Update to previous review. After hearing about my experience the supervisor contacted me and refunded my money. I have used buckeye for 20 Decades and this was the first time but I Would like to update my review since the direction experienced and cares about their clients

Service call was right on the estimate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to telephone Buckeye plumbing again. It did require a few days to get an appointment but I am glad I waited. Definitely would use them again!
Just had Buckeye plumbing come fix issues at our property. He also fixed one issue using the bathroom that had been going on that other plumbers never had a remedy for. The components were replaced by him on the inside of the bathroom and now it is fixed!

It's never fun when you've got a sink full of dishes along with also two kids to bathe along with the water pump expires. It's even worse on a Saturday night. Quick response, a professional worker and fair cost.

Buckeye came following a stressful night of gushing water that was undiagnosed to my rescue. While I was at work to assess the circumstance that was underground, they agreed to come to my house. They were able to estimate the problem rather quickly and charged a quite reasonable (not inexpensive, it's a plumber!) amount. He had been kind, courteous, and even texted me updates as requested. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

It's not often that a company goes over and beyond the expectations of a customer. We contacted Buckeye Plumbing to find a leak that was possible . They showed up on time with all of the correct equipment. The plumper who arrived at our home was professional and friendly. The plumber had to go on the roof to look the pipe using a camera down. (looking for the escape )While he was up there that he inadvertently slightly, damaged one of our roof tiles (we wouldn't have known whether he did not inform us) Not only did he ever ADMIT to doing this BUT the administration approached us and had it professionally mended by a roofing company! When everything is simple, sometimes the real test of a great, honest company isn't. It's the way matters are handled by them when things do not go as intended. Buckeye Plumbing exceeded our expectations ALL and I must say I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Those qualities are getting harder and harder to find with businesses in South Florida. I strongly suggest Buckeye plumbing to anyone needing a plumber and are using them from now on for all of our plumbing requirements.

Did not execute the work it was hired to and the plumber left without finishing the job and still charged me $125 on my credit card just for showing up. Customer service was rude!

Fantastic service!! Had a bad leak in my upstairs bathroom. Came out immediately and was so pleasant and professional ( Juan was my tech) Would tremendously recommmrnd

Had I any complaint, and it's not a big one, it's they're only slightly pricey. I really don't mind paying for quality.
I've tried water heater support and every plumber at the Palm Beach area. They all suck for a wide variety of reasons. Buckeye is the exclusion, and reliable and beneficial.

Plumber came timely and found the problem and repaired it, explained everything to me through the procedure.

Didn't get beyond the person who answered the phone. She didn't hear what I stated I needed and kept giving me choices, and then told me it was $55 to come out to give me quote. She suddenly got off the phone. Rather Rude.

We have utilized Buckeye Plumbing for many years for various pipes concerns. Have never been disappointed with their service. In summary they do from all appearances are capable in their repairs and what's needed. I have never had the feeling of being ripped off using their service and pricing.

I had a water leak under the kitchen sink Sunday night. What a nightmare. I predicted Buckeye. Paul showed up within 20-30 minutes and called me back in under 2 minutes. He was very professional and fixed it up. I'm very happy and dropped like I found my"go to" plumber for any potential problems. It was the favorable testimonials by others on Yelp which guided me to telephone Buckeye so encourage others to do the same and I'm post to pass it. Thank you, Buckeye!

Saved Thanksgiving!!!! What a mess to have your sinks backed up on the afternoon of the cooking and most dishes!! Response time less than two weeks! Friendly up front on all costs. Guests did not even understand!!! Problem solved before they came! I have another job I need done and wasn't sure who to utilize! Slimming down these are the ones!! Thank you

My water meter showed so I phoned Buckeye to come find and repair it, I had a leak. I had been told on the phone that the charge would be $125 an hour and to expect that two weeks would be required by it. Their man showed up and after checking to see whether the flow was clear (bathrooms, outside spigots, etc.) and finding that it was not, told me that he wanted to install valves on the main water line to try to narrow down the stage at which there was a flow. He wanted to install two valves at a cost of $180 each plus the charge. When I suggested that the cost was getting pretty high to find the leak, he explained that he had seen the cost go as large as $2500 and that finding a flow is quite difficult. I paid him for an hour of his time and sent him away. I called a firm and they located the flow -- a spigot outside to which there was a hose attached -- to get a fee. I would not suggest Buckeye to find a leak.

I knew I needed to employ a plumber/plumbing business after unsuccessfully trying to unclog my toilet. I had hired Buckeye Plumbing in the past and was happy, therefore I called them first. The pleasant receptionist explained the expenses of only"snaking" the bathroom or having to take out the toilet from the ground if the"snaking" does not operate. I said"fine, was phoning for pricing and could get back to her" and wrapped. I filed an requests to both they were HIGHER, therefore I called Buckeye went online to Thumbtack and the merchant websites Home Adviser and scheduled an appointment. On service day, I was given a 45 minute (advance notice) courtesy phone to let me understand the technician was on his way. Juan showed up in a calm & pleasant demeanor, proceeded up the carpeted stairs (with booties on his shoes) into the (2nd floor) bathroom....proceeded into"snake" the toilet and (like me) had no success. He eliminated the bathroom, found/removed the vinyl cap and then reset the bathroom (just after replacing the wax ring) AND....get this: there was grout across the bottom of the bathroom (not caulking) and he managed to remove/reset the bathroom without breaking apart ANY grout. He was careful, careful and steady-handed at the bathroom elimination, he left no wreck (at all ) in the restroom, I did not have to wash ANY part of my house, bathroom, stairs while he was there or even later he left. He was a nice, gentle man who also took the time to answer my queries, such as the ramifications of different toilet flappers ( I had replaced one lately and noticed that that particular bathroom had a larger volume of water going into the bowl verses the bathrooms where I had NOT replaced the flappers), I had no apprehensions about him (a stranger) being left alone upstairs and'd HIGHLY recommend Buckeye Plumbing to anybody who will listen (lol).

I cope with Buckeye Plumbing for both company and personal. They have always proven to be dependable, educated and the office staff is helpful and quite courteous. I recommend them highly.

They do care about completing a job to get paidoff. They care about their job and have tremendous integrity in supplying the highest quality support (which is quite rare in Boca). They are so simple with pricing and do not pull the"nicely... now it is more because of whatever" crap. Bill was did a phenomenal job resolving my issue , really cared, and so patient. They've a customer for life. Best ever.

After two weeks' ordeal dealing with incompetent plumbing company and one rude for sewer back up, we got Buckeye's name onto our list and finally asked around. Buckeye Jim completed the job within one hour and showed up , at the similar price we paid. Jim is focused, professional and polite at work. He not only helped us eliminate the blockage in the pipe, he also helped us locate the sewer line at the front yard, also taught us if we encountered the same situation, what to do next time. In addition, he assisted us fixing one leaky toilet at no extra cost. We can't be more happier at the day of 2014 locating our plumber in existence, that resolved our stress nowadays. A nightmare! Came out to clean a pipe. Said it was fixed quickly. (It was for 3 times.) Called them back and explained they needed to mend what they said they did. The workplace woman understood. Figuring another service guy out and he worked hard to clean he did the pipe. After he left he tried to give me another bill for about $300. I explained that we are not supposed to cover as did pay when they came out the first time. He abandoned and just didn't respond. Next thing you know I am getting a valid form in the email stating they are likely to sew us for services rendered. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! She was rude and went straight back to what was discussed when we phoned the office woman. So paid twice for work which should have been done the first time and has been treated badly in the process. No guarantee is offered by them. I will never use them . They care about how to insult & rob the client. Sad to say.
