Searching for a plumbing area for camera review that was underground I had difficulties. They scrutinized other regions and came out. Then, told me that they couldn't get the camera into the plumbing area because their camera was too large I wanted and couldn't fit into my pipe. Still charged to your ceremony... and left me confounded because I did not require additional area to be scrutinized...?? Called back and whined and received disregard but was not satisfied.
Make sure before they begin the job, that you request the service that is suitable. Do not make the same mistake as I did. .

Yet more, Bigos Plumbing has provided us. Replace and this time Jayson reacted to diagnose our water pressure regulator valve. Customer service and jayson's efforts was exemplary. Bigos Plumbing is our first call if plumbing support is necessary.

We hired Bigos plumbing to substitute the pipes under our house and install a trenchless liner in our sewer line. Matt, the owner, his office manager, and Stefanie went over and beyond to make sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. They are honest, pleasant and responsive. They are strongly recommended by me for any of your plumbing needs!

I had all the drains and in walls a mainline clean out installed and main sewer line cleaned out and extra sewer liner. The mainline was broken in several places and tree roots growing inside. The sewer liner includes a 50 year guarantee. All BigOs employees put in two days and worked really hard. Very happy with the quality of work.

So we called this small business, we were having plumbing problems. Very responsive. We were pretty impressed. He did a great job and that he was quite professional. The pricing is also reasonable. Highly recommend!

Lately was some function, although I have used these guys a few times. I needed to replace offs shut and bathrooms and repair a leak from my shower into my. The office staff is amazing and keeps you updated. The guys clean up once they are finished and always appear on time. The pricing is reasonable and the job is great. I don't have any complaints! I'll be using them !

I took off one star because I didn't always receive the call springs I expected and had to call them. Not a huge deal, but somewhat awkward. Once I touch base, scheduling was easy and fast.
Bigos helped me out with a new bathtub setup (valves, demanding in, end function ), cleaned out some drains, and quoted some other endeavors. Their work has been great and I've never had any issues. They're friendly and professional.

Had Bigos come out for several things in the bathroom, such as removing and re-installing drain and custom bathtub. Friendly, clean and they know what their doing.

Long long long story shortwe had a water in our Condo that the HOA does not cover, a toddler that needed to be washed, laundry and no running water.

After my spouse came home to clean our newborn (4 weeks old), she moved to wash the poop off her hands. Unfortunately, we discovered that our water source had strangely shut off.

These men are plumbing artists. I was somewhat hesitant about making the change however they addressed my concerns and gave me choices. I'm so glad I went with the tankless, these guys are true pros. A water heater is an eye sore, but this tankless water heater out of Bigos Plumbing resembles a piece of technology artwork! They got the job and gave me a quote. I'm very impressed with all the attention to detail and I highly recommend them!

Two weeks ago I experienced a drain header under my house. I called Bigos and advised them to come out whenever possible. I was desperate so I called another rated plumber from the house at the time to see what they could do. This plumber was not able to snake my drain. They explained that the pipe corroded away and it was filled with mud and dirt. I was quoted an outrageous quotation to get this part of the drain header replaced.
Bigos saves the day, again!

I've used Bigos to do my aluminum replacement and also my drain header . Because they are the most educated, professional, and fair plumbing company I've utilized in Long Beach over the past 8 34, I will continue to be a loyal customer to them.
Luke and matt from Bigos came with a team from the next day to take a look. They brought a borescope camera so we could see what was going on, put the drain header. We had I gone along with his fix program and affirmed that the very first plumbers evaluation was completely incorrect, it would fixed the problem! Bigos place it into action and got a plan together and completed the task. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and useful to answer my questions and concerns.

Their tech, Jayson communicated to confirm the appointment and if he would arrive. Upon his arrival that he put so as not to bring in dirt. He had been polite and efficient and their charges were fair.
