I had an issue with and adjacent sink and a toilet. I had been afraid that there was a break in the drain tube after having experienced a similar problem.
The plumber B&A dispatched was Mike Freier. He was friendly, professional and capable. He worked tidy and fast! The problem turned out to be a minor one. He had been out and done in one hour. And he gave guidance on how to protect against the sink problem from recurring. He provided, by far, the plumbing experience I've ever had.
You would be absurd to call anyone else, if the B&A plumbers are as good as Mike.

Toilet water and blocked started wetting the basement ceiling and the whole floor underneath, night and this happened on Friday at.
The basement wetting didn't want to risk unclogging the toiled myself fearing there could be some unidentified leaks in the pipes, and was a concern.
Saw that B&A was open 24hrs the call centre lady was quite nice accommodating, and so I called. I figured I would ask for a call first thing in the morning, but Bobby called about 10min. I explained the circumstance, asked him morning if he could come, and that he did. He charged me though there an 1hr minimal, fixed the toilet, confirmed that there are different leaks, and came on time.
I had B&A Plumbing and a brand new water heater came in record time and got you I would use them again in a heartbeat. Jim went out of his way to get an appointment and Brandon and Mike did a fantastic job installing it. Thanks to all! I strongly recommend B&A Plumbing if desire great excellent service at a price that is reasonable.
So, I came home to warm water over the bathroom and also a leaky toilet. I discovered B & A Plumbing here. The secretary on the phone was professional & friendly, Bobby called me back within 5 minutes, & came over an hour after. He was up front & explained that I would be paying for this evening call. He was friendly, professional, effective, & tidy! I hope that I don't need to call a plumber but if I do, I call B & A Plumbing again!
Woke up to frozen pipes called B&A plumbing. They've been here for 3 hours and nothing. Now they want inform me it is going to be $600.00 for their time. When more than half has been spent on them trying to get their machine! Feeling Do not use this company they did nothing but take my cash.
I was recommended to them by a community page on networking. Very fast response time, very good communicating, showed up exactly when they said they would, have a comprehensive estimate of time and parts, explained all of my choices and ended up coming in below the estimated price by working quickly and locating the parts for less than expected (and being honest enough to say so). Definitely recommend.
My gas water heater pilot light wouldn't stay on. I phoned and they came by within a few hours of my call and were able to get it re-lit. They showed me exactly what they did, explained the problem and exactly what a replacement unit would cost. The plumber said I would likely need to have it replaced on account of configuration and the age if it moved out. Well, within a few hours the heater went off again and I could not get it to resume with their instructions, so I was able to get them out day and phoned back to replace the heater. The work was done professionally and fast, and in the price that was quoted.
We used this business to run water lines, gas lines, and installation for a garbage deaposal, quote was very honest, and function was good, I would use them again, but for the plumber who was delegated to the job he was obnoxiously loud, very argumentive, and super disrespectful, and had no patients what so ever. He was impossible to communicate with, with no agument, know it all attitude. However he does deserve a applause for job, his heper was super. I would recommend this firm for quality work, not the plumber.
Have used this company twice today for smaller plumbing jobs that I simply couldn't get to with my program.
