Pricing is reasonable, Bill is also very thorough in his quality control(s) and quite tidy.

This is someone who takes a lot of pride in his work and does it the right way instead of taking shortcuts which will simply come back in a negative way...
He has professional contractors that will assist you complete work which requires more than 1 phase, a network of other tried and true.
Works may explain best plumbing practices, material choices and complicated processes really well and smart.
Then this really is like stone if your philosophy is to do something right the first time and really work with a quality professional in ALL elements of pipes job.

I've tried a couple of days to get a response from him after his initial reaction to me and that I still haven't learned from him. It has been about a week or so.

He tried to sell the most expensive pressure regulator with no reason.
Additionally, this is a man. When I watched him working he could only give up over there, I was concerned.
Telephone plumbers and my recommendation is to maneuver over.
Forget about this man. This is a man you can't trust!
And more than than, he lied about the job to my representative.

He is as honest, hard working, and effective as you can get. He didn't try to milk it, and handled all 3 jobs in a few hours. He gave recommendations and advice to get work and for work that was not necessarily needed. He was honest and did not try to upsale. He did great quality work, and I would use him again that we might have.

I've used Bill Sherman to get all types of pipes work. He's remodeled baths, installed a new water heater, installed kitchen fittings. He's responded immediately to the occasional"Assist" call. The work is done correctly the first time.
