I have used them on properties and they're excellent.

I asked them to get a quote to substitute our sewer line and their quote was $18k. I proceeded with a business that billed 7k for the same specific service and got other lower estimates. They replied to my email asking for why their price was SO much higher.

Nice guys fair and reliable. While I believed that they acted professionally the price was at the lower end. Tung did a great job repairing trash disposal and my bathtub drain. I work together in the future. Thank you!

In this industry, not only is this uncommon, but it's indicative of just how much Citywide Plumbing cares for their clients rather than making a buck that is fast and effortless.
I achieved to Citywide Plumbing on Yelp since I had been having an issue with my shower diverter. Rather than charging me for services that were unnecessary and coming on website, they generously offered to get me text a few images of my fittings and describe exactly what the problem was. They were very responsive (even at the early morning), and we were able to fix the problem ourselves without ever needing somebody to come onsite.
I will 100% use them for their solutions in the future because of the way I had been treated in this interaction.

***DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE** We had them come out to fix a garbage disposal that had started to have clogged after there was something jammed (that we ended up eliminating ). They were unable to determine what the issue is and tried to snake our garbage disposal with a snakes that were distinct. They ended up saying"Your pipes are old and filled with dirt so we cant fix it" How is it? Our whole house was remodeled such as the plumbing. Not only did they make the clog worse, they ended charing us more. (Quoted $275 and CHARGED $460 )"You need new plumbing and it'll cost you $1485." Are you kidding me? $1485 to substitute pipes that were already replaced. What a joke!

Johnny and his crew provide company, nearly always the exact same moment. We are a general contractor and utilize Citywide so this is not a 1 time use inspection. If they did not make us look great with our clients, they wouldn't be used by us. Highly recommend!

Citywide is great! We had an issue with a shower and they were fantastic. I texted photos forth and back to determine if we could diagnose the issue. A visit was essential and Tung arrived and he was great. He was effective, wore shoe covers and was right now. We were facing having to tear out and replace vinyl ($$$$) but Tung was patient and experimented with a couple of distinct tools until he discovered a way to solve our problem quickly and cheaply--without having to replace almost any tile. We'll definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I had a kitchen sink and had no clue what the fix has been or why. Justin arrived at 10:30am assessed the issue, and was able to get it repaired within 20 mins. I'm not a person lol. The water cleaned and dried everything.

Citywide Plumbing has been the sole plumbing company which was able to send a technician that the next morning - I put in a request for a quote the evening before at 7pm - all plumbing companies couldn't be accessible until the day after.

AH-MAZING! Called yesterday. They showed up now exactly when they said they'd. The plumber was a clever, polite, pleasant and happy guy named Tung. He was delightful, efficient, patient with my questions. Love these people! Under our sink we had puddles of water. Tung realized it was the disposal although we believed the dishwasher caused escapes.
He got everything fixed quickly and with a fantastic sense of humor and smile. Hard fantastic and working. Grateful for their prompt response and exceptional and professional service. Bless you people! One problem solved and that's a relief for me personally.

Five stars for being straight shooters. I thought I needed to replace my own shower valve. Someone from Citywide came out to look and gave. But as an alternative he suggested I replace the capsule. He told me where to go and what to search for. I did the job for a fraction of the purchase price. Big thank you for their honesty about talking me from an unnecessary high-priced job.

He explained just what the difficulty walked through step by step exactly what his solution would be, was, then stayed late to make sure it got done on precisely the exact same day. We had a blocked line in our buildings laundry room which caused flood from the machines. We phoned Citywide Plumbing to get the line snaked, and they have been about obtaining us an appointment day super flexible. Darren showed up right on time and discovered that far from being a pipe that was simple, the contractors had actually botched the initial installment. He then replaced the rusted out components using brand new brass fittings crawled through superb tight spaces to get the line stuck, and comprised a maintenance valve therefore that we would not ever have to experience this type of hassle .

I've changed my opinion. The owner offered to return and perform a camera inspection to learn what they missed and repay my 200. For one more job, I would hire them again due to the fact that he went above and beyond to resolve my concern and that they obviously care a lot about their. I would just make certain to understand the warranty and terms .

I recently noticed a leak and known as Citywide Plumbing for an investigation. Tung said that one of our pipelines must have a leak, and came out.

I knew Johnny was my man when he ) showed up on time, but ancient and 2) wore shoe covers into my residence. He's also super fast to reply, very nice, and is an honest man. Johnny also replaced my bath faucet, and has helped me to do the hookups for my washer/dryer combo unit. Since I am preparing my condo to rent to a tenant that is new soon I had a deadline, and he rearranged his schedule even though Johnny was booked out for a different month. I can't say enough great things ! He's my go-to plumber and I highly recommend him.

Darren in Citywide was excellent. A great contributor prior to appt and throughout the repairs. Quite comprehensive. I will definitely call them.

Citywide is the best! Justin and johnny are wonderful! Had Johnny install and purchase a water heater and that he managed to do of me requesting within 1 day! I've had him perform a few jobs that are smaller too and that he was always pleasant and explained everything to me he wd so I wd easily comprehend, be doing! Needless to say as soon as you have Justin and Johnny as the plumber! Johnny's and oh prices are very reasonable. I love I have a decent and honest plumber.

Tung and johnny are the Pipes in San Francisco. AND, Tung has come over to correct a few water leaks and install an electrical water heater since we didn't have gasoline. All fixes were done perfectly and fast.
This is the ONLY firm that gets my assurance. I trust them. They're the EXPERTS on almost any plumbing problem, they aren't just smart, but they know how to work through a situation where others are too by the book. Thank you a lot Johnny and Tung for your hard work.

I had 3 different plumbers before Citywide try to fix a gas leak we had, one tried and fail, another was going to install a completely different pipe and didn't need to try to repair the existing escape, and another gave up entirely since we are on the 4th floor of a walk-up. We did not have gasoline for 6 months and I was about to quit.
I don't know why we didn't ask them sooner but once we did, Johnny was decided to correct the pipe though at this point we decided to have a brand new pipe. He said he was sure he could repair it and insisted. We were skeptical at first, but HE DID IT! And fast. I seriously cannot think we've got our gasoline back.
