Installed a gas water heater. Quick and considerate. Thank you John Massey. I would use them again and have used Atlantis before.
Its a pleasure to do business with your company. A big shout out to John and Ryan!!!!!
His partner Ryan and john Massey were quite courteous and professional. They arrived on time and found the issue and fixed it in a really short time.I can use them again and refer them to all my pals.
I phoned Atlantis Plumbing to help identify the origin of a leak. Bryan arrived a few hours and was able to recognize the origin of the leak nearly instantly. Very friendly and professional and love the fact that they got out somebody to my house so quickly. Will definitely use them again for plumbing requirements.
I contacted this company about a leaky faucet. They were professional and prompt to schedule an immaculate even providing me a time of birth. Robert, the next day came out to address this issue. I live in an older condominium, so he replaced some warn parts and did all that could be done on his end. He guided me to speak to my HOA since it's very worn, to arrange for replacement of the outside PRV. I had been impressed with Robert's understanding of this situation. I wouldn't hesitate to call again later on.
Has an assortment of plumbing problems such as pinhole leaks. 1 escape Tim fixed beneath the house, and another about a month later was mended by John Massey. Very effective and friendly technicians. My house is quite hard because of many plumbing problems, however, the repairs were no problem at all for them. I will finally have the ability to replace all the pipes in my house, and they quoted a fair price for the entire house. I will be using them again.
Atlantis times have been used by us and have always been totally happy with the service. They have resolved our problems entirely and are knowledgeable and courteous. Tim came on a Saturday, 4th of July holiday weekend. They are top-notch!
The wife got worried enough to call Atlantis Plumbing when company uses that bathroom about a very low flow toilet that clogs. Company was coming that day for a week. She predicted at. They stated they'd be out by 10:00 AM although I'm hoping nobody will be available until after our firm is here. Butch called to affirm and that he about 9:30 and is crew were here and gone in 30 minutes.
Butch listened into the history of the two backups, toured the home to check at all the signs including piping and pictures of my drain machine. He concluded they needed to pull the bathroom, put a camera down the drain and then inspect for blockage. The camera might have knocked the blockage off. They didn't find. We learned it is on account of the paper we utilize plus a couple of feet of flat drain. This is a very low flow toilet. Forward and following company for a week, fresh unquilted paper in that bath; no blockage.
I'm a bit frustrated. I explained what I had when I predicted in- which was a leak in the basement discovered and sealed. Test it out and I scheduled an time for them to come out and give me a quote. Tim was really kind and arrived but clarified that it wasn't something which the firm did. He gave me his number to refer me just like I needed to a business which could do a service and contacted his boss. I called the number. The guy said he would call me and appeared frustrated. No call back. :/
Came by within 2 hours of me phoning. Price was fair, work was quick. Fixed a main water level leak.
Mike answered our telephone on a Friday night when our toilet became dysfunctional. After the issue was solved he had been extremely helpful and called to follow up. We were very impressed with the outstanding customer support and would work with Atlantis Plumbing again! Thank you Mike!
Cy was my technician -- he gave me the best price (I got three quotes ) and he had been on time and fast, I will definitely be using him again later on.
We had some issues using a filter and Tim Robinson was able to have it taken care of simple and quick. A major problem was taken by him and found a solution that would keep us going till we can find the money together to repair the problem. It was much appreciated.
I have arrived at the recognition that we are mechanically up charged by support companies . Atlantis Plumbing does not charge a service fee for coming out to your house (even in Johns Creek) - FREE ESTIMATES! You cover the problem (labour & gear ), that is it. Please remember that Atlantis has plumbing technicians and not all of them are the same so you will get ratings, after reviewing the past testimonials. My support tech, Roby & Tyler, were *****WONDERFUL*****! I had 20 gallons of water spilling from my ceiling and they found the leak and cared for it. They are extremely professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I would recommend Atlantis Plumbing - but please remember my stars Aren't Just for the business, but for its technicians:)
Victor investigated the issue . He used my vacuum cleaner to clean the coils, tooled around behind the fridge for a few minutes, then given me a bill for more than 200! He had told me he'd found the issue. He charged me $210 to get 30 minutes of work simply fixed it.
Got home one night to locate our fridge had defrosted. The following day, called areas but nobody could come til. Located Atlantis and they shipped Victor out at 8pm. He explained it didnt seem good but he was gon na look it over and tell me exactly what we faced.
Glad they came out , so I gave 3 stars. Make sure they they tell you the price prior to anything that is fixing.
After having a VERY bad experience with a different plumbing company (who was likely to be among the most reputable in all Atlanta!!!) , I had been reluctant to search for another one soon but as life would have it, what needed repair was urgent so that I took a deep breathe and hunted again to find these guys. Luckily, they had someone in my area and within 20 minutes I had them in my doorstep. The man who cared for me was Shelby; he had been extremely professional, went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased and knowledgable, explained eveything in detail. Not only was satisfied with his work but their pricing was more then honest and a discount that is terrific is offered by them. I'll make certain to use them and all plumbing work I'll need from here on out!
Atlantis Plumbing helped me throughout this last frost big time. My new house had a faucet all night due to a fixture going to a blast run from a drip. Mike came first that night and spent. The closed off on the street had difficulties so that he left at 1 am assuring me they'd get rignt back onto it first thing in the morning.
Then, lo and behold, I went I am moving out of and it had a busted pipe. Chris fixed this problem from rain and the cold and came out on time. Yesit costs money to have a plumber come out but I guarantee you, these men did everything they could to help me out of a place. There was no fee that was in the middle of the evening and when it couldn't be repaired. Two other well-known companies wouldn't even come due to faucet being into a jacuzzi. Thanks guys!
John came out the next morning and was able to find water off and fix the problem. Nevertheless he also had trouble with the care of that! The City of Atlanta will be fixing that matter!
I had a problem with a toilet sink which hadn't been draining in a couple of years. A handyman who was trying to be useful had replaced three bits under the sink, but still there was almost no improvement. I explained as I tried to do a favor while they were gone, I had to have somebody come out and called Atlantis. The girl on the phone was fantastic and eager to assist me. She sent out Roby and I could not be more thankful. He managed to use the drill which cleared the pipes which were deeper down than could be gotten to I had. Not just that but he make sure flowing water and managed to assess concerns about an old pipes problem weren't likely to cause leaking into the ceiling down below. This bathroom had basically gone unused for a few decades and now in 1 trip everything functioned. Roby gave tips about maintaining pipes cleared going and a few different things while charging me. Roby was quite professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He'll definitely give you an honest appraisal and cost. I just wish I could have hired him to work on other matters other plumbing problems. He was a true joy. I am lucky he was. Thank you!
A water leak was discovered by me under my home and I am a female homeowner and suspected the water heater. I called as mentioned Atlantis and they came out. The work was good and I have no escapes and hot water, but here is the issue. We discussed the cost. He said it'd be about $2000. He gave me 3 options. To begin with, to repair the pressure valve which is causing the problems but not recommended, second, to buy the water heater and also materials in the home depot (he would not recommend because the gear there is overpriced and cheaply made) and pay the labour or next, pay all in money with a 10% discount and he said the water heater comes from a plumbing supply warehouse which I would have a warranty on labour and materials. Of course, I chose the third option and planned on paying $1800. Now, following the work is done which was good work, I visit the cost and the bill is $2150 with a 10% discount. The cost is currently $1935. So, actually I got a 3.3% discount in the $2000 cost. I just have a solid price that was honest and would have not received a discount. And incidentally, there was not breakdown of cost on the bill, just a total. Thinking back into the conversation yesterday, I believe because I could have paid by credit or check card, I had been swayed to pay in money. They have in-full money payment and I have a working water heater with a 3.3% discount. I guess that's fair...
Mike Brown was good. They were professional and very responsive and got the job done for a price. Very honest and trustworthy plumber.
We're in our house in College Park. Following last winter we had a few frozen pipe harm. We were worried about finding an honest plumber. I believe we got lucky our first attempt when this provider was called by us. Our technicians were informational and Barry, very professional and Jackie , as the very first time home owner I discovered this useful. They exchanged pipes that busted and showed us . I would recommend them to any one and attorney and a damn good price.
