Bullseye Leak Detection

My spouse is an insurance adjuster and he utilizes leak detection companies . We never needed a leak detection business ourselves although many times he heard good things and had referred them to customers. Well this year we did! We've got a lot of trees and an old pool, we suspected these trees had completed their damage to our water lines underground. We knew we had a issue when your water dramatically starts leaking out of your pool, but where do you start? They have a way of tracking leaks and may detect them inside feet, it wasn't easy task and they came out many times, although Bullseye was known as by us. I am grateful for this because it reduces. Not only did they fix the leak they fixed them at no charge and found a few leaks that are smaller. We'll be a loyal customer that is for sure!

I had a leak somewhere coming from my pool. I phoned Bullseye and Adrian came out and found the leak. It is pricey, consider me to obtain the leak hour. Next, somebody else and Ivan came to my house and mended the leak. Again, it's expensive, roughly $1500 longer for about 4 hours of labour.
This organization is worth my recommendation to others.
Bullseye gets the five star rating from me as their workers were extremely great regarding their customer service. They came out and Ivan and Adrian knew exactly what they were doing. Dan did an incredible job looking and locating the cause of my leak issue and came out. He cared for the leak that my pool company neglected to look after and was professional and considerate. That exact same day, the leak subsided. Needless to say I'm firing my pool support to discover a more reliable and better one. (Professional Pools used to be decent but has gotten worse over the years and I wouldn't suggest them).

Colin visited with my home Friday to help determine a leak problem that's plagued me. I just kept pouring water into my into ground spa but ultimately decided I needed to have it repaired.
I been watching the water amount stay high for days so I am convinced that Colin's identification of the problem was right.
He walked me everything he was going to perform and explained how he'd test every part of the system. This is an concrete poll which has a gas fired heater to get the water up to 104 degrees. It has a waterfall together with jets and the regular pump. Pretty complex.

A vast majority of this pool emptied so he could work thru each the inlets and outlets and tested each part of the system. His suspicion concerning the problem was right and a seal was between the pool and the skimmer that had failed. Colin was able to patch it with so that I could examine the fix over the upcoming few days. He recommended that the entire pool be resurfaced because there was nice sand material was degrading.
After talking thru the symptoms he was confident he understood exactly what the problem was colin came in an. The fix went to be simple but he wished to go and examine the entire system to make sure there wasn't any issues.

So glad Adrian came out to our property! We believed our leak was from a seal at the glass door; turns out it was from a blocked channel on the door threshold, which did not allow. Adrian found the source of the leak did a detailed review, and even washed us the channel! Due to his careful and professional work, we won't need to substitute. I can highly recommend this organization.

*Highly Recommend* - We'd sewage odor in the house and they were able to perform a smoke test to zero in on the issue area and perform all repairs that are needed to solve the issue. Adrian and vaughn are technicians that were very respectful. These are the sort of technicians you want working in your house. The office was accommodating and quite responsive with our scheduling requirements. They'll solve your issue.

Stevens was wonderful! Came and found the flow under our base and mended it fast. Most importantly I don't need to wash my kitchen after! He was friendly and professional. I suggest Bullseye to anybody!

Water leakage detection is said by everyone. Yeah sure it's been over a week and you guys can not find the issue. If you employ these guys than GOOD LUCK.

UPDATE: 11:30PM. The BULLSEYE truck left. AND STILL NO WATER. So what I'm supposed to go without water for the rest of the weekend???
Thursday - now - gets an email. "Waters will probably be outside past 8pm now"
Coming home after a long day of 9hours of work and being 9pm and that I can not shower in my very own home. Because it's not like you guys are able to apologize for the delay nor do I receive any cost compensation for it I hope your enterprise crash and burns.

Wednesday continues. No water at 7:30PM.

Wednesday comes. Suddenly NO WATER. Wednesday they stop by at 3pm to give me a notice - HEY BTW. Great. A whole week at which no water in morning and afternoon.

Their business model is comparable to Bullseye Leak Detection, but their service left a lot. I may have paid a bit more (only $25 more) for its first leak detection compared to American Leak Detection, but I am so happy we went with Bullseye instead. All of the comments left here about how thorough and clear I sense that we weren't being ripped off and they had been about the process left my spouse. Water was being lost by our pool and Bullseye was able to locate the leak's source. The technician left a open close to a plug and the filter in the suction line and my Sweetheart did not observe that the pool had emptied out resulting in some damage to the pool pump because I am disabled. Everybody makes mistakes especially me, however, Bullseye took care of the issue, owning up to the error. Methodology and the gear that the technician used, made finding the leak's source, easy.

They came out. For us, in order to get to the line, they have to lower part of my pool out. We added to lessen the difference of colour to the replacement in the deck out of concrete and took the chance.

My sole criticism is they didn't use the ideal size rock salt finish that match with my present concrete route (rock salt they use was too small, and I wasn't home to see this last point ). They came out in the request of my homeowner's insurance since I detected a leak. I've never had an encounter like this, never needed to get my insurance provider and never heard of Bullseye! At the time they also set in an attempt to correct the leak and I had them begin the work, even though I have another bidding.
Only complaint I have is that the gravel. It had been some of dirt and the soil which has been removed from the hole below the cement slab to access the leak. It had been put to a bucket and the bucket had been rinsed out in my yard leaving my grass. Other than that, they are specialist, helped me move a few of my more heavy furniture and answered all of my questions. And I'd have given them five stars.

11/9/2016: They found that a pipe under my decking was leaking and came out to get a suspected leak. I scheduled Friday them to come out and also called them Friday morning to discover that they had failed to put me. They came and did an OK job - . This morning I happened to be outside when the pump was on, and water was gushing from the filter. The tech left. Even though they had disconnected and reconnected that pipe more than once while they were still here, the leak was a"coincidence" not their obligation. When I had to sign a bunch of disclaimers that this wasn't likely to end I must have known. Lesson learned.
Update 11/10: The first tech who found I was called by the leak and identified. He noticed there was a issue, asked me a few questions and desired to come over, have a look and make it appropriate. He came this day. They mended the new leak and were over two weeks. He said it could have been the result of something done during the first fix and apologized profusely for the issue. I was ecstatic that I wasn't on the hook along with what I paid them to get more repair costs. This tech - Colin - was awesome and incredibly thorough both together with the diagnosis and repair. This being said, the leak ought to have been cared for when I reported it . I've a feeling that if I had not posted a Yelp inspection, it wouldn't have been resolved.
