Let's talk about efficacy. . .These two men were in and out in 19 minutes 19 MINUTES! WOW!
Within a day, John and his co-worker came out to replace our completely garbage disposal.
So, Maples Plumbing has my high score and a sincere thank you. I love working with home family enterprise. Not that it wasn't a great experience, but I hope I do not need to work together with you again, if you get my drift! ;-RRB- You rock!
John called me when he had been on the road and showed up right as promoted. They're both very professional and courteous; a definite pleasure to work with and knowledgeable as I asked questions.
Although I had to go through our Home Warranty Company, whom are a pain to work with, Maples Plumbing was a company to work with for this job.
Assessing our job with Mike was easy and fast.
Our garbage disposal poured out water whether it had been turned on or not and totally failed. It's 9 lives were up!

Unfortunately had to call on Maples. John came out this time. Like before he was quick to diagnose the issue, was professional and fixed the back up. Will not wait to although hope to not have to predict a third time and highly recommend them.

I would not hire these guys to park my vehicle. They had been shipped out by our Home Warranty company to replace a collapsed water heater that was warm. The first man gets it doesn't place the PVC pipe as is required by code, and installed. The solder job on the aluminum pipe on top was so awful that is start leaking and without that PVC pipe there it just pools where to move however in to the wall. So a man comes out, he installs the PVC pipe but cannot find the leak, and proceeds to tell me that the HWH is faulty. I point out the poor solder job and needed to show him that the flow on video. This man informs me and goes on to put a blob of solder on top that will make ANY engineer moan we are good to go. Fast coming out to the license and they fail us because of the work that is shoddy. The owner hopping mad is called by wife, the owner claims HE will be out to fix the issue. Turns out he doesn't have the stone for this, and literally send the very first man out who screwed up it in the first location. Who, as a business owner would do this? He fixes 2 of 3 of the defects and attempts to leave, when I ask about the 3rd and stop him. He must get on the telephone to verify that the INSPECTOR is correct. Honestly, whether the inspector is wrong, I do not care, they are telling this needs to be carried out to you. We have let the Home Warranty company understand, and we are going to do our level best to have them removed from plumbers' pool so nobody else deals with those clowns. We tried to get a different plumber via the warranty company, but we had been stuck unless we moved through the entire permit process again since the license with the city had their name on it.

Related to pipes. Fast response and fair prices. I've recommended them to many friends who now use them.

Professional and Friendly! Highly recommend Maples Plumbing. We spoke to Mike right away and called. We set a date and'd Jon are extremely pleased with his understanding and professionalism and finish our sink fix.

John out of Maples Plumbing did a great job faucet and fixing my toilet. He was punctually and knowledgeable. Without having to reschedule he even ran outside to get components. Great stand up business that is not out to take your own money. I'll certainly use them again!

Maple pipes is the"use car sales man"of pipes. When you've made the purchase and they have your cash their attitude changes. A water heater had been set by them in for me of close to $2000 and which I never had hot water over five minutes. My gasoline dropped because of water heater being turned up on setting. I made a call to them to learn what was wrong and spoke with the father. I informed him after two months with no response I called him that he could come whenever he's in the neighborhood he said he lost my number. How could you lose a number of a customer that just bought a water heater. Do they maintain no records as soon as something is purchased by you. So we scheduled an appointment to come outside and he had been a no-show. He came out a week later And said it was a capsule at the shower area rather than The fixture connected to the water. Darren came out once the part has been offered and offered me $240. I felt it was a hunch because he had not analyzed anything and believed that was large,Darren then said well I am here what do you really feel comfortable with I said 150 and he elevated his voice very loudly at me and said my price is not negotiable? He asked me what I felt was fair,after Darren Left my young grandson asked me when I was sad, I think he sensed the hostility towards me of Darren. My son changed the part in less then 10 minutes for 40 and it was just like I believed ( maybe not the issue ). I told both Darren and his father I believe it had clogged up from my prior water heater and they had been aware of the issue but did not actually know how to deal with it, another day I called another plumbing business and the plumber showed up with the tools and components,he knew exactly what was wrong by me relating to this office booking girl. I had been Polite and patient together with his father and both Darren and don't know how unmarried women are treated by them as poorly as they perform or any clients for that matter. Just interested in collecting money rather than solving the issue. Not educated once a difficulty and poor Poor support arises. Turns out it was that the fixture which the father explained it wasn't.

This morning, we called and Mike managed to come out right away to repair our bathroom. This is an honest, efficient, and knowledgeable company that's family owned and operated! We'll be using these for all of our upcoming plumbing issues, and we are going to be telling all our friends and family about them !

Among the greatest experiences using a tradesman in years. Mike, known as sooner than anticipated following shipment on home guarantee call (contract allows for 48 hours during normal business, they called within about 18 hours of dispatch). Jon, came promptly, really a bit early which worked superbly for my schedule. Put booties on his shoes at the threshold each time. Diagnosed the problem efficiently and professionally. Obtained parts promptly and returned to the job. Fixed the problem for which the business was discharged. Identified a problem that we had been trying to diagnose since a few months later we purchased the house, suggested a solution at a reasonable price and immediately fixed that problem. Wow! We recommend them without hesitation are customers, and will use them in the future.

Our water heater recently stopped working and we're convinced since a variety of acquaintances had replaced theirs, we needed to purchase a new one. We called one firm and obtained a $1700 quote through email. Then we known as Maples and they stated before giving a quote, that they have to observe a project. Mike arrived that afternoon when he said he'd. We described what happened and Mike said he thought he knew exactly what the problem was could likely fix it instead of us having to purchase a new unit. The water heater was scrutinized by him and also verified the difficulty was what he supposed. He had to order the part, but managed to get it working for us to have water at the meantime. Four days later, Mike was back to put in the new area. He scrutinized for sediment and rust, as well as some additional troubles, and confirmed everything was in good shape.
Bottom line is that Maples Plumbing is. This is. We have no reservations in recommending them.
That which we find most striking is his ethics, although mike is obviously extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Beyond that, he is fun and genuinely nice to converse with. My husband and I remarked that we wanted he was a friend because he is, when he left with. Many service providers can you say that about???

I was actually impressed by this company. They were easy to schedule together and I got an appointment immediately. My plumbing issue was not an emergency so waiting two days. I had a continuous trickle in my tub no matter that it had been shut off or how long after use. Plumber fixed the leak in under 2 hours, ran to Home Depot for a part and recognized the issue. Price was decent, let us face it plumbers make very good money. Plumber was professional and friendly. I can recommend this place.
