I strongly recommend this firm!!!!
In case you have plumbing problems. . .This is the 1 company that will not let you down!!! When they give you a record of occasions and exceptional service believe they'll be there! The serviceman they sent even covered his boots to make sure your floors wouldn't become dirty and was ready to operate. I had so many plumbing problems that he (Jesse) checked out them as though it was a slice of cake! No problem! What a relief!!

Steer clear of those individuals! Gary the plumber was nosy, impolite, and totally in competent! I read the reviews and thought that they had been an company that is honest and good. They aren't! I will never allow them in my home They do bad work!

I'm a new homeowner as little mishaps occur so I'm learning about repairs, so it's important to find companies I can trust.
While I was washing the dishes morning, the pipe running into my kitchen sink pipes from my garbage disposal broke off and I found myself standing in a pond of water. Luckily, we managed to clean up the clutter before water damage and possessed a wet vac.
I cook a whole lot so I was hoping to get the pipes. Our repair man was outside of town so I known as a 24 hour plumbing service who couldn't come out until Tuesday evening and deleted through Yelp. Then I discovered EZ Flow Plumbing. They scheduled me first thing on Monday.
Their technician Mike has been very courteous and professional and showed up at 8:30 AM. He quickly assessed the situation and apparently whoever installed our appliances had placed in a fair garbage disposal using faulty positioned pipes. Mike quickly and expertly fixed everything in less than 1 hour installing a brand new garbage disposal and the pipes that were correctly configured. He also honored the $45 discount customer coupon that was Yelp! They do not charge a service call fee, only for parts and labour so the bill was rather fair.

Jessie came out for a completely free service consultation. Because Sons & Parker informed us we needed it, I wanted another opinion. Jessie was honest and upfront . He flushed our water heater if there was any rust in it since that's what we had been told to determine. I will be utilizing EZ Flow for many of our plumbing needs and appreciated his recommendation.

Great service! Called in the morning and they had been out that afternoon. Terry called if he was right now and was 30 minutes out. Apparent our slow flushing toilet and explained everything that went on. He made a few recommendations and also inspected the strain and the water. The cost was reasonable and what I expected. I definitely recommend them!

Although it is never a wonderful thing I wouldn't be afraid to call EZ Flow Plumbing.
After we depended on what had to be achieved, Greg got to work. Thankfully it was an easy repair, although he systematically went through the home fixing the needed items including a bathtub that we believed was likely to be difficult to find parts for. Greg revealed the parts that I had questions about and also listened to my questions.
Greg then wrote an invoice for what I called to be repaired and what he advocated and the needed fixes. The price difference was insignificant, so I chose to do the majority of the other items. Greg never forced me that I did not have to perform.
I had EZ Flow Plumbing out to repair some known issues that I sold. Greg was the person that listen to what I wanted asked and fixed when I had the repair record by the inspector and came out. I did not have this record yet but needed to be proactive. Greg then clarified that there were things that he saw had and that could be flagged to be repaired. I appreciated that aid and not getting the need to schedule a second appointment to correct items.

I need to provide out a 5-star shout to this provider! I had a stoppage at the primary lineup as a result of roots. My neighbors had had some problems so that I hurried for my neighbors to get the name of the firm they used. I obtained their after hours and called them. I left a message and a call was returned by them ! Their after hours person was on a call and they said when it had been completed, he could come to me but I advised them I could wait until the morning. I was advised by them somebody could be there by 8 in the morning. It wasn't between 10 and eight, it wasn't involving pm and eight, they said by 8. Jessie showed up at 7:50 AM and had it unclogged in minutes! A camera ran down to be certain that that the integrity of the line was still viable. He found where the line was breached and while the camera was down there, he used a locator to learn just where it had been. He then gave me estimates and options. I highly recommend this firm!!! They were reasonable and treated me like family.

I just bought a new home and we needed to renovate the Master bathroom. We had a plumber to maneuver two drains, alter a shower valve and a few more things. The plumber showed up and we explained what had to be done he sent us a quote of over 3,500.00. That is completely absurd. I called a different plumber and he did all of it for 400.00. I would not recommend anyone using EZ flow.

With all the igniter on my hot water heater not igniting called them out due to an issue. Obviously when the tech gets here it worked fine. Anything did not charge me and gave me some pointers about the best way to keep it working right and ignited. I would definitely call them out.

I didn't compare their costs to other companies so I cannot speak to appreciate but that's the sole reason I did not give 5 stars to them. Every other aspect of this repair was top notch. :-)
The scheduling was easy and they got me in the following morning (that was a massive bonus). The on-site technician, Richard, had the disposition and was very professional. He walked through the issues and the solution that was proposed and after I agreed to proceed, '' he had everything. He could not have been nicer and also put up with my barking dog.
It's never fun (or cheap) when you need a plumber but should you end up in that situation, I strongly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing.

What can I say?! Great business! Great tech! Jessie came in on time, looked in the basement at my sub pump, turned off and on it, diagnosed the matter and it's working ! Didn't charge me. I frankly have to tell I had another business and given me an estimate for $1700 to remove my pump and install a brand new one. I know that it's an old pump and can give up at any moment. However, if it's still working I would wait until it stops working to devote that sort of cash. Its clearly my choice and that I should be given an chance to be educated concerning the matter into purchasing if it's not needed, rather than pushed. It's just mind blowing off that some firms charge thousands of $$ for something which doesn't require repairs. I'll make certain to call this firm when I'll require this setup.

We had this horrible - abrupt - flow in our front lawn water main. After having our typical plumber quote us a quote of $4000 to get the lawn dig up to replace ALL and come out - I needed to find a second opinion. Not merely did he do a review of the pipe before quoting me - it in fact did NOT demand digging our lawn. He had been detailed and incredibly thorough in explaining to me the remainder of the piping was just fine and what happened to the piece of pipe. Pricing was sensible and he cleaned. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I called for an appointment and they were quick to respond on the exact same day. The plumber has been educated that came out to fix the garbage disposal and took care of the issue immediately. There was some miscommunication in the dispatch, myself and plumber, so I needed to clarify and the owner called me back. We had a pleasant conversation to speak through it and that I was extremely impressed with the customer support, which is an admirable quality in a business where there is room for advancement to understand. I truly liked the owners business etiquette as well as the responsiveness.

Fantastic service, above and beyond what I expected including extra follow up another day to make sure everything was finished.

I had the water supply line to the refrigerator neglect open, and flooded the kitchen. I contacted EZ Flow on line on Sunday afternoon. I was surprised to receive a response within moments * from the workplace. We put up an appointment for today, Monday, between 8am and 10am. I got a telephone that Jesse was about the road at 6:50am, and he came soon after 7am. The problem was assessed by him, and replaced the supply line valve. He had been cleaned up after his fix and effective, all in an hour after coming. I will use EZ Flow Plumbing for any further plumbing needs.

I strongly recommend EZ Flow plumbing. They're on time and exceptionally reliable. They give a diagnostic that is free and will tell you to test before we spend some cash. That's the right way to conduct business and we will be using them for any other plumbing needs later on.
