I had a clogged toilet emergency and they came out right away. The Tech did a great job and was friendly! He got it cleared in 10 mins! I would certainly use this company again!

So bottom line is his job was fine but he is hugely more costly and I would go elsewhere to have a nice plumber.
But I asked for quotations to install a Moen crap disposal that I already purchased and to prevent a minor drop. He quoted me $300 to block the leak and $545 to install the disposal. I had already gotten the pipes disassembled and prepared to go so installing that the disposal was a half hour for an hour job in the most. And I had gotten several quotations and all are below $200.
I needed a plumber to get a kitchen sink. I found that these men were close and had adequate reviews so that I found and called out that t was 19 for a service call and I would find a quote for the clearing. I figured why not since they could get somebody out precisely the exact same moment. Was Brian. He was nice enough and quoted me $300. I understood this was priced by about $100-$200 over the rates for a line draining but by the time he got there it was late and when I went with somebody else it'd need to wait till the next day. My sink was needed by me. I consented to the service thinking it was something serious. He came back 15 minutes later all cleared. I was kinda annoyed that I had simply paid him for what turned out to be a clog prices.

I WOULD IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS! DO NCalled these men to drill and nourish an electric line. They quoted me over 2K to get an outlet that was external. They charged me $132 to get a hole to fish through the wire. They wanted $19 to get a quote of work! Not happy with work, we have not heard back from them and so we called to talk with the supervisor. They obviously don't care about customers or doing the proper thing. It's a shame because I rather support mom and pop shops than chain stores. Don't use!
New update: I apologize for not getting back in a timely manner. I spoke to the new management at Best Home Services and they explained why the service wasn't up to par. I accepted the apology and understood. They also refunded my money and I believe that they've solidified their department . These things happen and businesses reach out so as to get client feedback. For example:try getting your cable company to request your feedback on your internet is working. I am supposed to get 300mbps rather than come close. I am never contacted by management from my cable provider! I'll continue to utilize Best Home Services. I am aware the firm is likely to make it appropriate or that the support I get will be exceptional.

Title says it all! Best home services did a quality job at a reasonable price. Because we bought the house my unit hasn't been operating this good. We chose to have come take a look

Best Home Services is Your best! I phoned an electrician and this morning came out. I wanted to make sure all up to code and am in the process of selling my home. I wound up needing two gfi plugs plus a dimmer. Daniel Johnson went to see what may not pass scrutiny. He adjusted for us and did find 1 thing that is little. He went above and beyond and you can tell he loves his job and proud of the firm that he works for. Request Daniel and HIRE THIS COMPANY, you won't regret it!!! I am not related to anyone at this company nor did they provide me anything free, just thought I should say that!

Best came out promptly and corrected the issue. Prices were extremely fair, the tech who came out, Drew, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful (he has corny jokes though) Definitely will have repeat business
