Doug replaced our water heater and has been a pleasure to use. He was professional and informative, had reviews, and provided me with the best price I could find in the whole valley. I wish I'd done. The two experiences were stellar - but the third took the cake.
I called Doug and he reacted quickly. So the plywood could be placed back in short order he had open , straight lines cut, and the pipe replaced.
It had been cast iron and heavy. Doug is always God Fearing and meticulous - that is uncommon in the present day and age.
There are a whole lot of"hack technicians" in the entire world and if any tell you that they charge by the job rather than hourly plus components, be weary.
Because it involved cutting into plywood the house warranty explained - we would not be helped by them.
Doug functions with conviction and is a line plumber.
I was noticing moisture onto the garage floor. I did not know where it came from until we had a plumber assigned.
He functions as if it were his house and only does what's needed, never.

Doug had"tenant proofed" a leasing we had and arrived at our new house to change out some taps and showers.

Great work by Doug! I tried everything but I could not figure out why my tank leaked. Well, Doug figured out that there was a component which couldn't seal. Doug procured one and replaced it in short order although I needed to get a new bathroom. Thanks again, Doug. You are my plumbing man!

Very quick response the same day for Doug and an pipe leak cane out to supply a quote. The job was completed and was well priced. I'll use again if necessary for any additional plumbing needs.

We've used Clearwater a couple times and every time. Nice guy and the job is superb. I had drainage problems and the issue was from my front door underneath the walkway. Did stage Doug, he went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and got right in there. He knows how to explain the issue in a manner. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I phoned Doug (proprietor ) a little after noon today to find out whether he can replace my garbage disposal. He arrived to my home same moment and quoted me a cost that was competitive. Turned out it was my pipe.
Had a pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen. So that I wasn't sure if it was my neighbors or my pipe I am in a condo. We played phone tag for a few days to schedule an appt. He came out and fixed it in under an hour. Really liked him, reminded me of my pa:)

After finding a part for my bathroom doug of Clearwater came over. Good to get this working ! He replaced my kitchen faucet and sprayer with skill and speed that was remarkable. It looks and works. I love it!

Wow: Doug is awesome. Had a problem with my water heater Doug walked me through fixing it over the telephone!!! and not working What could I say? I live in a condominium with all the water heater downstairs. Instead of setting an appointment for him to test it out (and charging me), he had me take pictures of my water heater and then send them to him for his review. Turns out that I have a blower on top of my water heater and on account of the current heat wave, the GFI just popped, which resulted in the blower. I reset the GFI and all is well!

In an industry populated by slackers and dingbats Doug is a gem.
And he is eager to answer queries. Do not understand that water heater operates? Got questions about the easy repairs? He'll describe and suggest so you can save the money it would cost him to do it, you handle it.
Doug is amazing. He's considerate, his prices are fair and he hustles. So that he arrives faster than you anticipated and gets the work done faster than you expected the dude goes with purpose and your problem goes away faster than you predicted.

After sending him a photo of my shower he told me that the labor + parts price for the fix....so we left the appointment.
