I had a slab repipe (aluminum in slab had slow leak, I've know this for a while). Crandall's repiped my house. Pex is great things. I also had them add a water heater and recirculation system because we had been repiping throughout the ceiling and walls. I tankless and love my recirc!
It All is working great. No longer slab escape, instantaneous hot water, endless hot water (teenagers!) Thanks for the great job, Crandall's!!
I had a couple of big projects.
And I included an EWS whole house softening system ( I inquired, they didn't upsell).

In reply:
If the additional repairmen you sent had"detailed and accurate notes" he would have understood what to do. He didn't. He said, fine, let me get you a quote".
Really poor customer service. The repairman who estimated mend said his schedule was open from 12-5 the next day, Thursday. Jeff asked somebody else, or if I wanted him to come out the next day, I said of course I would like you, not somebody new - I don't wish to experience this explanation again. Crandall's sent someone new on Thursday, and following long holds on the phone said that"Jeff was busy on a huge job and if I want him he couldn't be out until Monday."

Thanks, but no thanks: you turned into a one hour easy job which may have, and should have, been completed the same day that you originally came out (to get a $450 quote), into a total frustration which leaves me looking for a different plumber so as to have my brand new sink drain installed and hooked up to my brand new garbage disposer.
Was it? Or was it that my little occupation was expendable and easily pawned off to any random repairman? The guy who came out knew nothing and THOUGHT he was there to give a quote to me. Andwho wrote the reply to my critique?

I opted to have someone. Got an early Monday morning call asking if we could reschedule for another day one of their workers was sick. They made someone came out before delivery period once they discovered we had a refridgerator being delivered and issue required to be solved before delievery. Both men that came out were Rolando and Oscar. They gave us a fair evaluation and dealt with our concerns. Highly suggested.

I just had my 2nd experience with Crandall's Plumbing and would highly recommend them for anybody. When I wanted a gas line put in for a fire table I purchased, my very first experience was ~ 3 years ago. The Service was excellent as it had been when Kano with Crandall Plumbing came to my home to tackle a back up dilemma I was having. He was able to come back within hours of my morning call. He was friendly and clarified what he needed to perform each step along the way. He was quite thorough in his of his gear and then was able to clear the blockage. The Service price was quite reasonable also. They are helping me to tackle a issue I'm having with the controller in my guest bathroom. I cannot say enough great things and would highly recommend them to other people!!

Thank you Crandall's Plumbing. My parents were helped out by steve in OC within their ranch style house. They had a water heater under the slab that leaked. Steve managed to problem solve the issue by re-routing the pipes. Thanks also to Jhairon who assisted with all the tiles and tile repair. It was a team effort and leaks were discovered by them later. Everything is working.

Kano was my plumber and he assisted address a flow coming from your shower floor (a leaking shower pan.) He coordinated the new tar and replaced the drain, the tile removed the pitch mop that was hot. He had a very solid understanding of the process, and all the other key partners necessary to find the business done (such as understanding the functions of the restoration people, tile people, shower enclosure folks ). He assisted brainstorm, evaluate issues from the restroom upstairs and was generally very educated about how to combat moisture / leaks. Along with being smart, he was quite responsive by telephone took photos to document his work and on-time with his schedule. The telephone scheduler Kayla was also easy to work with and quite organized - they sent the bill and photos via email.

We had some work done by Crandall's Plumbing, really they were highly recommended by a friend.

I dealt with Kayla at the workplace excellent customer service with scheduling and we had a"hiccup" and she sent another plumber that cared for it. When there's an issue very accountable company they react immediately. We highly recommend them!

I was so relieved to get a referral for a reviewed plumber. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the time I put my call. Their message said that I would find a call back within one business day although I got voicemail which wasn't a massive surprise. I did not so I called back. The secretary Kayla had been unapologetic about it, when I verbalized my concern that I didn't get a call back into their own stated time frame of anticipation. I decided I couldn't let my initial bad experience prevent me from getting the 4.4 Yelp / 4.5 Google celebrity service I had been expecting. Nevertheless, the first appointment was later. Although I didn't have a legitimate emergency or a burst pipe, when the water supplier sends out someone because of the quantity of water you are using, and you have no idea where the leak is, 4 days is way too long to wait. Obviously I found another plumber, 4 Yelp / 4.9 Google, that not only came out within two hours of my phone, with no emergency fee, they fixed the issue with 5 star service.

This firm was reliable fast and productive. They came and gave us a quote and was able to help us out straight away. I recommend their services. Steve was. He did a fantastic job and was very pleasant.

Crandall's saves the day! Water heater died right around Christmas. Ugh. No question about that which we should call. We now have a beautiful new water heater that has been installed immediately by workers at a reasonable cost. Clients for life!

Kevin and Hector did a great job. They clarified the benefits of fixing an older water heater versus replacing it. They worked efficiently and quickly and did a great job.

Speedy response and great support! I discovered Crandall's Plumbing Using a Yelp search. That I called for emergency plumbing service at and I am a property manager and they had the issue resolved in under 45 minutes and a plumber on site. My renters were thrilled with the company that is professional and quick, and I am relieved to have found a great, dependable plumbing firm.
Three days later and I have hired them again to resolve a plumbing issue in another home. They came and had the issue solved within 20 minutes of birth.

I'm always impressed by companies who work to make things right. I had a fixture that leaked and that I called Crandalls. They were also. When the owner found out that, he said he'd refund the charges of today. Classy.

Had an issue with my bathroom backing up into my shower and known as Crandall's. Jeff came out within a couple of hours and knew exactly what to do to remedy the situation. The following day we had a small measure and he was there right away. Turns out it had nothing to do with what he'd done the day before but he fixed it and all with a great attitude towards client satisfaction and a smile. 100% would definitely use them again and happy.

I didn't have a good experience with this firm. I needed inspections. Crawl space and I was quoted to get my main line the inside, about 240 $. Plumber said it was 120 $ longer for crawlspace and got there. So I simply had crawlspace and main checked. I had a inspector come and assess everything. Hence the plumber finishes and says I'll get a report sent to me. Three days later, nothing. No video no report. Mind you Ihave time and'm in escrow. I got the video and heard back after talking with a sort of sassy secretary. No report. (At this point I am super frustrated that may describe the secretary's sass.)
Now Ihave no idea what price the problems the inspector and'm Purchasing a 100 year old house. ‍
So I mentioned, you know the inspector discovered a bunch of plumbing issues in the crawl area. On the statement it says he will check for any other issues and leaks. Well I have no evidence of issues in the PLUMBER in the crawl space but just like 5. So I send Crandall's my inspections report with Kayla and pictures says shereturn to me about what it may cost to repair and'll reveal it. My inspections deadline was known by her before sending issues to the sellers for 19, and it was my last day. Yesterday well this deadline passed and I got nothing back. So I basically paid $ to inform to Crandall's 120. When clearly the invoice said it would see if there was. How the inspector discovered crandall and plumbing issues's didn't I'll never know. And their failure to get back to me was unprofessional.
So between not getting services I paid , a misquote about price and somewhat bad attitude service once I called (but I was frustrated so possibly she was reacting to that) I would not suggest them to anyone.

Crandall's prices look quite reasonable to me. Kano explained the fee and first explained the fee for digging down to diagnose the problem.
Crandall's Plumbing is fortunate to have Kano representing their company. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and effectively, completing the job in two hours.
Today was the second time I've called Crandall's Plumbing and I've been 100% satisfied with them. The very first call a few months ago was for a minor issue and has been resolved.
I appreciate their excellent service and recommend them unconditionally!
However, I was afraid we're going to have a problem involving excavating under a pool deck due to a water flow. After having the ability to schedule readily, Kano determined that he could get the problem by digging to locate the source of the escape came out promptly, and mended and rerouted.

I have been relying on Crandalls Plumbing for years and they always deliver strong, clean, professional and consistent service! I trust them to fix what needs fixing in a manner that's affordable. They always leave my home in the condition it was when they arrived, really... It's a much better condition because my home remains fresh AND I have a bathroom that works! Check them out! Since I have a tendency to think the price will be high since they are already there, but I will say yes I was a little apprehensive to have a person ! The price was reasonable and Sergio was completed in no time. I would highly recommend and we will definitely use them when needed.
Fantastic business! They could get me in day, without an emergency fee, when our kitchen sink backed up before Christmas. They were quite accommodating to organize a time the exact same day that worked for us and communicated well before schedule that they ran behind. Our technician was quick, very informative, tidy, amazing and helpful.

His staff and serio came out to get a gas pipeline process that was very simple. They came out and supplied a free estimate (which is why I use Crandall's). They were efficient, clean and very helpful explaining the process. I strongly suggest Crandall's Plumbing.
