EXTREMELY RUDE! I politely asked if they had accessibility to send someone out to my home. The reply was,"We are booked up for another week" I asked if that included requests for emergency services and has been told,"Booked up means reserved up. Even though it was a non-emergency we are booked up" Had a impolite tone to his voice and zero compassion. He continued to respond to me in that manner even as I tried explaining that I completely understand what"reserved" means and I was only inquiring in case the was a gap for emergency providers. Will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
Great speedy service. Jason and Enjoy Keith come correct some clogs. We are honest and nice men that have the job done easy and quick made a small repair which I did not even find at a small charge that might have caused me problems down the line. Will use them again for sure for any problems I might have.
Got replaced by PSI plumbing. Its was a 50 gallon gas heater, replaced with tank. Replacement was done with no difficulties. The unit was delivered with no damage into the basement to walls or flooring. Jason, bruce and Keith did a fantastic job.
. I appreciated that he had some recommendations for what we should do in the future to prevent the expenses of emergencies such as this too! I will definitely use PSI Plumbing to all the plumbing tasks we need done - thanks Bruce!
Bruce came out in an emergency and helped us in one of our bathrooms with a sewer backup. This morning, I called at about 7AM and he had been at my home by 9:30AM. Bruce was great and extremely helpful about describing everything he went to do and how much everything would cost - that I believe he made sure you understood exactly what you paid for and a reasonable price charged.
Ok, you have a sump difficulty and you panic... No need to worry that this company came through with flying colours... I can't start to explain the great provider, the honesty, knowledge that they deliver.
It is difficult to make me happy but I felt compelled to write a review that this company that is professional is and they came out and fixed my problem. I recommended them to a friend and they came out on a Sunday. Doesn't get better than that... Highly recommended. . I would give them stars. . Outstanding . Thank you Bruce... Keep up the great work.
We hired a clean-out to be installed by Bruce on the sewer line at front of the property. His service was superb. He worked together with the city to pull on the appropriate permits. Bruce supplies A+ work, great customer service, and a very reasonable price. He worked on our program. . .no 4 hour window to take care of. I strongly recommend. I'd recommend him without hesitation to family and friends.
