Sullivan and breen made obtaining central air conditioning. The pricing was affordable and the customer support was excellent. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and patient. This organization and the technician were excellent in fixing my chief air and coming out. AFter it went. I could not get a copy of their guarantee. I asked to get a service contract that they kept saying they would get back to me. I requested them to come out to look in a plumbing issue. After calling everyday for a week, the owner called me back as rudely as possible, saying they didnt think they werent inclined to give us a service agreement and they desired to conduct business.
I recently moved into a condo in Ayer Mass.. Was told Breen has the contract to support this condo. Called time and got a message the voicemail is complete goodbye. Called again and picked 0 operator and stated exactly what I did. Operator stated as I would be called by somebody. Three months after no call backagain. Would not recommended these individuals.
These guys are amazing! I don't generally write reviews but I believe all too often these days people are so quick to complain but not quick to match. I am a property manager and needed a device. After one of our regular plumbers/HVAC firms did some testing turned out that we had to substitute a part that was no longer available which meant the unit needed to be substituted. I had Bob over to supply an estimate, after getting some estimates. Unit is running and just cost couple hundred buck instead of several million dollar and up. Anytime I got something wrong with HVAC they are currently going to be my very first telephone!!!
