I'd suggest to anybody having a water heater replaced to give a telephone to Gordon. Reasonable pricing and friendly support. Will use again for any future demands.
Five stars? Well, I found water pouring from the base of my water heater and walked in my garage. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the yelp testimonials ) and to my surprise, they offered to come and replace the water heater immediately.
I called them and had a new water heater installed the same moment , before 4pm. Price was great for a gas heater with no upcharges for new parts etc..
Great friendly guys... So happy I chose to give them a phone!
Five Stars in my book! I requested a quote using the Yelp program and Gordon responded. Before jumping to any conclusions he wished to take a look. And he arrived the next day. If I want any water heater service later on I would use his firm again!
Gordon was amazing to use. One of our properties was using a water heater issue. He picked up right away and began asking me some questions on the telephone to see if he can help me out when I called. I told Gordon everything I had done to try and address the issue, and he explained that he'd go out another day to take a look at it.
Gordon called and told me what the issue was that was fairly minor. He fix the water heater with out any issue.
There's a lot to be said for a business that is able to perform work fast and responsive and honestly. We will utilize the Water Geater Guy our future needs for all!
That is an updated review. . .which remains 5 stars! The hot water tank needed some difficulty shooting. Gordon took care of the issue and got to it. The hot water tank man, gordon, should be the hot water tank man!
Unfortunately I had to cancel a water heater replacement for a Sunday last minute and Gordon and his staff were very understanding and gave advice. Would definitely recommend them.
I arrived home last week to a floor and recognized the water heater had expired. I called The Water Heater Guy based on the testimonials, Gordon took the call right away, gave me a reasonable quote to replace the water heater and showed up after finishing a different job. My water heater got replaced that day, the floor has been cleaned up, and he charged what he lent. Fantastic service, prompt and honest. I would call on his firm for any potential water heater issues!
Look no more, if you're having water heater problems. You'll receive fast service and a cost that is reasonable. The company I contacted through my house warranty plan did not bother returning my phone and after emailing me, did not even show up to the appointment. Gordon not just called me back he asked a set of questions so he could get to the root of the problem. My water heater was set up that day at two hours. I wish all service companies worked this way!

Problems with your own water heater?? CALL Gordon!!! I had been given his number by a family member who raved about his services. And it is SO well deserved! Gordan when we were half way through fixing what we believed we could handle was called by me. . Well, of course we ran into problems. . Gordon answered the phone (in the day ), listened to usasked us to text pics and just a video, then got back on the phone and gave us tips & instructions!! All this while letting us know we were doing a fantastic job and he did not need to come out!! Where in the world can you get expert advice from a real man who's local without any strings I have to vouch for knowledge and his personality although this review isn't sufficient to repay him. . (AND I shall get my loved ones to write his rave review also!!) Thank you Gordon for your amazing help!!

These guys rock. Arrived on time, pleasant to chat with, and also did a clean job that was great! Dan saved my bum on a faucet I left on as they wrapped up things! It could have been a major mess upstairs. Best thing though... they had the BEST cost of the 3 firms I messaged, with a huge margin. I had been moving back and forth between Rheem and Bradford, and decided to go with Rheem because it was the same brand I previously had. No salesman"stress" to install one out of them. I'll definitely recommend them to others.

I called Gordon because my water heater was producing warm water. Was supposed to make sure I actually wanted a repair trip and gave me a few things to test. I've never had this occur on a repair call. Most areas cost you $60 to state there is nothing wrong and would come. Once I determined there was actually a issue, he had the parts in his truck was out the next morning, and got it repaired for a lot less than I anticipated. Can use him next time I have an issue.
Gordon is a true professional. Honest, fair pricing and takes some time to explain what's going and why. Told us since it had been 5 years old but we chose to get him put a fresh one although he could repair it and we did not need a heater. He took some time to describe how to use the gas starter and also what dimensions to keep the device at , and had been in and out in 3 hours. Should you will need a repair done or a water heater you will not go wrong calling Gordon.
