Called several 24/7 Plumbers, none might encounter the next day except Cass Plumbing. Richard came on schedule (8:30 pm on a Saturday day ) and made the fix quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Really nice, friendly and personable. He had been informative throughout the process. Will call Cass for all our plumbing needs later on.

It is very important to repeat that they have been friendly, punctual and were eager to work on pricing. We simply don't pay a deposit that is 50% to plumbers.
Since they asked for a 50% deposit in advance Cass was not used by us. We have never been asked for a deposit ahead. As their price was a few hundred dollars higher then some others, this was particularly true.
I had a new hot water heater and has been known to Cass Plumbing. They were friendly and arrived when they said they would. Their cost was a bit high but they were eager to match a cost given by another plumber.

I understand sir and I appreciate the $100 charge after I asked for this, however $750 (or $650) is simply not competitive with the market for a small install like this.
Also I was told motorist would phone when on his way and he did not. I have a big dog that goes crazy when the doorbell ring.
Scam artists. Came out 3x along with my bathroom was not fixed. The time was advised that I needed a bathroom the moment, after paying $275. An hour after lent me $750. Bathroom toilet install. No way! Do NOT give your small business to these people. Home Depot bathroom is $150. I don't think so...

Simply giving 2 stars since they came. Tech came out and snaked the line and he eliminated it. Paid $400 for him over to snake the line. I specifically asked if the issue was fixed by that and he told me he is positive. Next day we had problems and that I called in just to be told the job is not refundable. I called a plumbing company that was different out that did a camera review and discovered a way to clear the congestion. Cass plumbing basically stole my money .

Cass plumbing is one! They don't care when they make the mistake and don't do the job. When it runs $158, my water bill jumped up to $311. When I question them in their work a technician comes out and replaces a gasket that is $2. I call them anout my water bill and the owner says because a technician came out to correct it that was free and was a service call! I could not believe it! Bad customer service! They don't want your business!

I had what I thought was a issue with my gas water heater. It so I am not as comfortable with it. Cass Plumbing managed to send someone out. John M. arrived on time and managed to resolve the matter immediately. He also gave me a thorough review for the way the gas system operates and the way the gas shut functions work, etc.. It seriously lacked, although I had read the manual. It was to be easy it was a visit. It is rare nowadays to have a company that has. I have referred my neighbor to them. Great job John and everybody else involved!

Cass will be my first and last call if I want, or know plumbing solutions.
There really are a few things that I did not expect. As soon as I achieved to Cass they repaired a few things that were not part of this contract came straight out and did it with free of charge. They set customer and quality service beforehand of dollars.
Cass did things, worked without funding and was professional.
I stayed in Riverview. After a streak of plumbing leaks, leaks that she repaired one at a time she experienced a huge pipe burst. After emailing and calling plumbers, Cass got back to me almost as soon as I pressed . They had been out in the house in 14 hours and could provide a full evaluation of the problem. An estimate was also provided by them. With quote in hand, I shoped around. Cass was correct in accordance. Within a week the house was replumbed. An entire house recieved a totally new method, the older system closed down as well as the water heater, outside spikets, etc. all properly hooked up and working flawless.

I had a drip in the water inlet valve. I decided to call a plummer to fix instead of try myself. Plummer arrived where the leak came from, and I advised him. He confirmed it leaked and looked in the valve. He tightened the screw and it had been fixed. I had been charged $135. After plummer abandoned, I phoned Cass Office to inquire the way the charge might have been $135 when plummer was to fix the leak. I had been advised that I had been charged the charge of $185 but because I had been a member. I said that he did not devote any time and that I had advised the plummer where the leak was coming from. They said they'd call me back but did not hear back from them.

Outrageous EstimateHad them come to provide an estimate. They were the 4th of 5 that I had been getting. The first four estimated 3-4 hours of work, all. Cass came and supplied an estimate of $3250. In their defense, the individual told me not to gag. When I told him I was not interested if it had been anywhere near $1000, he hemmed & hawed with much silence. I requested him to depart for wasting my time. Are they just trying to find an unaware customer ready to cover such bizarre expenses? You never pay more than $100 per hour to get an experienced and insured plumber and should check around. They wasted my time.

-Crew was friendly and respectful.
-food items and Found garbage parts left on the driveway throughout the house and cigarette butts.
I had three quotes to re-pipe my home, Cass came then all of thembeing that they had been a favorite vendor with the remediation company assigned through insurance, so I decided to attempt to work together. I asked for them to honor their 11% price match promise I saw posted on their website, they explained they would price match, however they would not expand the guarantee that was 11%. So that we agreed to utilize Cass anyways, in the end insurance agreed to pay as part of an existing claim for the job.
-Two huge holes were dug inside my tough and were never fixed, it would have been useful if they put the dirt out of the holes onto a tarp for me to fill the holes back in rather then placing it all over the yard taking me hours to rake up.
-Did the job in a timely manner.
-I was told everything was completed and when they switched the water on we discovered the connections on either of showers were draining and they stated they'd have to come back later to reevaluate the job.
-The 2 plumbers told me they had been with the company for 2 weeks, I'd have enjoyed a plumber from the company overseeing the job.
Cons:
-They needed to spot a sizable region of stucco siding out of incorrectly drilled holes running the distribution line to the house.

We paid $750 for a task and a wreck. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Please don't waste your time and money. We have a home in Clear Water area, got back-up couple time and we all tried our luck with Cass Plumbing. They quoted $750 for video and jet our pipe. We were out of town at the time so we could do nothing but trust Cass Plumbing due to their services. In accordance with Cass Plumbing, we've cast iron pipe and it belly-up. Just PVC pipe belly-up iron will break or crack. We requested to see exactly what he saw 4 WEEKS and IT TOOK. We must fly all of the way and they kept playing phone for another 3 days. Tammy provides support that is dreadful. We had to have another plumbing company come over for one more video then discovered a 5ft snake was abandoned in the line pipe which jammed everything. I attempted to be fair and not supposing that the snake is belonged to Cass Plumbing but obvious they're not only don't extend the video but also don't jet the pipe for us. We reached out for Tammy one more time to let her know we're fed up with this scam. Astonishingly, she attributed the tech (cannot reach out for him to get 4 weeks??) . Of course, Tammy too rude to apologize and hung up on us. Again? They're fail at managing customer support at accomplishing their job and fail. They hot us right into a job. Totally a scam!!!!

We appreciate the response time however the cost, really? $427 to get 20 minutes of work! I'm on business travel that my wife obviously freaked out when petrol water heater pipe burst and spreading water. This is an external breakage so that I can't imaging if the in wall fix would seem to be. It's normally $100 a hour is the going rate, so it is on the Saturday so you can double it still ought to be min 1 hour + substance should be $200 +, $200 , maybe not $427. Like this is not ethical, yes doing business my wife consented.

Found Cass Plumbing Inc. through Home Advisor. Scheduled an appointment 4 times in advance to guarantee availability on either side as I would want to take time off from work to be home. At 12:30pm day of appointment (appointment window 12-2) I call them to confirm only to learn..."Sorry we are occupied and will not be able to make it today."
How do businesses similar to this stay in life? They clearly do not value the client or respect the customers time or efforts to accommodate them. Consumer beware!

I showed him the toilet and told him the matter, when I tech showed up. He said it would be $270 dollars and I told him not to perform the work and high priced and came out into the kitchen area. He stated they have set prices and there is a toilet that was restricted $ 270 regardless of whether it takes 10 minutes or 3 hours. He advised me that I owe the money since the work had been finished by him . It seems my father fine would it to get it repaired so that is not problem with Cass Plumbing.
When I called to learn about these costs and if they have set costs tell people it is a $55 to respond for quote. I was told they cannot give prices over the phone, suspect they get plumber and collect $55 when they give outrageous price. They then had service supervisor Drew call me back. He explained their rates are set and that is the cost for a toilet and it does not matter whether 10 minutes or 3 hours, woe I guess because that is that is in their practice. He told me it was the luck of the draw, but don't know whether it is good luck it only took 10 minutes versus 3 hours but the cost is set and luck of the draw.
I called them about a plugged toilet issue. They stated it would be $55 to come out and see exactly what the problem was and give an estimate. If I made a decision to use them the $55 is waived and there wasn't additional charge for a Saturday call for service. The tech called me and said he would be there in two hours about 15 minutes after he called back and said he was on his way and be there in 30 minutes, I thought wow that is excellent, but that is all that was great about the service.
Drew told me he would send a dollar gift card to me but a week after I did not get it. She'd get one out when I called the woman explained that Drew didn't let them get me. After the card thank you remark or came there was nothing else inside the envelope not a business card, it was like here take this a move away feeling.
I did see another review stating they got a gift card from Cass Plumbing too, must be regular practice for them. Drew also explained that he wants his people to earn $200 per hour that still only gives him 3 percent gain, he wants a fresh financial division if he only makes 3 percent which way for $20,000 the business only is making $600, just how can they stay in business?

They responded after hours immediately and correctly performed the job. Worker was friendly and knowledgeable.

Cass plumbing is a company. Prices and their service are the best. A company that was previous repaired it but it still leaked. Cass came out and identified the issue and fixed the pipe then. They were paid less than the company by me and my sink is repaired. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing.

I'd give Cass Plumbing 6+ celebrities. Had a worsening problem with a pipe escape on a Sunday and Cass Plumbing had Brian outside to repair the problem within a hour. Until Brian was completed the other plumbers I predicted didn't return my call.

Advertises as Estimate, scheduled an appointment. Nevertheless, once they get to the property they'll try to charge you to do the diagnosis so as to get a'free estimate'. Another words no advantage over any other plumbing company in the Bay Area. As a property manager will not be using them.

From the office manager Tammy to the tech Cody, Cass Plumbing was topnotch! We found them and we are so glad we did! Tammy got us an appointment that was immediate. Cody came on time and was exceptionally polite and professional, but above all, he installed our 2 new bathroom taps flawlessly; this included replacing what was to be an old rusted out trap that was on the verge of leaking, which necessitated going back to the shop for the correct size snare --all of that was already covered in the cost of this project --at no excess charge. He completed an unexpected toilet repair for a cost. Cass also offers a free membership that instantly gave us 20% off to the place on everything some occupations and also that Cody did! Great service!

She delivered out Drew to work in my pipes problem after speaking with Tammy. Drew was fantastic, he gave me an estimate within five minutes and studied the problem after meeting him. Drew had a wonderful personality and he appeared as someone I'd enjoy having a beer with. Great customer service from Tammy and Drew. Good customer service would certainly use them and overall.
