They have a good variety of Merchandise but the pricing is a Bit HighOverall it is fine store but the price is a little bit higher
It is wonderful to get a certain things that you can't get from another locations.
Please be careful when dealing with these individuals. My hot water heater was under warranty and neglected. I needed to cover the one that is new and employ IN PERSON to your warranty return. I have known many times to receive my money but was told a succession of lies (I have talked to Trisha, Robert and the director, Mario Santos). I discovered Cal Steam was credited by the maker back in April. It is September and I continue to get new dates for the use of this warranty and when the test was sent out,"The check is in the mail!" . They badly gloat and believe that they are funny when you get irate on the phone - and they purposefully say matters to anger you then laugh about it one of themselves (I heard this last bit out of an insider). Stay away from them. I'm led to small claims court. They owe me $570. I calling the BBB.
First of all, this is a supply home, not Home Depot, so you come here for pipes fixtures, and plumbing fixtures . They folks behind the sales counter really understand what they're referring to, should you've got to ask a query. The prices may be a bit higher than Lowes or HD or at any time, but the quality of the parts and the service is significantly higher by far.
Before going into home depot, check out a place like this where the professionals shop. Cal Steam conveys some fantastic bathroom fittings in stock at reasonable prices. I had to buy a pedestal sink in the am to be set up that day, and they had the Kohler Memiors sink in stock for $300. (and maybe loaded it in my car). It is not a showroom experience, but if you know what you would like, Cal Steam is very efficient and reasonable.
Shop here all the time. They have a super smart and awesome sales staff that know almost everything. They carrry about everything. More expensive on some things but more or less ordinary. Delivery is quick. For our organization is caused by me is special.
