They rolled out paper to line my hallways and bedroom and taped it down so that the paper was protected. They kept me up-to-date with the installation process. They vacuumed and drifted while they were packing up. I am super happy in the way they functioned in my home and helped me know the particulars of the scenario during the installation and during the quote. It was a job that is huge and they did a fantastic job.
Marcellino and raphael out of BeastBay are midsize plumbers and polite. I called them for a quote and had shopped around. I worked to set up an appointment to the quote. The owner was quite polite and quick in responding to my query.
On the day of the quote, Raphael came on time to evaluate my situation. I had a few leaks and the work on my pipes wasn't the ideal. To place a long story short, I had my pipes redone (totaling over 60 feet of pipe which stretched throughout my whole home ) and had to correct a leak in my shower and beneath my toilet. I also wanted a new toilet and faucet installed in my bathroom.
Raphael came over with Marcellino, the Following Day. They worked to get everything done. They hit on a few snags but when you reside that is to anticipated.

Had an time involving 9-11 did not receive a call from dispatch until 1045 asking when I informed her no she called around to find out what was happening and if she can find another plumber if someone arrived. They did not have anyone to assist me until the next day. Dispatcher was quite nice but overall experience was not great and I will never contact them for an appt wasted a day managing tryna find another corporation.

Ron reimbursed the full $500. For carpet cleaning and pad replacement.
He also debriefed with his employee to make a learning experience.
I feel that was the right thing to do. My admiration was earned by ron for being responsible about the reputation he's building and the work his company does.
That is an updated overview. I initially had a negative experience because of a judgement mistake on the time sensitive nature of my toilet. The delay led to a flood. The turn around came after Ron, the owner, followed up with me to make matters right.

My hats off to Robert M. He did a fine job installing my Pelican water method. I got bids but went with Beastbay since Robert was knowledgeable,
Genuinely honest and provided me a price. He provided me with a quotation that was paired and his friendly considerate manner produced a sense of trust that the job would be done. He did a superb job and informed me, as anticipated.

Saturday afternoon I discovered a leak in my ceiling. I looked on Yelp and found Beastbay plumbing. They could get out someone . I was afraid they would have to cut open my walls but the tech, Marcelino was able to rate the issue . He was professional and kind. He was upfront and honest with me not being a plumbing issue but rather an HVAC issue. He graciously referred an HVAC guy that will be out Monday. Hoping for the best. However, if I have no plumbing problems I will definitely call Beastbay to come care for it. Thanks guys.

We had been having a problem with our toilet and decided to attempt Beastbay Plumbing. When calling to make an appointment the individual who answered the phone was extremely helpful, nice, and fast to get my questions answered! They discharged Marcellino to our home and he did a great job not only repairing the toilet but also describing what happened and what we could do in the farther to prevent the issue. They get the work done correctly and are extremely professional.

We had water pressure in a shower that is newly installed along with it could not be fixed by the builder. Beastbay identified problem fixed it and straight off. Shower is working extremely well. They came right on time, were knowledgeable and worked cleanly. Would definitely recommend.

I received several quotes to have an on demand water heater. I contacted Beastbay Plumbing and Brooks managed to come out the day to provide a competitive quote to me. He had been conscientious about the demands of my family and didn't try to oversell me I didn't require.
The Navien water heater has a great reputation and I feel convinced that I bought a fantastic product from a company that is great.

The attorney was fantastic and Ron was responsive and useful to aid with financing choices notifying me this could occur, but for me he requested a credit card along the way. It's all taken care of today and Ron was responsive in trying to make it better. Much appreciated!
While they did make an error and it was frustrating to deal with obtaining this credit card I imagine they would be a plumbing company that is solid to utilize.

Contacted a few plumbers at midnight as I was panicking and I got a reply from Ron of Beastbay Plumbing. My toilets backed up after flushing to bathtub and the shower and no matter what my husband and I did, the water wouldn't drain. Ron stated he would come between 8am-10am showed up at sooner at my request. Was able to describe the problem and supply some choices with no pressure. My problem was a repair and I have to make some conclusions. I will certainly call Ron again. Wonderful guy. He is located in Vallejo and services most of the Bay Area.

We'd Beastbay install an ADA wall change our kitchen faucet out and sink for our toilet. They were prompt, had rates, and also did a fantastic job. Would use again.

Look for a plumber who'd be available to come to help out us and FINALLY we chose to stop torturing ourselves. Luckily, Ron responded to my quotation request very fast and we were able to install Carl (I think that was his title, I'm so sorry if it's not!) To come all the way from Vallejo out . Carl worked extremely quick to work out and solve the problem. He had been extremely helpful and was very understanding of the urgency of getting our plumbing back on track.
I woke up to a nightmare the weekend prior to Christmas - a tiled bath floor with..."stuff". What is worse is I was just seeing with my parents' but they were out of this nation until after Christmas - I had to take care of the toilet nightmare independently and meaning my grandparents. Obviously, I was freaking out. My sister wanted to attempt and tackle the matter independently, although my older brother and I believed to call a plumber ASAP. We tried to use the plunger to clear any clogs, we tried to use drano, we (for some reason) kept flushing the toilet leading to more"stuff" to come up from the base of the toilet...

Upon completion all debris was removed-including the water heater and I had a working knowledge of my Tankless Water Heater.

Rafael, a Beastbay Plumbing employee was at my house at the appointed time. He started his work and explained what he was planning to do. Answering my questions as they came up. Professional, patient and respectful. This was new technologies to me and I had plenty of questions. He explained and re-explained as needed.

Hiring Beastbay Plumbing is a choice that is excellent! About a year and a half ago, I met Ron and they did the two shower stalls, fixed an outdoor leaky faucet, upgraded the plumbing fixtures for our washer and dryer and replaced the ball valve. I had. Everyone was fantastic: Mitchell who did a awesome job replacing the water heater and connections that are needed and from Dee that the dispatcher, Robert who explained in detail different choices and assessed the situation. I would recommend Beastbay Plumbing for their quality work, honesty, professionalism and caring about their customers!

He came and attempted to clear a drain. He could not and said that it was on the house and did not charge me. Time was a problem although an alternate was offered by him. I'd use him again when I have the time.

Had a clogged outdoor drain. Called to come out and have a look. Mitchell has been extremely beneficial and showed up exactly the same day. Turns out that tree roots had broken down the pipe and there was nothing they can do but urge a replacement. He still tried for over an hour to break through the stubborn roots. Because they weren't able to clear it, they gave me a discount. Can call them back. Do not feel like they tried to overcharge me and gave me some hints on alternatives to substituting. Great company that is local!
