Had a toilet clog up on a Saturday night. Sunday morning called and also had a call back within moments. Showed up over a half an hour and ended up needing to take out the bathroom. He will definitely hire them again and did a fantastic job.
Prompt. We had been contacted by someone from Castelllo and asked to remove this review. Why? It can't be seen on their Yelp. I did not say anything terrible about this corporation.
I sent photo of toilet and bathroom that needs to be relocated. He came out to perform an estimate. Because they are too time consuming Inform us he doesn't do remodels.
Rob certainly live up to the 5 stars here! I had strain along with my kitchen sink faucet and Rob came over spend a fantastic hour or so trying to wash it out for me but was not successful. He advices me offer him a call and to buy a new faucet . After I received my new faucet he came over and installed it and he did not charge me for the trip and did not charge me anything additional for the trip! Great support!
Castello Plumbing Company saved Daily!! I closed on a house for my customers by Friday being we had & Wednesday! They not only came out to give an Estimate to us, they did the work on the spot & the costs were Wonderful!!! Robert came same and promptly day. Desired a quote to put in a separate water demand faucet for so on and also hot tea. Hired him on the place! Amazing, went the distance and then some. After many tradespeople by telling you exactly what the guy should have completed, stroke their ego, Robert did NOT! He just went beneath the sink did the job. We thought we ought to show him. We had an Superb experience with Robert! He answered my yelp message, came out to my house, fixed my drain for quite a reasonable price....all within approximately an hour and a half!
