Robert gave me knowledge I needed to further my water heater's life, and it looked like second nature for him. You understand what I mean, you can simply tell about the people who work for them and a business, they know what they are doing and can be trusted.
Robert came as a choice from BSJ to install our water heater. American Home was originally slated to perform it however they had an issue and needed to hand it off. They did this through Lowes who managed this job and everybody did their work nicely as far as this is concerned. NO DELAYS!!!!
Robert was just magnificent! He did a kick ass job in a work area that is very tight and never complained one bit.
I'll tell you what... I have been burned by surgeons in the past, but I believe I finally found my move to plumber business for my home needs. These men are honest and educated, they are trusted by me, and anybody that is expecting is a job for me. I feel like somebody I contract is going to tear me off, and with great reason this era.

We in discussions with BSJ - installer and office - to receive a new tankless water heater set up to replace a current one that has given issues up almost two years. Exhibit a good sense and knowledge about their craft and BSJ has been great to work with courteous, professional, and seem to understand our wants. My third time using a professional and thorough job and always BSJ. This time around the replaced my kitchen water valves and installing a new kitchen faucet. Robert was professional, friendly and complete. Excellent communication and a fair price. Again, I would strongly recommend them for any appliance or plumbing installs.

I'd BSJ Plumbing come outside and set up a kitchen faucet. The man that did the work was Chad. Informative, courteous and professional as he answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. He showed up on time and finished the job and made sure before he left he checked out everything. If the need arises I'll certainly use this company again.

Lowe's delivered our brand new kitchen appliances to be installed by BSJ and I could not be happier. Neil was our installer and that he was very professional and personable. He was right on time and other you would know that he was there. Great guy and did a fantastic job.

So grateful for Roy Temple of the business! Developed a leak under the kitchen sink... on a Friday. Somehow Roy solved it and arrived here at 3:30, diagnosed the issue and finished another job! We are very pleased which we received from BSJ. We discovered that our hot water heater was leaking on a Sunday evening and known as BSJ on Monday. BSJ managed to get outside to install a new appliance. The plumber was courteous that is professional and explained everything to us as he labored.

I phoned BSJ Plumbing and talked with Brad I got appointment the next day after I expressed I had been on a urgent need. I was very thankful! Worker name Robert Labrecque came calling only ensuring the timing was great for me. Upon assessing the problem with the water pressure gauge Robert sent photos back with his evaluation to the home office and called back. Robert called me to make sure that I obtained a copy of the bill! Great follow ! Robert insisted on wearing brand-new booties in the home. My support telephone was very reasonable and I felt confident with the plumber Robert's expertise! I would not hesitate for a moment to use a plumbing company for your house or business! Thank you from the bottom of my heart I'm very satisfied Customer. I tried to put in (5)five star and it would not let me also? .

In LESS than one hour, he put in the bathroom and everything was working great and had removed the bathroom. He showed me that these Kohler bathroom's lids slides off for cleaning. The people that installed my bathroom never showed that.
Neil was really professional, personable, courteous, effective and he knew what he was doing. I had my doubts that this slim man could do it but I was incorrect. He was well-qualified. We are clog free and the bathroom was installed for nearly two months now and it works great.
This time, when I saw Neil, I thought, how are you going to do this all by yourself. I asked him if he was going to put in the bathroom and haul the old one away all. He assured me that it was not an issue and that he was qualified to do this.
Following my catastrophe with using Plumbing & A/C Medic, I ended up buying a new bathroom at Lowe 's and paying throughout Lowe's for installment.
It was about $100 for the installation. Neil from BSJ was the plumber that came out After we were able to acquire a period for installment. He is a small man, but let me tell you, he did a fantastic job. We purchased our bathroom about 2-3 yrs ago from Lowe's additionally and paid for installation. At that time they shipped 2 HUGE men out and it took them more than an hour to put in the bathroom.

Brad came on a Sunday morning to the home and gave us a bid. He set up the installation to the Friday morning. Brad showed up immediately, introduced us to Neil and Michael. Neil and michael installed the gear, were knowledgeable concerning the gear. Before they left they showed us the way to use certain products to turn the gear off and on. Answered questions. Fantastic customer service! We are very impressed with BSJ Pipes and could hire them again.

They took great care in protecting my wood flooring as my dishwasher was installed by them as well.

After unsatisfactory and misleading arrangements where we bought a countertop produced by Lowe's, I finally dealt directly with their contract installer - BSJ Plumbing. From the first telephone call to the last touches on the setup to BSJ, I was thrilled. The professionalism of the BSJ people was outstanding, particularly that of the plumber that actually did the work (I am sorry that I do not remember his whole name but it begins with D). Lowe's - D, BSJ - An +!

They are installers for Lowes that provide a quote and won't let you purchase and put in an oven. For over four weeks we have attempted to get an estimate. Lowes gave me a setup cost, I paid for this and they said that the company would phone in a couple of days to prepare a time for setup. This morning trying to make it happen I phoned them. The woman was rude, beyond rude, raging in my over the situation, then told me that the quote is not right and they don't even have an estimate. FOUR WEEKS. Never, never, never rely on them.
We have had a flabbergastingly insane experience with this company.

We touch base with BSJ once we bought a microwave at Lowe's. As soon as I discovered a plumbing company do the install I had them look at a plumbing issues that we thought could be minor. They weren't. Neil have a look and came out and took the time to explain to us what was going wrong with every thing and options to fix it. He also came back to do the repairs. Each time, arrived on time and he called in advance. He takes pride in his job. And, he was great with our dog. The company made it really easy to make appointments. I hope we don't have some other big plumbing projects in our future, but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to call.

I had an amazing experience with this company! But Lowe's was made up for by BSJ. The had availability to find the install done fast! Chad ought to up early and made sure everything was in working order before leaving my house. Was contracted through Lowe's to get them set up a new shower stall door. Never was contacted and constantly had to create the outgoing calls to establish future appointment. The installer came out to do the measurement which was fast and he was specialist. Can't say the exact same. I took time off work during the hectic holiday season to have the door installed to have a phone call? Saying that the installer is at the hospital. She didn't want to feel any compassion towards my situation, even though I was frustrated. When I inquired if there was still another installer or time we could set up the appointment (without my shower over a month) she stated the other man is out and that I would need to wait. I've never heard of a business which doesn't have available installers particularly one that has a contract! When I inquired if there are companies offered for install mid sentence hung up the phone on me and called Lowe's and cancelled my appointment. Come to find out no installer at the area does installs! Thank you for the lie! I was able to install it myself, but for those in need I would suggest checking AZ glass that is extreme out. These men lose there Lowe's installment contract following the complaint!

I bought a new bathroom through Lowes and was initially delegated American Home Services (AHS) after paying for setup. After 3 days with no luck trying to make an appointment I had been assigned BSJ plumbing. On my 1st telephone to BSJ, I had been given a consultation 6 weeks outside! I also requested a call back if they had any cancellations. 2 days after BSJ called and said they could have someone come out and had a cancellation. Within 15 minutes, Bryce from BSJ was at my house! Bryce was meticulous in his job and did a fantastic job installing the new one and eliminating the old bathroom. He was also personable and friendly made certain when he ended, his job place was clean and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this business to install any of your home appliances. Decrease, In case Lowes assigns AHS to install your product and insist on BSJ Plumbing and Appliance.
