This integrity is what makes the difference in building customer loyalty. I'm glad to have found a company that cares about the long term. We noticed that we needed replacement of the gutters and the heating ducts in our attic, which was damaged by rodents while getting our roof replaced. Richard's crew worked with the roofer in combination during the roofing project. They had to replace all the heating ducts in the attic. The heating project took during the time of their roofing project. They used quality products that one of the inspectors was impressed with. Richard's crew fastened them and suspended each of the heating ducts that they replaced, from the attic floor beams. So it would not make it dirty on the inside of our house, if they had to access the attic through the afternoon they laid a lengthy tarp. They maintained the work place very clean and they answered all questions before during and after the job was completed. As for the gutters, then we chose style and the color that we wanted and also they left the gutters on site and then the gutters have been installed. Richard listened to our concerns, and we had one concern during the heating duct setup and it was solved. The project was on budget and on time. They are also performing a furnace tune up for us this coming week. We would urge Associated Services to anyone that is looking for heating air conditioning or gutter replacement.

I'm so excited I could dry my clothing! We bought a fan and had our ventilation looked at. Our home has been built and owners obviously never correctly maintained their home so that it was a bit of a challenge to get everything up and running correctly. Thanks to the hard work and devotion and the fan installed, I am ready to wash my clothing! Thanks to everyone who came in to make sure we had the best service. Warranty ensured.

I would, if I could give a negative rating review. We had somebody from this company come out for a quote. $90 was charged, also ensured that if we picked them to do the repair/replace the furnace, which money would be applied for the upcoming support. My husband attempted to reach them. The 2nd try, finally spoke to jannie and has been assured the owner would call back. No call back. We called again. No call back. The time ultimately happened to the owner, Richard, and had been advised that the individual who did the estimate did not work for them and they couldn't find the paper work. He said he maybe he come next week also stated Friday of the week he may have the ability to fix the furnace. Guess what? He never revealed or telephone. We called again and again with no success. Because we desired that charge for the repair job. We expected that as a certified diamond member we would get support. I would not recommend this firm!! Will be calling the diamond certified to file a complaint.

I asked about a project and called and was told I'd be given a call back, never got the telephone. Called and asked if they can install my mini split air conditioner and they told me they could not help me since they didn't sell me the unit. Would not recommend to anyone.

Richard fixed the problem in brief time,I was amazed at his expertise and thought in to diagnosing,and repairing my own system.I would highly recommend there services.

We had tried three other businesses which could not mend are mill in restaurant before we predicted Associated Services Heating and Air.

I'm really grateful for the work by their employees! They left a metal drain repaired the dryer vent pan for my washer, and installed the washer/dryer combo in a space. So they would not occupy as much distance, they fixed the valves. They were considerate partners, polite. They made it work when I could not find anybody to do the job. Would highly recommend!!!

I phoned Services to diagnose. Chris came the exact same day and diagnosed a thermostat that needed to be replaced. He returned using a replacement and that I can enjoy a comfy space that was warm. Thanks Chris for the service!
