Nicholas understood exactly what needed to be achieved and the best way to describe it to me, came into my home that day to investigate, and responded over 20 minutes to my voicemail. He fixed the issue, talked to me even gave me advice that extended over and beyond the matter, and explained everything, answered my questions. I am so glad we discovered a plumber!

Nicholas is the man who will solve your problem if you do although I don't want plumbing problems. We exposed to a gas and returned from vacation leaking water heater. Saturday night emailed him and he reacted in mid-night and set up an appointment on Sunday. The Bradford White water heater installed Monday. He cleaned the region then and got the job. So this man came to my home, he gave me a verbal quote and we were good to go. I went to give him a test right then and there. I was nice. He moved to his truck. And 30 minutes after he said I'm going to pass. I attempted to contact him several times and he will not respond. I was then ghosted by him reacting only to state we do not work for cost 2 months afterwards. I really don't expect people to work for cost. Just to return a phone call and communicate.

Had what we believed called Gold Leaf Plumbers along with a couple of others, also was a plumbing issue within our laundry room. Nicholas was the first to react in a hour (cool beans!) And surfaced over to check out things. Luckily, it was really just a running upstairs bathroom issue (yes, I'm an idiot for not noticing it sooner) and kudos for Nicholas for not making me feel ridiculous for overlooking it. (we all have our bonehead days, right?) He repaired the leaking bathroom dilemma and was cool about everything.

He supplied a few solutions, one being to substitute the present set up in my bathtub/shower. We went with this option, and the work Nicholas did was wonderful. We'll definitely use them again.

He came promptly at 7:30 am & confirmed replacement was desired by our 11-yr-old water heater. We decided on 50 gal w additional unit with greater BTU's to replenish hot water efficiently and more quickly.
