Very Proficient, Fantastic Customer Support, Fair Priced!I Found My Plumber! When I need something I proceed to Yelp and pull up the top ten firms in that field. Of these, 6 were local. Out of 6, 5 answered their cell phone. Of the 5 that came out to give a quote, ONLY ONE stated they could do what I wanted. My new plumber Kirk!

I wanted to conduct a 2" poly gas line 16 feet under my driveway from 1 side to the other. Since they said it could not be done the way I needed to do 22, 2 plumbers desired to trench the driveway. 2 plumbers wanted to punch through the stucco, tear out a path through the drywall up and above the inside of my garage, and blow out the side. . .again through the stucco. Remember these would be the best rated plumbers! Both choices were than conducting it under the driveway the way I desired. After I told Kirk that he was he insisted that he could.
We'd laugh at the others that stated they could not when he was done, although he explained that not merely was he going to get it done. Enjoy your laugh Kirk, you deserve it!

Fair, honest and efficient. Got the job. Installed a tankless water heater. I bought my own internet. Their markup was 700 about the Noritz EZTR-50 so that I'd recommend buying your personal on line at e-comfort. Com that's where I discovered it the most economical. They so were upfront and had great communication.

Call the company for a shower valve replacement all plumbing.
This is a large house owned by a developer. Big mistake men
1 week later I received the estimate $2200.00. From the time we obtained that there bid the job was done by a different plumber for $700.00.

Love the call and have used them for years backs, and the assistance given over the phone to save money. Recently had a constant stoppage, and Kirk himself came by to help - Appreciate that he is a type person and does not hide behind a desk. His technicians supply great communication concerning pricing and the job and have years of experience. Unfortunately this time, this job might be costing me time for plumbing and probably a little. I could not have put the work in hands .

Ryan and Dave came out to clear yard drain blockage out and worked till after dark to get the job done. Every potential way/angle tried to clear the blockage and finally managed to make it occur.

I had been all set to call a company until I assessed their inspection and decided-nope! So I called and set an appointment for a consultation today-Saturday! First of all, they next to a holiday weekend, and did not charge me extra for coming out on a Saturday!
Our plumber has been Ryan. He let me know when he was 10 minutes off. He was quite efficient and knew what to do upon seeing our escape. He had the gear and all of the pieces required to fix it, which he did within 40 minutes or so. He was considerate and reassuring that if something should start to leak give a call back to the company.

We then point out also the line that we happened to spin and have been not able to straighten out and the snake. The guy at the rental desk had warned me that if we kinked it they would charge us $400 so I am dreading the return and'm more than a bit desperate. Our young plumber gives the line $ 400 saved, voila and a , spin undone, problem solved.
Doug at Clearwater Plumbing has proven himself to be fair and dependable so when we had tried to snake our backed up sewer ourselves and failed....and then leased a snake....and failed we called him. Turns out Doug likes to have a day off every once in a while so that he suggested Plumbing by Kirk.
We were excited that we showered him complements and shipped him off with a little extra cash because of his pocket and some dessert and I am thrilled to know that there are two local plumbing companies I can enthusiastically recommend.

I have respect for Doug that anyone he recommends jumps to the top of the list. So I call. They say they can have somebody within the hour. Turns out he is here in 30 minutes. A pleasant 20-something guy who cheerfully does in 20 minutes what we couldn't in 4 hours.

We called Plumbing by Kirk around 9:30am to request their support beneath our kitchen sink on a water leak from somewhere. The Client Service representative advised us before doing the work their technician can arrive between 2:00 and and provide a free estimate.
On the lookout for an excellent plumbing company in Santa Clarita, it has been found by you. Plumbing by Kirk.
Their fee for the service was reasonable and the service proved to be excellent.
At 3:00pm had been five minutes away, and true to this statement, Matthew and Sean came five minutes later.
The problem was researched by them, discovered the source of the leak and remedied it all.

Customer service and attentive to my dilemma. I had Kirk and his team. They have been professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took no time to rectify my problem. When the job was completed, they cleaned up and took the older things off. I was educated about maintenance and plumbing care inside my house.
After sending a man house the day before who claimed he was a 22, I was without water for 24 plus hours.

I then called another firm (First Call Plumbing Services) at 8:00 pm Friday and was advised they would be there in the morning but flaked when I called only after they didn't appear. Big Zero for these.

Water heaters broke this morning with water. Thankfully I turned water off and had been home. Called at 1:30 at 11:30 Matthew showed up. He had been my 3rd plumber and he had been the one that is right. I chose a tankless gas water heater. Less distance, ensured 12 decades. He took one out, installed tankless one. All completed by 4:15 and permits too. Most effective fix I had. I can complete the garage wall. Yay!!! Thank you!!!
