We purchased a brand new heating and ac unit during their Costco program from Bellows. The installation went great and we had been pleased with the performance of this Lennox system until a couple of weeks once the AC no longer provided air.
These guys are great. I strongly suggest them.
We predicted Bellows and they sent a tech out to take a look. He determined there was a leak that was slow, but he couldn't find the source, after spending the whole day. He came back with another tech and they could ascertain what the issue was, and that it was under warranty! They add a great deal of hours and have taken good care of us, and they were professional and very polite. Due to both Matt and Thomas. Given the caliber of the job, we've opted to register for their annual maintenance program.

They get 5 stars in terms of the workers being nice. Their automatic communication system that is text was nice also.
Too much $$$ for that kind of fix. Will find another plumber going forward.
The bummer is that they snaked a bathtub drain and it was back to being slow afterwards. It only worked for about a week. I called and asked if that was covered as it was only worked or if it'd be a service call. The answer - a service call $$$.

The owner just called me and clarified this was a new employee and ensured me her Properly would be trained by them. I am impressed by the care the owner took to reach out and fix the mistake.
About getting a quotation, I called to request advice and wrapped up the telephone due to the fact she couldn't answer a very simple question with transparency.
However,

I had after I got two additional firms Bellows come out replacement estimates for a non repairable furnace. They shipped out Tom Magsam who was very knowledgeable! He explained the arrangement of role of my equipment. He started up it only listening to the order of this system and closed the unit of! He returned with a new inducer motor and went to his truck. Change my system I don't think so! Bellows saved me a whole lot of money I didn't have to spare. Thanks to Bellows and Tom my family is warm at night.
In case you've got an issue with your heating talk to bellows very first!

Just complete sloppy. They are generally late (2-3 hours late)they arrive on days when there's been nothing scheduled. I called once and shared how unorganized they're and the person on the line said,"I know." Just hasn't been a good experience. Will go with a person going.

I've had two Sewer Lateral Inspections with Jennifer Galvan an employee of Bellows Plumbing. I would request Jennifer from the future to do all my Sewer Lateral inspections.
Jennifer took her time describing the Sewer Lateral Inspection works and was quite personable, professional. Jennifer answered any and all my questions in a professional manner.

Please be conscious of exactly what the technician says you need. You may not. The technician attempted to charge us $1500 for work. I felt uneasy with feeling as if he had been"working us". Said we needed a new motor for the fan. The following day got another opinion. All that was needed was a part that is 12. The technician would have known this since it is the very first thing anyone. This was just a case of a poor technician in a company.
My first review was one celebrity. I'd like to give them more than two for the attention. Here is my original article and beneath my inclusion.
Stephanie was very attentive to my criticism. She wasn't defensive and, rather, attempted to use it. We don't know if there will be a fix of the first problem so I'll leave this up to you although I'd give three or four stars. Bellows refunded my whole evaluation fee. The fee by the independent technician was 124. I wish Bellows luck and hope they will prevent this from occurring again, (a negative note. A pal of mine, quoted from a company received a quote of $15,000 to fix his heating system. The individual builder corrected it for $200.)

While there were a few minor issues (two reversed wires on the first installment; installation of wrong external unit), the company rectified the issues. Staff were polite and punctual. The overall installation of my miniature split (air heating and cooling system) was performed well, and without a lot of disruption to my life. I anticipate continuing support from the company and love the system.

We needed sewer lateral inspection work at our home and so are lucky to have been connected with Bellows Plumbing. Bellows provided us. It was fantastic working with personable, courteous and knowledgeable Mike Murrow who went over and beyond to direct us through the project. Everybody else on the group, William, the workplace personnel and jennifer demonstrated the same high standards, taking the opportunity to explain everything and always punctual. I am sorry there's a limit of only five stars with this review and recommend you look no farther than Bellows Plumbing, Heating and Air.

We looked for a heating system that wouldn't be powered by gasoline and converted however, by our solar panels.
Bellows were selected by me after meeting & receiving bids from four companies. Here is why! They had been on time for the consultation texted who had been coming & when they would be there. Professional & understood their stuff. They had a superior product electric driven heat pump. This is the unit presently on the market for an electric heat resource that is powered. It's very well made, warrantied, exceptionally quiet & competitively priced. The installers were on well versed in getting it installed correctly & time every day. There was one slight issue with the SVZ-KP36NA to acquire it and our Nest communicating is added onto by all the aftermarket. The unit could have ruined (not convinced it did) that our Nest however, they called Tom and replaced it instantly and without question or issue. Tom Kevin were all great to work together with onsite. But I want to provide that their CEO who had been pleasure to work with and represented the company very professionally to an shout to Jason Schlunt. Just as the early experience together and the Mitsubishi merchandise they provide, it had been working together with Jason that made it an easier decision to give my business to them.

Wish I could say my review could be read on a favorable note. Bellows cost me loss of earnings because of their person in charge at that moment. With permits involved and involved Bellows was a efficient builder.

When PG&E red tagged it, we suddenly found ourselves without using our water heater. We called Bellows Plumbing after as we'd had great service before. Jared Valdez arrived at our house, scrutinized the old water heater, also determined it had to be substituted. Jared wrote up the quote, scheduled the installment for Monday and checked for availability. Javier and Hector arrived on time on Monday. The installation was completed by them and efficiently. They explained all the details of the water heater, the security features, and answered all our questions. We have found Bellows Plumbing to be timely, courteous and efficient . I would happily recommend them and will call them back again.

Our AC stopped heating, and Bellows sent out Mike to take a look. The company confirmed by text first that he was on his way, then Mike himself called with a more specific arrival time (within the projected window). He was thorough and professional. He discovered that our problem was loose wiring, and that was fixed by him. Suggested some brief term work to make the current unit more stable/efficient, as well as a longer term guidelines for a brand new device and redesign of ductwork (the original build left something to be desired in this region ). All in all, great company, knowledgeable and professional. We'll certainly use Bellows and ask Mike later on.

I had some plumbing work and the work was satisfactory. Here is the problem- that I signed up for their'for $120 Exclusive Home Service' which we'd get 3 per year.
They would come out and I was told it would be a one time cost and inspect our home and would get a 10% discount on any work which may need doing. I called today to set up an appointment but was told my'support' was just good for a year and had perished.
I went onto explain we were not told that there was an expiration if I had been told , and I wouldn't have signed up for this. In addition, the paperwork they provided does not cite an expiration date which to me means it's continuing.

Straight back from our furnace and a trip has been blowing off cold air and no heat. Granted that it does not snow in Aptos but we were have some very cold nights. Called Bellows on Thursday and they said that they might have a tech. On program, their technician Adonnis resolved the matter, assessed the situation and came out. We have heat ! Great project by Adonnis. Friendly done.

We had a job that demanded some last minute additions that flexibility and thoughtful engineering , duct work, asbestos abatement, and also a new furnace.
Would definitely recommend them!
I had a terrific experience working with the GM Chelsea and the remainder of the team at Bellows (Patrick, Trey, etc.).
I work with a lot of subcontractors in our remodeling business and it makes my life so much easier when a firm have it has operations in sync: transparent and clear invoicing, appt reminders (along with an image of the service tech scheduled to arrive), and also individuals who answer the telephone.

I bought replacement heating and a/c systems . I was very satisfied and everybody was fantastic. About 6 weeks after installation, summertime hit and it would cut off with what was be a drain issue after using our zest to get a few days. Bellows was fantastic about responding, however, the issue was difficult to pinpoint and the issue would reoccur. Why this was not resolved then, they shipped Tom Magsam out to see. He even took a back to basics approach and instead of merely imagining what the difficulty was started from square one to ensure no difficulty was missed by any part of the system. And found the issue and it appears to be resolved. Tom truly understands the nuances of these systems worked. Yes, it would have been fantastic if if could have been resolved by others on the first attempt, but I am glad that Bellows seemed determined to solve the issue and stood behind their job. I'd have given 5 stars Tom always deserves 5 star reviews and because everything has been great if not with this issue.

I contacted Bellows to get a quote about installing a water purifier. I shopped for the water softeners on Amazon to learn about them. I read about 50 reviews of the 1000 available online. The reviews said that installation of this softener takes 1-2 hours for a novice. I figured a professional plumber could do it quicker and better than me, so I called for a quotation. First, a message was taken by the answering service. The company did not call me back for 5-6 days. Then, when they called, they tell me their fee or wouldn't give me a ballpark for this service. I agreed to have their technicians come give me a quotation. As far as installation, this could be the easiest one in the world: a drain the water main, and an electrical outlet are beside my home. So no plumbing is necessary. When I bought it out of 21, if I provided $2500, and the softener their quote was 1850. Remember we are talking about 2 hours work for a novice. They said that all 50 of the internet reviewers were optimistic, and it would require them to perform this installment. This makes their fee $370/hour.
