Chris has gone above and beyond for me and I am so pleased to have found my plumber. Chris managed to make time on a Saturday afternoon with a few hours notice to come out and fix our burst pipe so we might have water to the home. Impressed!
These guys are wonderful. I have had Chris & staff out for various plumbing needs. They replaced water heater and mended two frozen/burst pipes to us. (It's been a rough couple of years for us! Ugh.)

They arrived on time and helped me fix the frequent problem here in NC. Having a water heater in the loft, exposed to temps and at times mediocre air movement, our water heater has been mis-behaving. The pilot light goes out on hotter days, and the temp regulator/gas valve has been failing. I installed a brand new thermocouple to fix the pilot light issue and these people replaced the gas valve of my water heater. I am able to find out of the 6 year old 80 gallon water heater!

These guys are fantastic! My hot water heater went on the blink and I phoned my plumber and they told me it would be a day or two. Then I known as the Plumbing of CK and they sent out Nick within 2 hours. Nick was professional and very pleasant. It was a pilot light that had gone out remedied.
Nick analyzed the condition of my hot water heater and also gave me a few info. Also, the cost of this service call was very fair...$39. I strongly suggest CK's....and I finally have a new plumber! A special thanks to Nick!!!

I am surprised by the amount of reviews on this. I got my fixed systems that were toilets replaced and each billed me $175. Once they left I felt like I got robbed. Sure enough I looked up costs of toilets and I really could of purchased two new ones for what I spent. Was considering using this company for our property management firm but ill be staying away from CK plumbing.

They wore footies in to enough and my house to take them off prior to heading outside for additional tools. Class act they were.
I called four or three different plumbers and every one told me how difficult this job is. CK's pipes was called by me and they came in and did the job without any issues. Jerry was amazing and Kyle will be there around the exact same level with him. Fantastic luck guys and merry Christmas.

Fantastic men and women. Great support. They took care of the appointment although I was somewhat late. In a few weeks later, they put a line that is speedy.

I had an experience with the pipes of CK. I was leaking through the ceiling and had. Olsen was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and answered all of my queries. I would call them if I needed anything else done.

Shaun and Juan were in installing our water filter, amazingly efficient and methodical. The quote went quickly, and they explained what they went to the quote. When they came to set up the filter they installed a bypass and two shutoff valves to the filter also provided guidance on how best to use the filter, and explained why we didn't need pressure monitors prior to and aft of the filter. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service, the dearth of escapes under my residence, and the comprehensive job that they did installing filter out! I will certainly call CK's Plumbing the time we need a repair or setup!

These guys are great. After having to wait forever to get to us and using our family friend plumber for everything, getting CK's out here was quick and painless. They replaced a toilet quickly and quickly.

Backflow and CK's Plumbing is our new plumber! Through the 36 years we've lived in Raleigh, we've dealt with a couple. When we had an emergency last week that caused us to need to shut off water for the entire house, we called them , but were not their priority. CK's was able to schedule us. Nick and Kyle found the upstairs escape and fixed it professionally and immediately. I was impressed Nick called me in to reveal what they do. Very professional team. Their prices are fair, also!

I waited because I had used CK's before and them although it took longer to get an appointment with them than others. They charged $195 only to show up in my residence, during regular business hours per week day!! That is at least 25-30% higher than their competitors. The service was typical, it was a very simple faucet replacement. I can't recommend them. Shame on me. For taking 1 star. Your competitors is providing this service for $95.

We had a hot water heater today, replaced by Nick and Juan. They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional, courteous, explained everything to me when they were completed before they did anything and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them to anyone. As soon as we have pipes needs in the future we will be calling on Nick and Juan and the Plumbing and backflow of CK!

Highly recommend! CK's was superb, although we have had problems with pipes!
They substituted a bathroom for us. They have been on time and very professional. Wore the shoe covers to protect the ground.

I moved to Raleigh and needed some work done on the house that required the carpenters to take out the toilet to lay a wood floor down. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I discovered that CK Plumbing had outstanding reviews and researched plumbers. His coworker and sean showed up on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The fee has been that which was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them or once I update my bathroom.

They lent me $167 labor as it leaked to replace my garbage disposal. I felt that has been high but consented. After some study, I discovered that was about the side. They spent a total of 30 minutes in my home.
I believe they may have taken advantage of me.

Responded to my phone, set an appointment up, showed up to the appointment, was friendly and answered questions, but never followed through with an estimate. I called and was assured I would hear back but never did.

The only negative was really having him show up during the time we consented to the water heater replacement. His tasks that were scheduled ran over, and only after he called him, did he call back and offer me an ETA. I love the fact he's the proprietor and the repairman all and stuff happens that can throw a schedule off; but as I must schedule around my occupation for matters like this, I do anticipate some courtesy. When he forgot a number of the components to get a couple of smaller repairs and needed to come back again a couple of days afterwards, well... .let's just say I know... but it did not thrill me. He did apologize for this. Sincerely, even.
Chris in CK's quoted a more than reasonable cost and we agreed on a time that was scheduled. During the whole process of checking the plumbing on the check out, he had been straightforward, and cleaned up as he travelled from task to task. Along the way he noticed items to be replaced others that can wait.
Still, CKs did a great job overall, and I call them again even as hope that I will not need to.
Cold showers are excellent in the summertime, but not so much on a winter or fall when the temperatures outside is anything below forty.
I dodged a bullet. My water heater leaked. I thought it needed so I called CK's with a coupon cleaning where they provided a water heater flush and an overall check of the plumbing. I should have known it would not be quite as straightforward. In fact, I knew the water heater was old and nearing the end of its lifetime, therefore I was not surprised when I got the awful news. I hoped to squeak by for some time; but when I weighed against the possible timing of not needing water, there wasn't any actual decision.

CK Plumbing is fare and a very professional .
I predicted to have four toilets serviced for my company. I was able to email them my request, and they reacted rather quickly. The technician got the toilets flushing with all the power they once had and was out the next day. He was able to perform the four toilets very fast and he left the area clean.

These guys were wonderful. I had them put a gas line out to a new fire pit that we'd constructed. These guys went above and beyond, by not only laying the point, but hooked up the whole fire pit (at no excess charge) and were great to work with.
