Exceptional service! Should you need plumbing work, call Ros and his staff at Macias Plumbing & Rooter. We had their reaction time and emergency support was instant. Ros and staff are professional, knowledgeable and considerate. They were able to replace/repair the main water pipe and install shutoff valves, all daily. Ros went beyond and over.
He noticed the housing unit into the water heater has been broken, so he took the time to fix that!

Ceiling began draining water. Since it was leaking for two days, ros came out to have a look at the problem and had begun leaking more. This was on a Sunday. The ceiling had opened up and a free quote was given by Ros. Since my husband is very handy he advised the leak was coming from upstairs toilet pipe and some thing my handy husband would care for. Advised our money is saved by us. Good advice. We're are going to be clients for life. It is an old house.
Ros' customer service was outstanding. My husband did call Ros to come out on Monday to fix it. He did not feel comfortable to manage the pipes himself. The leaky pipe was replaced and handled quickly. The cost was reasonable just a few hundred bucks. We believed it was about to cost $500 or more. Thank goodness it wasn't.

We had a clog that is fairly bad. Ros showed up when he said he would and, once he diagnosed the problem, gave us a very fair price to run on the 3/4" cable to clear it out. It was a pretty demanding main line clog, but he worked on it was apparent, which meant conducting that cable a few times.
Ros is easy to speak to, quite friendly, rather than wanting to rip people off. So refreshing!

Macias Plumbing was the plumber that answered my phone Saturday morning at 9AM.
I bet I'm still waiting for the water heater that is OTHER plumbers I called to get an emergency fix of our water dilemma.

My renter's hot water heater stopped functioning through Memorial Day weekend and that I called around for assistance but not many plumbers were available (or nice about it) Luckily I spoke to Ros who gave me a couple choices even though he had been unavailable to come from that weekend. I followed his introductions & managed to program him to come out. We replaced what and the water heater tank going! Ros was careful & professional. I would definitely recommend him!

Ros wasn't a sales person. I explained that buying a tankless heater was an unexpected expense. I would rather use my heater before I save enough money. He agreed that the support charge he provided will be valid until I am ready to make the switch and knew the situation.
We're in the process of replacing our tank gasoline heater and I started calling around to get decent estimates from plumbing businesses in the region. Ros along with contacted 3 companies from Macias Plumbing responded. He was quite professional. We scheduled our appointment on a Tuesday and he came immediately. Fully ready, he did the walk through and he sat down with us and took his time describing the pros and cons of both tank and gas heaters and outdoor and indoor installation.
More to the point, he made adjustment . I said that for almost two months we have not had any hot water and it was the reason why I searched for a plumber. After making adjustments and working on our heater for a few minutes, there was water that is hot .
I recommend Macias Plumbing. But, I can't say the same for the other two plumbing companies I contacted. All three were found by me . The other companies sent employees which were there to make the sale.

I wouldn't hesitate to utilize Macias Plumbing again. Call them yourself and support a local, family run company.
The team was contentious about keeping their work areas clean and minimizing dust around the crawl space. I feel confident and the only suggestion I'd give is they describe how they would like checks.
Therefore it was no surprise that our initial valves and lines needed some 18, our home is old. I valued Ros helping us all our repairs.
I called 5 plumbers once the gas company showed up unexpectedly and shut off our gas because of a leak. His crew was sent by ros out when I predicted, within hours. Guillermo spent almost 2 hours getting and studying the complete picture of our problem and crawled under the house.

I did a yelp hunt and was nearby and Macias Plumbing came up. Ros answered said he had been working on a service line and could come by before 4pm. He showed up at 3p. Water heater leaking; we went to buy a new water heater. Ros finished the project . Thank you Ros!

I called right when the business talked and opened with Ros. We made an appointment and Guillermo came punctually. He was professional and assessed the sink. He couldn't find any leaks. I asked him to explore replacing the sink. He called me later to say he had been having difficulty locating a sink using the very same measurements of my sink. Ros offered to come by and look at the sink and called me. Ros arrived by, next day. He was readily identifiable with his cap and jacket . Ros made recommendations checked everything out, and cleaned up.
I would call him.

Because I've twins connecting our family very soon I had been worried about my water heater. I've been moving. I phoned a few plumbers to service my water heater. All of the people I phoned gave a quote to me over 200 bucks to come out and basically do a maintenance flush and check. I phoned Ros and he said he let me know what I want and would come out no charge. I can not thank him enough for being truthful with me and saving me from spending 200 bucks which I didn't need to spend ( each dollar counts when you've got twins coming) it seems like soon (clock is ticking ) I'll be needing a brand new water heater but at least I now have an honest firm like Macias plumbing & rooter to emerge out handle all of my plumbing needs! Thank you Ros for being fair it goes a very long way and your company will continue to do well because of it. I'll see you soon!

We're so happy our telephone was replied by Ross on a 9am on a Saturday. He was at our house in half and an hour, and had our heater repaired by 11am! His reaction to our house repair made putting our last minute Christmas shopping worth it. Thank you much! We are so thankful to have discovered you. From begin to finish, Ros was great. He gave me a price that was fair and showed up on time. He installed 60 ft of 3/4 pipes so my outdoor gas fire pit can run. Fantastic job, thanks Ros

He reacted and Macias was contacted by me last night and said he could stop by in the morning to give me a free estimate. I called him the next morning and set a time to meet. He showed up on time and has been really friendly I felt comfortable with him. I explained to him that the aluminum casing would get condensation build up and that my water heater maintained flooding as it rained and then the drips would flooding my water tank and then put out the pilot light. He detected the flue was not right in addition to the heater and fixed it taped it with tape that was special. I won't have to vacuum out the water and relight the pilot whenever and it was a simple fix it rains. He was very courteous and professional. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and clients. Ros was very prompt in responding to my request to get a quote via Yelp. I explain the situation, and he let me understand he had a couple of appointments available. I managed to schedule one for less than 24 hours later we were messaging on Yelp.

Ros was very personable, and was on time, actually a couple of minutes early. He got the job done in under 30 minutes, and was on his way to his second project.
Me totally cracked up when he said this, although I don't understand why. It seemed like the start of a knock knock joke. But the clog in the tub/shower drain at home was no joke. I had it fixed... And rather ASAP.

Ros is everything the Yelp reviews stated! Punctual, practitioner and important, HONEST! Said he would be there next morning before 10am. Texted me next morning to confirm. Pulled up at 9:45am! Fixed discussed preventatives my issue, solutions, and most importantly, confidence with the situation! Individual kindness goes a very long way. . .and although fee's could be involved, it is the way. He is topnotch!
