Jason Griffin, Service Professional, did an excellent job of our water line break and came on time, very polite. So we'd have no issues In addition, he reconfigured the line.

We had an ongoing issue that we'd called a few different plumbers out to diagnose and nobody could figure out it. Then we came across mr rooter and as soon as I clarified the issue they knew just what the problem was. That has been my experience with time and mr rooter time again. They figure out what the problem is within a few minutes and they do an excellent job of fixing it. They do not cut corners.
I have had troubles with many businesses that don't take the time to determine what the true problem is leave a mess for me to clean after. However, mr rooter plumbers leave without a mess for me to clean. Iwill continue to phone them and'm extremely happy with their service.

Joan was fantastic booking me for a final minute sewer review when we had a scheduling complication through escrow. Plumber arrived and finished work as promised and emailed report in time before contingencies were published for us to finish home inspections. Super grateful. Mr. Rooter, Thank you!

It's true about them being costy inflated what yelpers state.
Tom:"No, therefore I will have to return with a partner and go in through the

Tom:"Well then we'd go under the home and access out there, which based upon the job could run another $500 to possibly up to 5 thousand or so..it actually depends upon what we find."
Tom:"Unfortunately, it is gonna run you around $647.50"
We stopped there, called another plumber, he came out in 20 minutes, fixed the issue in 30 minutes, charged $95.

Me:"Can you get it?"

We had an emergency using our atrium drain flushing during a downpour and known as Mr. Rooter. They were sent and professional someone the moment he could reach us. Shannon was excellent. He took one look at the issue and immediately went to work. When he noticed just how much work we had done to help bail the water which filled up, he took $ 50 off the price tag! We're so relieved that Mr. Rooter (especially Shannon) came to the rescue. We will definitely use them again.

Our problem. First time the rep came out on a Saturday he basically took five minutes to say your escape might be everywhere so we can have somebody come out with a leak detector on Monday and it'll cost $411. By turning off the main line for the day, we chose to wait and discovered the leak ourself. When it turned back we saw where it bubbled up. It cost us $396 for him to cut on the broken pipe outside and replace that area - . It would have cost us almost $700 if he dug the hole we've dug a little deeper (absurd ).
I would probably shop around more if I had time.
They get 3 stars because he fixed our escape and because the woman who chooses the telephone is quite friendly and has great customer support skills. Otherwise I would probably give them two stars due to the fact and the price that the rep looked like he had been scared to get dirty and used the majority of our tools.
I am not certain if this is the ideal location because I called the toll free number and a service representative has been shipped out quickly so am presuming he came out of this location to place this review.

Our water heater burst Thanksgiving and Mr. Rooter was fast to emerge and give us a quote and the next day we had a brand-new water heater. I received a courtesy call about 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. They have been on time and very favorable. Will definitely call them next time we have an issue!

The ideal part. 1 hour. Under $200. Rob Hillian and roto Rooter are priceless.
We had been a long term client. We have an older home with many trees that have deep roots. We have constant difficulties with our sewer system. Prior technicians have experienced client service abilities and support.
He stated they can't do exactly what they have done in the past when asked why we could not do previous solutions. And the technicians were with the company. Claimed he was doing so for 14 years and when we requested his tenure he never provided an answer. He was rude and arrogant. I believed we were the customer?
Called back the office staff and was treated extremely rude. Where are such people's customer support abilities? We had been long term clients and deserved. We have been using them.
After showing the technician what needed to be performed the technician stated he would provide two options took a hiatus to return to his van compose the tips. There was 1 option, when he returned. That was to jack put in a two way clean out and hammer front cement terrace.
We recommend instead of Mr. Rooter you contact Roto Rooter and request Rob Hillian. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He was happy look at that and to assist us. We saved thousands of dollars by using Roto Rooter to clean as we specified as opposed to jack beating out front terrace. Should you need assistance, Telephone Rob. 925-939-3100.
It averages one or two times annually. We're familiar with the issues and when we predicted a technician returned our call and we advised him and provided intense detail so there wasn't any confusion. At the time he said no issue and we put some time and we took time from work to meet a representative from Mr. Rooter in the house Monday afternoon at ~4pm.
After we finally got hold of the proprietor (Rich). He took a long time to respond to us.
The technician that arrived was a young guy with a girl in uniform at the van. We provided the former night the same information that was provided to Tom. Extreme detail what needed to be done to repair this matter and was provided. Mind you we have done this at least half a dozen occasions.

We had a slow drain in the shower, tried to mend ourselves with Drain-O but did not work so we phoned Mr. Rooter in the morning, nice friendly lady said we could come out in morning hours, I said alright. They gave me a courtesy call to say he's on his way and Fernando came just within fourteen days. Showed him the emptying, he snaked it all was well. He even checked the adjacent shower to make sure it wouldn't clog. He at first thought we did not have a P-Trap below the shower so he said he'd go under the house (via a little hole in the cupboard ). He confirmed a snare was it was just further away from the drain than normal. Great service I would use and recommend.

I contacted a sewage clog to be removed by Mr Rooter. They eliminated the clog and offered me on a Hydrosurge. Their technician managed to get nozzle and the hose stuck in my own sewer. It has been going on for nearly a month. They made several efforts to remove it. The line needs to be dug up - they want me to pay over $4000 to remove. My sewer is not currently working and they are telling me problem. BEWARE
