My sink had a clog. We tried everything from liquid plumber plungers, snakes, etc and nothing else worked. I called the day Heating & Prestige Plumbing and Robert showed up to save! Our clog turned out to be especially complex (because of older pipes) but Robert was a complete pro and he fixed the problem in no time! See below for additional highlights.

They booked an extremely specific/short time period to appear and got here a few minutes early. By telling me one thing that I thought was a problem did not need anything 19, they began. The other small things were taken care of quite promptly and the final invoice was below the quote.

Robert, the technician from Prestige Plumbing and Heating arrived as scheduled. He listened to this heater's symptoms . It has continued to run well because she was tired of being cold within our 23, and my wife is extremely happy. Robert was very and educated professional. A service that was distinct was called by my spouse and they said they could not come for 4 weeks. This was during a cold snap in the weather so that I can understand the delay. My spouse called Prestige Heating and Plumbing and we had to wait 2 days! I believe that the pricing was competitive and we will definitely use their services. Thanks!

Best in the City! I got a response and sent an email to get an estimate. That was on a Thursday. I was able to have appointment for Monday. Robert proceeded to work to repair it, then told me exactly what had to be done along with the price range came out, took a look at our kitchen sink. Took about an hour and a half and completely explained everything when he was finished. Great customer work and support and price! Will definitely be calling them again if I have a plumbing problem.

On Christmas Eve my Plumbing obtained plugged and the toilet overflowed. What a tragedy on the holiday evening. I requested a quote on Yelp and I received a text. He agreed to come over and he was able to get everything working. A man. We appreciated his willingness to help us season. He was the only one to respond

I am updating this review from my original one star due to complete absence of calls and no communication. I was contacted by this firm after my review was posted. He was sincerely apologetic. Robert ( who is the only people I spoke to and dealt with) was our technician all 3 occasions he needed to come out ( home warranty provider takes everything one step at a time clearly so he had to try 3 different things). Robert was knowledgeable, professional, nice, skillful and extremely prompt. I had zero problems with communicating after the issues I had. Thank you for your reaction!
