They have an excessive amount of work. Michael said unless the pipe could run across the outside my job wasn't for them. I asked them drop a line down an interior wall and to install a gas line in my loft. Quotes have been received by me from two others who said they could do the work as I asked. Michael's rejection of many others and this job could do the work suggests they have to work or they just don't wish to do. I am guessing it's the latter. Therefore, unless you have a simple job, that is not overly taxing, look elsewhere.
So another company completed. They added a metallic line was dropped by a branch in the loft down the wall in the doorway, drilled through line, and the walls, using a shutoff. The crap about not giving the dimensions that are right to you is just that.
Your service supervisor Michael got mad when I asked if you didn't have a employee. The really annoying thing is that He just didn't need to get up in the loft on a Friday. But hey, if that then you need to warn folks, which was the intent of my critique. Cheers!
Mathematics says the space is less than 30 ft, that's what the firm installed, and as I suggested when I called to make the appointment.

Clearwater plumbing has come through for me now. I had them come out and relocate my shower drain during a remodel of my master tub.
The 2nd period was when my drain in my walls was leaking for several months (unknowingly of course). I asked and called some one come out of Clearwater plumbing to take a look and a person was at my house over the hour.
Did a great job in diagnosing the problem and repairing it. Before finding the issue, he just had to punch two holes in the outside of my house. I utilize and would recommend these men because of my plumbing needs later on.

I recently had my water heater replaced. The price is not cheap but buying around saves you a little why they skimped, and that knows. Clearwater Plumbing is an established company, and so I went with them. Rob was my installer and understood what to do. Since he demonstrated his experience and knowledge right away I had no worries. And he had been determined to do a great job and make sure that I was comfortable with this once-every-15-years-or -occasion. Rob answered all of my questions and even gave me advice on the remodeling strategies I've shared with him. I would definitely hire him and them .

Had an issue with our bathrooms. Not a crisis but they got us an appointment in a few days. Today we given a window 1 and between 10 and he was here at about 10:30. His name was Michael and he was fantastic. He was quite knowledgeable and figured out the issue right away. He worked fast and got the problem resolved. No crap or trying to upsell about anything. Very Happy with pleased with them

Rob did a great job when my primary drain cleared working in cramped quarters. He explained the process and the charges and gave useful hints on how best to prevent the problem in the future. My phone was returned promptly and service was scheduled for the moment. He said they'd been in business since 1951 and they had been a very good company to work for.

Not good quality, Cost Never use them not suggested to any body.

Charged me 120$ for job didn't require more than 35 minutes, doesnt deserve more than 50$.
They don't care if you are satisfied or not, you use them not or back.
You aren't tilled by them in advance, minimum charge 1 hour labour = 120 $.

Might be plumbers that are great. I don't know and likely never will. Impressions are based on experiences. Don't be fooled by the web site or the appearance that they have a showroom. As I pass the place every day I stopped in there. I wished to get a water heater installed. I walked in the door and I was in an empty building with three ladies sitting at historical desks. The woman that asked if I could be helped by her one price for a single water heater. . .we do not find many people in here." Though she stated that they simply sell Rheem products once I inquired about the Rheem Marathon plastic line she looked at me as though I was from Mars and stated:"There are no plastic water heaters. Water heaters are the same." Why would a business have a place that is available to the public where there isn't any expectation there is no one there to sell any products or solutions, and that customers will come through the doorway? Beats me. At least they are dog lovers. Me too. But I enjoy mine and not in an area of business. Guess I'll make a few calls and find somebody that knows something about water heaters.

Nice staff. A Great Deal of parts. If the don't have what you're searching for, they could order it.

I Discovered Clearwater Plumbing today. I called at 8am and a professional gentleman had been at my home in a flash. Problem solved quickly and economically at a price that was competitive. Thank you Charles for doing a great job!!
