Is that they offer you AARP indicating discount or a Senior. Good to know there are still businesses around.
These guys know what they're doing! And honest. Roy sat down and thoroughly clarified what he anticipated I looked at, when I walked into their store. Clear that they understood their stuff. Lou was on time and mended my boiler with no BS.

While replacing my water heating, the plumber stole my small box with some cash and wills in it and went through my metal file cabinets.
Bill Smith pipes was a rip off. What was be for no reason ended up searching the Internet for all kinds of directions for 2 hours then they attempted to charge well over $500 to put in 1 toilet which took the plumber maybe an hour they should've been charged me for maybe an hour and a half. Never apply these individuals an hour charges 152 and waste a great deal of time.
They charged me $100 tell me and to come to my home for 15 minutes. Afterward they said they'd get to schedule the work to be performed, but no one has. This provider is content to charge me $100 without a desire to complete the work, for nothing. It's a whole racket.
Scott replaced a leaky shower faucet and installed another shower enclosure. Scott did an superb job, he's a true professional that does work that is neat. I had Lou mended 5 natural gas leaks. This involved employing new thread compound, essentially disassembling all of the gas pipes and reassembling them. They were perfectly straight, he was neat, clean. I could not believe how quickly he got the work. After he was finished I checked everything with a supersensitive gas detector and there was not a leak . He completed the job at one forth the projected time. Their hourly rate might not be the lowest out there but sometimes you get what you pay for. These both of these jobs were completed in less than 2 hours. I believe I got a bargain with Bill Smith's two plumbers and certainly will continue to use them and recommend them. Thank you for a job well done.
I've had 2 occasions to use Bill Smith plumbing and the two of them are outstanding. Let me preface this by saying I've been a professional home inspector for 33 years and have inspected the plumbing in over 10,000 houses.
MR. LEROY GEORGE YEHLE, I am a tenant in University Hills who had authority from my landlord to phone and place appointment with BSP&H to diagnose our furnace. I confirmed they'd my name & number so that he could authorize the repair. I also informed her that I (renter ) will be covering any charges. They came out Thursday to check furnace they identified the problem as a circuit board that was bad. I had been advised that day (from the receptionist) on the telephone the service trip fee would be around $200 then extra for whatever parts may be required. I didn't hear from the business again before Tuesday (if my wife & I called), secretary stated they got the part for the furnace and would install Wednesday. They Came out, Wednesday installed the part. Friday they then had to come back because furnace was not functioning correctly. So we've got yet another appointment set for Friday. The secretary gave me a hard time about revealing what charges/bill they simply sent over to my landlord after I advised them about the call that the billing would be handled by me! If not getting over on my landlord I'm just making sure that your company. I believe your technician misdiagnosed the problem. Friday Two men arrived. They found something incorrect that has been different then the issue with the circuit board. They stated it had been that the (old analog thermostat) not studying the temp correctly and he was not sure what exactly was wrong with the circuit board since he was not the rep that came out to diagnose. Humorous, first rep who diagnosed bad circuit board did not say anything about the old thermostat?? Then I called back once they left and that which was eventually functioning correctly, requested for Roy Yehle along with also the secretary placed me on hold, she returned to the line and stated he had been on the telephone and she took my name and amount said he'd return the call today with regard to my concern, he has yet to return my phone, it is now 6 days later. There is something wrong here if you can not even return my call to prove that the professional services you performed were necessary. Sorry, my landlord and I won't be using this business. Concerned Client.
Thanks Yelpers! This is actually the second time that I've used these guys. The first time was for now a toilet repair and a garbage disposal replacement. Both instances Kari on the phone answered all queries and honestly told me what our options were (parts to mend ' replacement). Kari was able get our appointment moved up to become convenient and to perform magic. She scheduled times Kristal and the appointments was. And that I say'technician' because of how professional she is! She got the parts off the truck, gave us options, assessed the issues, installed the parts and cleaned up. Every time the cost estimate was spot on no surprises. We're expecting to redesign and you better believe we are calling Bill Smith to perform all the pipes!
The home went to about 35 degrees. The guy who called back us said it would be at a minimum of $500 just to come out to the home ($100 trip charge + roughly $400 to diagnose and fix ) and that did not include components. He said that it was company policy to double all rates on a Holiday. This would not have bothered me so much if it weren't for the fact that Bill Smith has been fair and very reliable. The very first time that they mended our boiler for $77 (trip charge $30 in 2003), the second time was about $150 (trip charge had climbed to $45 at 2011). I can understand the need to increase rates on a Holiday but believe it is unfair to double those besides, that more than twice. You just lost a client.
Be very careful before using them.
Disappointed with attempts and service for us to maintain paying for their negligence. They're charging us over $500 for two faucets and this does not even include our purchase of the faucets ourselves. They did not fix the issue the first twice and needed to come three times out. They sent us a third statement and keep hounding us to pay although they agreed to not bill us for over two trips. We've paid over $300 so much and they're attempting to get much more.
Thank you Mike & Paul for your honesty, expertise and sense of humor!
We have lived in Denver for 30 years and have employed Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating for almost 25 years. They're the best. I had Paul and Mike here to find a escape under a bathroom 15, today. The musty smell was dreadful and I could not seem to find a thing. . .to find it. They explained what had to be done in order to mend, because possible pay by the quarter hour until they could go. It was so worthwhile! It gets done correctly the first time when you hire the best. Wish that they did all of my work the first time however I had been at my contractor's mercy.
Had a kitchen pipes back up while packing up to get a move. Assist was dispatched within a day, service technicians have been curtious and quick.
I phoned Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating to repair an outside faucet. Luther assessed the issue, supplied me with an explanation and choices. Without leaving a mess, he did a fantastic job and the cost was very reasonable.
Since that indicates that a business far exceeded my expectations and left me over satisified, I am careful with providing 5 stars. An emergency plumbing situation requires immediate attention and is obviously stressful. We're fortunate that we had used the Plumbing of Bill for work, therefore we had their number. They were detailed, experienced, responsive, honest, and very fair. We worked with Luther, that has great people skills, as he managed to calm me that they would look after the circumstance. Roy spent a lot of time made us feel as customers. Bill's Plumbing is.
I give 5 because I always believe there's room for improvement however this is one exception. I have utilized BSPlumbing on three occasions over the past 20 years.
Brian delivered out Lester on this job - they do great work and are fair, honest , always have been comprehensive, detailed and know their stuff.
That the service fee will be a minimum of $120 with no work being done if you use this service, then please bear in mind. They will likewise not inform you. They will say it's $60.
Had a pipe. We'd used them . Bill was nice and did a great job. The two men who came to look in our broken pipe were quite nice. Gave this place 5 stars. Then got the bill for service fee of $60.00 and an hourly rate of $60. Never heard to get an estimate about an hourly rate. Never was informed about this. Hourly rate and service fee billed. Told Bill Smith this. They couldn't care less. Won't ever use this service. Too bad - believed we found a great"go-to".
I had the wrong kind of water heater. The sales guy at Home Depot sold me the wrong kind of water heater. I basically needed a power vent water heater which connects to plastic piping. I put one in that is simply supposed to link to metal piping. Began having problems with the unit shutting down. Called Bill Smith Plumbing up. They got somebody out and were very professional. The issue has been diagnosed because it was dangerous to have it running and everything shuts down. Though I did not use the brand new unit to be got by Bill Smith Plumbing, they helped me get things arranged to make sure I got the kind of water heater. I appreciate their professionalism and quick (and correct) identification of the issue.
Disaster. Not only did they lack basic equipment to get the work done (requiring me to visit Home Depot MULTIPLE occasions,) but the plumber maintained threatening to not be able to wait during said Home Depot conducts. This necessary frantic runs to get exactly what he required (which he stressed to me wrote down) but also elicited exasperation from the retired plumber in Home Depot who maintained he was"an idiot" The toilet flushes worse today than it did before - I have to hold the handle down for a long time when I flush to get everything to go down, plus he used my DISH TOWEL to soak up TOILET WATER instead of working with the bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths directly above the toilet. He'd fix the kitchen sinkbut pulled everything under the sink back in backward putting all of the frequently used items (cleaning materials & garbage bags) at the back and putting rarely used items (flower vases and such) in front. Job done but with disappointing results and frustration. I won't use again.
Our heater not worked, so Bill Smith delivered out a man. He checked the switches and they were not dead. He replaced the filter. He said the AC tower was all clogged with dust. He called his boss and they called me to some home cleaning company that needs 700. For a cleaning! Now I'm out the cash for Bill Smith and I still have a heater! it would work 13, couldn't he have cleaned the AC tower? Grrrr....Feel ripped off. And cold. Can not call these guys.
We used Bill Smith Plumbing to substitute a shower. It took quite a lot of copper pipe function in a tight space. The plumber (Luther) was very professional, did the whole job in about two hours and the cost was fair. We would use them again - very company.
These guys are wonderful. Our warm water faucet in the bathroom wouldn't turn off. Since we've had good luck with them in the past we chose to wait and consult Bill Smith Plumbing. They substituted a washer. The entire thing cost us a little over $150. In a world filled with dishonesty we are so grateful for an honest company like Bill Smith Plumbing.
