Kyle set up the components, addressed so it is exactly the exact same temp as the rest of the home one room that was really hot. . . .sorry...I am terrible with names. . .worked approximately 15 hours the day and 12 hours daily. Not 1 complaint from them...I was tired for them.
Brian gave us the best price and advice on what seer, heaps, and variable speed. The Trane units are so quiet you can barely tell they're on. If only my neighbor could replace theirs. . .we hear theirs today...

Along with our house, they have replaced our kid's roof unit and a house we are currently remodeling. My parents will probably be utilizing them as well this year.

I am extremely happy with the professionalism shown by JAKE and JOSH this morning when installing my AC unit. They showed up 2hrs earlier than expected and got started immediately. They ended installing the unit out and indoors over two weeks and a half an hour ! Anyways can't day enough. Quite cleaned up well before they left and respectful with our belongings. These folks are polite and courteous however, that is only to mask their outrageous pricing. My wife was in our home in Scottsdale. She was having sewer up into a shower and tub. She was trying to locate a ceremony and she contacted Zero. They stated a fracture was in the sewer line and finally came out and done some diagnostics. They sent a quote to repair. The cost was greater than 60% greater than the average in the area. We had the sewer. , same range of work as per quote by Zero. They will do the job but will charge you a lot greater than it ought to cost.

Ground Zero did a great job on our hot water tank and water softener we called them to get a discounted socket. Turns out that they do electrical work that is outstanding as well. Sherman Powell, our electrician, was professional, prompt and well trained and educated in his craft. He explained other intelligent electricians would have proceeded to run our bill up by pretending to seek out the problem when he seen it right away and fixed the problem. Afterward he fixed it and charged a fee. It feels great to know a organization and their workers are honest and qualified. I hope Ground Zero, and Sherman in this moment, as a builders and won't ever use anyone else. Thanks a million, Sherman and Ground Zero! Keep up the work!!!

They were able to book and return to the property within 24 hours of calling. They quoted the support and the price was fantastic.

Rip-off. Not sure about the quality of their job, I just know they we're outrageously expensive.
Called Earth Zero for an ejector pump, also obtained a quote of $2900. Another firm came and competed the job with top of the line solutions for $ 2k. I phoned why there would be that big of difference in price, Ground Zero to ask and was told that the job would demand greater onsite workers. Then they attempted to negotiate the quote.

These guys did an amazing job from the time I put in a quotation to complete delivery and deployment. Devin on service helped me select and I wished to replace three bathrooms, priced bathrooms, put them will phone and got them program same day. Mike and answered my questions, Mike came on time, did great work and got all 3 bathrooms. Ground zero was the cheapest price of my ten quotes and I will use them again to get a plumbing problem.

Carlos Gonzalez with Ground Zero Plumbing and A/C did a superb job recharging my system. These men are spot on. They provided me even though I could wait. Carlos informed me of my options and showed up on time the following morning. He took the opportunity to explain things to me and was respectful of my needs. Living in the desert southwest means that you need a firm on speed dial and these guys are it.

Only had Ground Zero take care of my bathtub quick priced! Thank you men will definitely use you again if I have anymore plumbing problems!!!!

Later telling me above and over I need a new AC, they quoted me 1900 for repairs. I got my own AC fixed for less than 400 bucks and received another quote. These folks are scammers and prey. Don't do business together again.

I called at the sink was mended by 4:30. Mike came over and explained all of my questions. He did a great job and most of his attitude towards questions a and concerns were superb. Dominic at Ground Zero was amazing! He arrived and fixed a plumbing dilemma we'd fast and easy. Along with his work ethic that was amazing, he kept me informed of the issues he cracked a few jokes here and there as well as found. Surely would hire him again in the future!

Fantastic service. Guaranteed the $ we paid and fixed a leak in our AC only goes toward a future repair if necessary. But, it wasn't needed and the house was cool all summer long. Highly recommend.

Other than the above, I have no issue with Fox. Speed ability to come out all pluses.
Fox charges by the merchandise. By way of example, clearing a slow-draining spout is 90 (less 20% reduction in my case) even if all they had to do was 5 minutes work. Three sinks - three times $90. Lubricating a faucet handle was 60 after reduction. Internet $285. For just under one hour's work. After allowing for travel time, this is far too much. They don't, although had they advised us we could have determined what to do. We should have asked. It is advisable to do. Personally, I would like to find a reliable plumber who charges by the hour, even if it is $100 an hour.
If you would like to use among their solutions, or Silver Fox Plumbing, consider finding out what it will cost. I was greatly overcharged by them.
Note: I'm informed there might be lawful recourse. In case the plumber tell you the price basis or doesn't provide an estimate, the fee must be the charge. Because there's just not enough money 15, I am not planning to examine this.

A couple of days later notice a flow on the PVC irrigation line directly. Called them to see whether the pin hole at the PVC line has been due to them, whether they could see. No way to prove it would check and receive a quote. They quoted me $350 to substitute 10 ft of PVC lineup that is 8 inches deep. That dug up lineup and I replaced it in 1 hr and covering it back up. I wanted the line substituted to prevent any problems with it and they told me the same thing. Crazy on the cost they desired, the plumber has been fast to provide me a cost. My guess is that they get commission. I purchased their service program which should have saved me 30. Only reason I purchased the plan is, it was more economical to buy it on the valve repair. Shop around before you use them, they over priced. They are good on communicating and reacting.
Called Ground zero to substitute the water valve on a Saturday they showed up and were good when they said they were. Gave me a deal and completed the job. Cost was high but I agreed since I didn't have the opportunity to perform it.

Kitchen drain had called plumbers. This company was the only one that answered. Grantedit was a Sunday afternoon. I request over the phone for n she explained plus whatever he can when he gets there a trip charge. I've had exactly the same problem. Another companies charge 100 to 150. I was charged a 262 bucks. Sorry more of my business.
