Long Beach Plumbing Company

I can't say enough good about the company. Art (proprietor ) and Lexo (job head plumber) have been AMAZING. There were more than a couple moments where things just did not make sense. They not only figured it outthey fixed something that makes NO sense (see the picture). Read on if you want the details.
Im 2003, another company installed new sewer line for the front house. Rather than installing a wash out at the farthest point from the street, they installed a one-way clean-out from the front house of the front home (roughly 40' closer to the street.)
If the original people (who I am mad with for not supplying me with the opportunity to pick then as it would have cost nothing extra, even though it was 15 years ago) had given me such clearly laid out choices, it would have been done right the first time.
And they are going to be opening an office soon.
I was told by LBPC what the problem was, yesterday, and also there were two choices: 1. Put in the sewer to perform the jet cleaning plug it afterwards, or 2. So it would not have the accessibility problem Put in a two-way clean-out. Option 2 added about 4 hours of work -- after about 12 hours of work to get to solution #1 which needs to be carried out anyhow. NO BRAINER! Obviously I want it repaired so it can not occur again.
They are very affordable and high quality. This business's owner understands how to resource a job is to utilize less expensive resources for simple work (like digging down to a sewage ) and higher price, experienced resources to really diagnose and address the problem.

Reasonable price had been an urgent situation with notice and on a weekend. Would recommend these guys.
He had the toilet that was repaired back in everything and place cleaned up by around 9:30. Mike was informative, fast, very tidy and professional.
Mike Smith arrived around 7:30. I had a toilet and shower. The toilet had to be removed to fix the clog. Mike was outstanding.

It is good to see there are still a few people around.

Stress tactics doing and with my mother needed to be done on a different occasion when I couldn't be there. So that they dealt with my wife However, these men were great, I could not be there. Explained what could be involved to her but when they got to it they realized it was a fix initially believed. Showed her the problem and fixed it for a third of their quotation!!!

We had a plumbing issue they functioned and after trying to repair the issue during the incorrect wash for hours that they claimed to have solved it and left but the difficulty Resurfaced while Mike was sitting at the truck in the front of our house. They wanted to charge a good amount and the sole reason I am giving two stars is because Art depended on a lower number... I would not have daré to charge for wasting my time rather than fixing anything!

I scheduled an appointment for repairs for June 25, 2019 between 8 am to 10 am. At 10 am I get a text, advising me that the tech is departing because he couldn't obtain access. My tenant's cell phone number was supplied; she had been waiting with her phone by her side. She never received one call. I called their office. I received a call back telling me they need to reschedule; no apologies or explanations. I rescheduled the appointment to June 27, 2019 from 4 pm to 6 pm. My tenant had to rearrange her schedule. On June 27th, my tenant advises that no one showed up. However, someone contacts to advise after that day, that they can come at 8 pm. My tenant was not keen on working with them. I knew and enabled her to make the decision. I haven't received some other communications or a telephone from this company since then.
There are plenty of other plumbing companies with customer service or common courtesy. We're adults, timing is valuable.
It is not the end of the planet to wait and have no one look. But to do this double and waste their time is unacceptable, particularly for a business enterprise. I know some people dream about being a business owner when they don't possess the capabilities to be one. It requires abilities, certain consideration, knowledge, and abilities to operate a business enterprise.

Called them at the morning and told me. Called at 4:30 to advise it'd 155 to head out to snake the drain and that they were prepared to dispatch and when any additional problems it would be $250+. Prior to going out, told me they wanted my credit card number. My normal plumber charges $87.50 to snake a drain. I would never call them again, while never used them for the job. I own several rentals and understand what the practice is - that not acceptable or Normal!

These guy were AWESOME! They had good prices when they stated they would, and they came on short notice. I had a terrible experience with a different plumbing company that had stood us up. The company was given another chance by us and they where late. We decided to look elsewhere and we're glad we found these guys they took care of us and there wasn't any hassle. The other company should up while they were taking care of our plumbing needs and it felt good to inform another company guys. If you guys have pipes needs. They do it right the first time

I phoned Long Beach Plumbing on Wednesday to set up an appointment to fix a gas line. 24 hours after they fixed the gas line and my fire location is ready for the winter (or lack there of).
Everybody was helpful throughout the whole procedure, pleasant, and clear. Primo was. When he was done he made certain all the gas lines worked and declared my water-heater.
Long Beach Plumbing was discovered by me here on Yelp plus they really do live up to the hype. I will be using these for future plumbing jobs I have.

I had a difficult time containing a gasoline connection which I noticed while performing a kitchen reno. They reacted, and called them emergently and arrived at my house late at night. Managed to replace a valve that is worn out gas and stopped the leak. Communicated to me what was going on, and made sure to clean up after themselves. Truly appreciated their service, would highly recommend them.

Answered the phone during off hours so I guess that's a positive - have a leak in my attic and water shut off. Called at 6:30 AM on a Friday and can't come until Monday. They have reviews saying"took care of you while you're in distress" to individuals who whined about the purchase price. I made the decision to call even though a review about how they had been spoke to on the phone because I wanted someone. Why say you are 24 hours in your advertisement and can't come for four days? I never call this place.

I'll definitely be calling them or talking to friends something comes up!
This time, he replaced a shutoff valve that wouldn't start. It took him more to find the components than it did to do the job. The cost was great!
Today I used them , and I'm happy I did. I was tempted to do the job , but afterwards Art evaluated it and got here, I knew I would have been in big trouble and would have ended up phoning him anyhow.

Response to comment. Off that takes two seconds, you guys turned the valve. The lineup is not being capped by that. The rest of the companies I talked with will cap and test the line to guarantee no flow is present. The service ticket that the Gas Company composed was even shown by my wife.
Called Long Beach Plumbing as I've used them before and was happy. Called since I have a gas leak and had it repaired. They stated they capped the gas line and did come out fast although I value but did not test the machine for gas escapes. Gas firm came back out and we have leak(that we make to pay a service charge for.) Called the other plumber, took pictures and nothing has been done. Super hope consequently and bummed does not happen to anybody else

Excellent service! Called to run a line to get a gas outdoor grill. Luis and Mike were on time and friendly. They went the extra mile to link the test and grill everything.

After having another tile guy perform the backsplash in my kitchen, I will see they are not professionals, although the tile work was pretty great.
Additionally the name of the owner is recorded on the permit and the man who completed the job wasn't the proprietor. At least be sure that the owner is there if you do use them.
I had them perform both my bathroom remodels (bathtub, shower, tile, etc.) and later found out they did not put in the overflow drain (that is against code each another plumber). They told me they put in it (it had been on my bill ) and they really charged me for it also. To pay up that they did not install it, they put the metal piece that covers it (on the inside of the bathtub below the faucet) on with putty. I'd another plumber come out and confirm that they did not do it correctly and it's contrary code. Now I must pay another plumber $800 for the job they did not finish and already charged me . They basically told me it was not required, when I contacted them about it. Obviously this is not true; they needed to finish it because it's code, and they should have spoken as well rather than keeping it and concealing it and allowing me cover it.

I know plumbing will. Add in a construction code requirements and today we're taking a look at challenges.
These guys are our listing of"go-tos" when we've got any problems or just need to do some preventative maintenance.
Though I'd love to be the jackhammer operator, I'm grateful we found a team which was a bit flexible with the quick changes in requirements.

Since I just have a one bathroom I was in need of some help and had a bathtub.

I called Long Beach Plumbing Company and they were able to send out a technician straight away.
Called around and each place was either not willing to go to a condo, or couldn't reserve me til who knows if the next moment.

I was told by my neighbor she started having a leak in her ceiling for many days so we thought it may be coming from us. Like so many other Yelpers, I instantly used Yelp to come across the very best technicians at Long Beach and these men were very quick to react and work with both me and my neighbor's schedules.
Primo was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

The issues have been clarified by art and we are currently having everything. I would strongly recommend this company for any plumbing demands!!!!
We had a separate issue and called them and they were here within the hour but also explained why and how this difficulty happened. It is one thing to repair a issue but it's another to really explain the issue, address the issue, and solve the issue and that's what I have seen with this company.
About a week and a half ago we noticed an issue and also we contacted Long Beach Plumbing Company. They came out within the hour and fixed the problem.

Message them for a quotation obtained respond quickly and due to my pipe that was clogged and they're most economical, Jose came the exact same day guy, very professional.
I hired them to repipe the whole house (replaced all pipes with aluminum ) fresh water heater, it's not cheap but it had to be carried out. The business sent 5 men arrived 8'm 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, walked outside my door before 6 pm.
Critters are loved by the crew, did a fantastic job.
