I needed items done by a licensed and bonded plumber and had just bought a condominium. This one was referred by my friend. I am so glad she did since Robert (father) and Trevor (son) were so awesome. They gave me a bid the was within my budget, they had been on time and got each of the items. I will tell everybody I know about Edwards Plumbing. Getting and moving is stressful enough. Robert and provide excellent support and Trevor are.

Trevor did a great job this afternoon replacing my kitchen faucet! The older one leaked to the cabinet below and his comprehensive, and quick, replacement and testing of this faucet alleviated that issue and put me completely at ease. I strongly suggest Edwards Plumbing! Great job!

The amount was questioned by me and was advised that was the price to install a new water heater. All new piping required to connect into the water heater was comprised by their first quote. I feel as though I had been charged twice for the identical scope of work, by charging an additional $375 at the top of initial quote. I understand it's their business and they can charge whatever they want.
Rather than connecting all pipes that were new we got a water heater that was new to attach to. After Robert and his son completed the work they introduced us a bill than has been agreed upon.
However I do believe like a client I must have been advised prior concerning the $375 cost. Therefore I might have had the choice to accept or reject the fee. This type of business billing and coping practice is not what I would expect from a business that is reputable. After we agreed upon the price before increasing it, they should have admired it or got approval.
Contacted Edwards provide us with an estimate to run a brand new water from laundry area and to rework the pipes which connect into the hot water heater bringing everything back. We agreed on a price but when closing bill was introduced it was more than we agreed upon by an additional $375.

I highly recommend Robert Edwards for your plumbing requirements. I called him to clear my drains, because my washing machine had caused some flooding and backwashed. He also did a wonderful job of clearing out all my drains and was there promptly at the established time. A plus was, he didn't leave a mess! I will certainly use him again.

Ryan & robert are still an outstanding team of professionals. Not only are they stand with ethics, they work hard & understand what's involved with a plumbing quote and scope. Additionally, they can quickly assess the difficulty of the plumbing or installation job. When my family went from chrome-to-oil rubbed bronze sink and toilet fittings, two vanity sinks were installed by them. I am asking them to do a 3rd since theystand by their work quality,'re fair and do not gouge their customers simple!

His son and robert were on time and took care of my problems and inspected other things to make sure that the plumbing worked properly. Because they want your repeat business should the chance arise, they were much better than the corporate businesses. Yes, I would use them again.

We had washer hooked up but no hot water and only moved to area. Called these guys and they were quick to set professional, appoint and personable. They will be our only choice. Fantastic father and son team.

The father-son staff replaced our 75-gallon water heater and came out to a vacation. The job was outstanding and the pricing anticipated. They cleaned as if they were not there and we were back to having hot water very quickly. . Great job! Highly recommend.
