My basement flooded and that I found Heating CRoy Plumbling & online and gave a phone to him to have a sump pump installed. Chris along with his apprentice Max was able to make it. He told me to get the water out on the phone, and so I removed just as much water as I could and went into the hardware shops. He set up a sump pump for me to maintain my basement from flooding and helped me clear out some extra water when he showed up. They also dug a trench for me personally to steer the discharge. He walked around my house to see if there were any other issues and told me a whole lot of information and gave me tips/advice on how best to prevent future problems. He is a guy. His pricing is quite fair and his workmanship is good. I really liked the results of drain and my sump pump. I believe they managed to do it all in 1 day. I strongly recommend him and that I intend on calling him.

Chris along with set up a garbage disposal and his assistant arrived on time at my home. They cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. He charged me the price that he lent me and was among the very reasonably priced.

I had 2 great experiences from CRoy Plumbing with Chris and his staff. In both instances, I received high excellent work , accurate and reasonable quotes, and answer. I appreciated the technicians were friendly and receptive to questions (since I didn't have a lot of background knowledge). In a case they clarified the matter and reasonable justification so that I was not surprised by the goods and invoice was felt by me.

I've had two great experiences with Chris. The first was a discounted job for some fundamental repairs (setup of new kitchen faucet, fix of leak in shower) during which he supervised an apprentice. It turned out to be a purchase for all of us, therefore that I recommend any online bargains if you need repairs or any updates that you might find for him. The second time I called him was of an emergency, if my hot water heater collapsed and flooded my basement. Chris was there in under a day. His rates are fair, he's thorough, and he explains things. Highly recommend!

I simply had my countertops done in Granite and needed to have a new faucet. Chris's team needed the disposal and faucet and was on time. As though they were never there cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Very prompt and professional. Had Chris and a crisis issue pushed back another appointment in order to come over and correct the issue. Plumbers I predicted wanted a fee simply to walk into the door or else could not guarantee that they might come today.
