Chesapeake Plumbing and Heating

We'd a kitchen sink and marble counters. It looked great but the sink drains didn't line up with the pipe beneath. Chesapeake did a fantastic job hooking up our sink and quoted me $ than anybody else.

Found Chesapeake Plumbing and Heating on Yelp, sounded nice and had great reviews. Made an appointment for Wednesday, July 18th from 8am-12pm for an estimate to find a gas line run for my Weber Grill. It pm and I have not heard a word out of them, received a telephone call or had anyone show up. I have my wife and a 9 month old boy and I both work, so it required a while to shuffle my schedule so it's unfortunate that they didn't show up.
First impressions are everything, this wasn't an excellent one.

We smelled gas on 2/16/18 @ 3:30. I phoned BGE test it for us and to come out. They discovered one leak above our water heater. Our gas is cut off by them and said that we will need to discover a plumber and trouble shoot the remainder of the line. I left messages and called two firms. They promised to be 24/7 and reacted in an hour. So Chesapeake tried about 6:00 pm, they never called me back. I used their emergency line. Explained my scenario, and the phone rep said I will have a phone shortly. Mario called me back with in 3 minutes on work mobile phone or his private. I explained to him, delivered him a movie via text of my problem area and he said tomorrow I will see you . Mario came in friendly. We walked the area together. Broke it down for me that which he was planning to do and I left him. A couple of booms and bams later he was wiping his hands with a rag and said you should be able to have a nice hot shower tonight! More priced, out and in service. Thank you very much Chesapeake. It is my hope that this review finds you well and please look out for Mario. He is awesome!
Still waiting for any after effects of the job (to see if we still smell gas afterwards ), I doubt there will be any.
