Really, really thrilled with how fast Pink got us back for a corresponding turnaround. Our kitchen faucet handle ceased working, and the plumber discharged by our house warranty company told us he could not find anything and would have to replace the entire thing. A phone call to Moen established there was a 5 fix kit for our exact problem:-| However, the deal did not proceed after installation, leaving us with no kitchen sink and visitors arriving! Jason came out and replaced the cartridge, getting us back in business. On what could have been a emergency telephone and they cared for us!

I Am looking to Set up a tankWater heater. Chris gave a quote to me and responded immediately. Actually other plumbing support came by to observe the dimension and gave a quote to me once they watched it. But it's up to me to select which is the best. I'm leaning to company since they went to my home and watched it. Chris on the other hand saw the heater and I sent the image to him. He explained that my heater remains under guarantee by simply looking the number and he told me only call the installer of my heater and I will pay and call me. He told me the way to empty my water heater. PINK PLUMBING and SEWER save more than half of the expenses since I will not have to buy the heater after all. Therefore for my next ceremony it's PINK PLUMBING and I will let my friends and co employee it if they need SEWER and support use PINK PLUMBING. Thank you so much Chris.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain how we could proceed with insurance and exactly what was happening. Despite having to drill in the base and do extensive repairs, he had the task done by the day. He along with his worker were courteous of my house and left things as awesome as they were found by them.
We had some news in that the leak came from underneath the walls and needed some extensive repairs; the cause was determined by Chris but reached out to some restoration company in my behalf to get the wheels.
Before locating Chris, I found a leak in my guest toilet and attempted to reach out. Not only was he the first to pick up the telephone, but he scheduled an appointment to access the issue.
This is never a nice issue to manage, but Chris really helped relieve the stress. My experience with Pink Plumbing was 5 star plus they have a client for life. I have recommended them and will continue to do so!

Update and adjustments to remark....The air room you replaced was for a problem from the master bathroom toilet 1 YEAR ago....not because I bought the home years ago as you stated. Also you told you couldn't replace it daily as the part wasn't on your own truck but back at your warehouse....NOTHING said to me at all about having to purchase a part! ....As I stated from the beginning a simple courtesy call to me confident would have been nice!

Hands down plumbing business in Az! Our water heater died and leaked all over our garage, they showed up over a couple hours very ready to fix our problem with customer support that was amazing. I've faith in the professional guidance of this company and I never felt pressured into anything unnecessary involving the repair. I would highly recommend to everybody.

Chris is to my house for many projects, he's professional and dependable. He explained everything he was doing so there were not any surprises. And of course honest on the prices.

I'm a repeat customer. What seemed to be a kitchen sink (in my folks' house ) proven to be considerably more. Called Chris for another opinion; not only was that he managed to offer an estimate the very next morning, everything was fixed within 48 hours with damage all over. Furthermore, he supplied updates/pics during the whole procedure (from quoting to conclusion ).

I am very impressed with this company. I arrived home to a house with water actually coming from my front door. I called Sewer and Pink Plumbing, and they had a guy at my house. Water had another company have a new water heater installed that night and handle the issue with my water heater burst and come out to clean up all of the water damage. This occurred at night on a Saturday. I'll recommend Sewer and Pink Plumbing to everyone. Might I add I called 6 businesses all with no answer. They are highly recommended by me!

Contacted Chris today for an estimate for an issue with a bathtub spout. He mentioned it could be a simple fix, with directions on what to try and requested me details about the matter. His quote, if it was going to be a job that is complex, was more than fair. His advice worked and he ended up saving me money and time!
