I had been so pleased with my service! Tonight during 2018's"deep freeze" one of our plumbing broken beneath the house (same story with a lot of people around this region!) . I called Big Easy Services around 6pm & though it was a crazy night someone showed up around 7pm! I could not have asked for better service! , and quick! Thanks Big Easy!
PLEASE AVOID because they don't honor their word or work. During the cold snap we were thrilled that Jeff was able to come out quickly to correct a problem. But after the first fix was finished by him we brought up that we discovered the other dripping pipe and he suggested that he thought it was that the AC. A month goes by and we get a $700 water bill, after crawling under the house to research a flow is clean as day right. We gave the firm an chance to send a plumber out to checkout the leak and fix their error. They refused to honor their job or send a plumber out. Not a service I would recommend.
I should have posted. Jeff with Big Easy is Wonderful. He came to my house within an hour of a evening water leak. He stop the leak until we can readdress the problem and took the time to explain things to me the next morning. He did deliver and was here earlier 8 am to start the repairs. I called 4 others plumbers who couldn't be bothered. I love the abilities of Jeff, as he entered my property, even appreciated him covering his job boots covers. Professional, courteous, prompt, clean, educated. I appreciate the great job!
Inadequate FOLLOW UP SERVICE. Jeff came out through the cold snap to fix a pipe which he did and I was very appreciative and asked him to take a look. He concluded it was that the AC. We are still getting $700 water invoices so we went under directly and the home in the location of the drip we heard is a flow. We called Big Easy to come and handle the flow on Friday and they said they'd send a person on Monday. When Monday came they did have us on the schedule and then Paula refused to send a tech. I gave them an opportunity to come and inspect whether this leak was missed or new throughout the snap but they refused. Not a company I would work together or recommend.
